Dalam pelaksanaannya menimbulkan permasalahan karena satu perbuatan hukum diatur oleh aturan dan institusi yang berbeda.Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk membahas harmonisasi dalam penyelesaian kasus khalwat oleh Peradilan Adat dengan Qanun Aceh Nomor 14 Tahun 2003. Ingin membahas sinkronisasi putusan Peradilan Adat dengan Qanun Aceh Nomor 14 Tahun 2003.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah normatif. Menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif karena data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data-data yang bersifat kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa adanya harmonisasi normatif lembaga-lembaga yang menyelesaikan kasus khalwat di Aceh tujuan akhirnya adalah sama yaitu menciptakan kedamaian dan ketentraman dalam masyarakat. Akan tetapi seharusnya penyelesaian kasus khalwat tidak lagi di selesaikan dengan berpegang pada Qanun Nomor 14 Tahun 2003 karena dasar hukum pembentukan Qanun Khalwat adalah Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2001 Tentang Otonomi Khusus telah dicabut dengan Pasal 272 Undang- -Undang Pemerintahan Aceh.Penulis menyarankan Pemangku adat agar dalam memberikan sanksi adat tidak memicu sengketa baru terhadap pandangan luar dan penyelesaian kasus khalwat tidak lagi menggunakan Qanun Nomor 14 Tahun 2003 tentang Khalwat, akan tetapi menggunakan Qanun Nomor 9 Tahun 2008 tentang Pembinaan Adat dan Adat Istiadat, Pemerintah Aceh agar segera mengesahkan Rancangan Qanun Jinayah guna adanya kepastian hukum dan menghindari kekosongan hukum.* Mahasiswa** Ketua Komisi Pembimbing*** Anggota Komisi PembimbingKata Kunci ; Harmonisasi, Implementasi, Adat Istiadat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan melalui model pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada materi aritmatika sosial di Kelas VII SMPN 1 Banda Aceh. pendekatan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. penelitian ini menggukan satu kelas sampel yang terdiri dari 28 siswa. Adapun isntrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah hasil belajar siswa yang berbentuk uraian. Hasil penelitian ini dihitung degan uji-1, dan ternyata hasil belajar siswa melalui pembelajaran berbasis masalah pada materi aritmatika sosal di kelas VII SMPN 1 Banda Aceh telah mencapai keberhasilan.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah, Prestasi Belajar, Keberhasilan.
