In the analysis, the method used in this research is library research with an in-depth analysis and discussion on many related policies that effect technological change and economic growth in Indonesia. The findings show that Indonesian government has introduced a number of supporting policies related to education as well as R&D to promote economic growth of the country. These policies generally have started since New Order government in the late 1960s. However, New Order government has put the strong bases to encourage trade openness and investment especially foreign investment. On the meantime, the government had also involved in free trade cooperation such as Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) which will be applied 2020 for the developing countries and 2010 for the developed countries. Even the government has generated numbers of favourable policies to attract foreign investment and fastening economic growth, the policies in generating public R&D has been not well developed. The government budget spends for public R&D is still low (around 2 percent every year). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan antara kegemukan sebagai faktor resiko yang diwakili oleh Indeks Masa Tubuh (IMT) dengan derajat osteoartritis lutut menurut Kellgren dan Lawrence.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan desain cross sectional yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari-Maret 2012 di Poliklinik Reumatologi Penyakit Dalam Rumah Sakit Umum Derah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Responden dalam penelitian sebanyak 53 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh, persentase Dua puluh delapan pasien osteoartritis lutut yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi di SMF Ilmu Penyakit Dalam (Poli Reumatik) dan Instalasi Rehabilitasi Medik RS. Dr. Kariadi Semarang selama bulan Maret sampai April 2010, dilakukan penghitungan IMT dan pengklasifikasian derajat osteoartritis lutut menurut Kellgren dan Lawrence. Data dideskripsikan dalam bentuk tabel dan gambar, dilakukan uji Chi square dengan ? = 0,05, CI 95%, dan power 80% menggunakan SPSS for Windows 15.0. Hasil: Uji Chi square baik untuk IMT dengan derajat osteoartritis lutut unilateral maupun untuk IMT dengan derajat osteoartritis lutut bilateral menghasilkan nilai p = 1,000.Simpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara Indeks Masa Tubuh (IMT) dengan derajat osteoartritis lutut menurut Kellgren dan Lawrence. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the spoken grammatical errors made by the first year students of SMAN 3 Banda Aceh. This study focused on the analysis of the grammatical error types in terms of communicative effect taxonomy, namely global error and local error. The research method used in this study was descriptive quantitative research. To collectthe data, the researcher used oral test. The result shows that students produced missing, wrong, or misplaced sentence connectors (96.29 %) and wrong order of major constituents (3.70 %) of global error, and verb inflection (60.29 %), auxiliary(10.77 %), prepositon (8.08 %), article and noun inflection (6.39 %), misordering (5.72 %), and pronoun (2.35 %) of local error. The most dominant error was local error (91.66 %). It is highly recommended that EFL teachers should be more aware ofmost frequent errors made by the students and use more effective techniques and strategies in teaching grammar. To conclude, the grammatical errors of students' spoken English were still mainly influenced by interlingual and intralingual transfer. Primigravida with Graves’ disease was detected at 28 weeks gestational age in patients Mrs. H, 26 years old came with complaints : shortness of breath, leg sweeling, a lump in the neck, the eyes stood out, finger tremors, can not stand the heat, often sweaty, the hearts was tachycardia, increased appetite but weight doesn’t increase and even decreased 8 kg since last five years ago.  Patients had a history of goitre since five years ago, with an irregular treatment. Pregnancy can be maintained after being treated in Departement of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and routinely controlled to assess fetal wellbeing. At 32-34 weeks of gestational age, the pregnancy was terminated by caesarean section, born baby boy, 1930 gr, Apgar Score 8/9. Mother was in good condition after caesarean section. Baby was dead in six days after birth with respiratory distress syndrome DD/ pneumonia aspiration. Hyperthyroidism which not handled will have a serious complications, but if properly handled and monitored, maybe the results of maternal and fetal outcomes expected good. Antepartum fetal assessment include fetal heart rate, the amount of amniotic fluid can be a parameter for pregnancy termination planning.
