Salah satu infrastruktur yang paling banyak mengalami kerusakan akibat dampak gempa yaitu bangunan rumah tinggal warga. Pemerintah Kabupaten Bener Meriah berencana melakukan rehabilitasi atau perbaikan bangunan rumah tinggal warga di wilayah pemerintahannya termasuk di Kecamatan Bukit dan Timang Gajah. Pokok permasalahan dalam perencanaan ini adalah berapa total estimasi anggaran biaya rehabilitasi yang diperlukan untuk bantuan rehabilitasi per unit bangunan rumah tinggal warga yang rusak pada dua kecamatan tersebut. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan perencanaan ini adalah untuk mengetahui total estimasi anggaran biaya rehabilitasi rumah tinggal warga yang mengalami kerusakan di Kecamatan Bukit dan Timang Gajah. Ruang lingkup perencanaan ini adalah rumah tinggal warga yang mengalami kerusakan akibat musibah bencana gempa pada tahun 2013 di Kecamatan Bukit dan Timang Gajah. Data yang digunakan dalam perencanaan ini hanya data sekunder yaitu hasil survei tim investigasi Jurusan Teknik Sipil Universitas Syiah Kuala, berupa hasil pengukuran volume kerusakan di lapangan dan jumlah rumah yang mengalami kerusakan. Data harga material, upah tenaga kerja dan peralatan yang digunakan diperoleh dari pemerintah Provinsi Aceh untuk wilayah Kabupaten Bener Meriah berdasarkan Peraturan Gubernur Aceh No.028/708/2012 untuk tahun 2013. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode analisa perhitungan volume kerusakan dan estimasi biaya rehabilitasi rumah tinggal warga menggunakan analisa SNI 2002 dan SNI 2008. Adapun hasil perencanaan ini yaitu total estimasi anggaran biaya rehabilitasi rumah tinggal warga Kecamatan Bukit dan Timang Gajah sebesar Rp 2.568.944.884,00 (dua milyar lima ratus enam puluh delapan juta sembilan ratus empat puluh empat ribu delapan ratus delapan puluh empat rupiah). Somatotropin affects the growth of somatic cells. The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of somatotropin suplementation on body performances of aged male rats. The experimental rats were assigned into a  randomized block design with a factorial arrangement. The first factor was age with 2 levels (6 months and 1 year).The second factor was dosage of somatotropin injection with 2 levels (0 and 9 mg/kg BW day). The third factor was the duration of somatotropin  injection with 2 levels (3 and 6 weeks). The fourth factor was time of slaughtering after somatotropin injection with 2 levels (1 and 14 days). Parameters measured were body weight, food consumption, total protein, total fat. The result showed that somatotropin has significant effects on body weight, food consumption, total protein, total fat.  It is concluded that somatotropin can body performance of six-months and one-year old male rats. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala, ketua MGMP, komite sekolah, tata usaha dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Penyusunan perencanaan melibatkan seluruh personel sekolah. Perencanaan program sekolah dilakukan setiap awal tahun ajaran baru dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan sekolah, menciptakan budaya dan iklim madrasah, pendayagunaan SDM secara optimal, mengelola sarana dan prasarana, hubungan madrasah dan masyarakat, penerimaan peserta didik baru, penempatan dan pengembangan kapasitas peserta didik, kurikulum dan kegiatan pembelajaran, keuangan madrasah, dan monitoring, evaluasi, dan pelaporan kegiatan madrasah. 2) Kepala sekolah belum melakukan pembagian tugas, wewenang dan tanggung jawab secara optimal terhadap masing-masing bidang sebelum melaksanakan kegiatan. Dalam pelaksanaaannya kepala sekolah belum konsisten dengan perencanaan yang telah disusun dan sering menggunakan gaya otoriter, sehingga kurang efektifnya kepala sekolah dalam berkomunikasi yang mengakibatkan rendahnya semangat dari para guru. 3) Evaluasi dilaksanakan berdasarkan hasil pengamatan secara langsung, belum menggunakan instrumen atau pedoman pelaksanaan evaluasi, dan berbeda dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan. The purpose of this study was to find out: the managerial ability of the principal in preparing the plan, implementing and evaluating the activities in order to improve the quality of Babun Najah Private Islamic Senior High School of Banda Aceh which used descriptive method and qualitative approach. Data collection technique used were observation, interview and documentation study. Subject of the research were principal, vice principal, head of Teacher Network, school committee, head of administration office, and teachers. The result showed that: 1) the preparation of the planning involved all school personnel. School program planning is conducted in the beginning of new academic year by analyzing school needs, creating school culture and climate, empowering human resources optimally, managing facility and infrastructure, establishing the relationship between school and society, new student admissions, placement and development of student capacity, curriculum and learning activities, school finance, and monitoring, evaluation and school activity report. 2) The principal did not distributing job, authority, and responsibility optimally to each division before conducting activities. In the implementation, the principal was not consistent with the planning prepared and often used authoritarian style resulting in ineffective communication and low spirit of the teachers. 3) Evaluation was conducted based on direct observation without using any instrument or guidance in evaluation implementation and not following the predetermined schedule. The results of the evaluation were submitted to school personnel through a meeting and the follow up activities were conducted by doing some improvements if the implementations were not maximal and they became advanced program for the next year.Keywords: Principal Managerial Competence and Quality.
