Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa gambaran kesehatan mentalnarapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas IIA Banda Aceh secara keseluruhanberada pada kategori baik(54,4%) dengan subvariabel berada pada katagori baikadalah kebutuhan jasmani atau kebutuhan fisik yang memuaskan (51,9%),memiliki rasa aman yang memadai (73,4), hubungan emosional yang memadai(60,8%), kontak efisien dengan realita(77,2%), kepribadian yang utuh dankonsisten(67,1%), tujuan hidup yang wajar (82,3%), kehidupan kelompok yangmemuaskan (79,7%) dan subvariabel pada katagori kurang adalah kemampuanbelajar dari pengalaman (70,9%), kemampuan menilai diri sendiri (64,6%),pengetahuan yang wajar (68,4%). Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is not a new concept. It has been adopted in various regions in Vietnam, particularly in tomato production, an economically important vegetable crop in the Red River Delta (RRD). Given the occurrence and development of tomato pests are influenced by many factors such as soil types, crop varieties and growth habits, production practices, local climatic conditions, and growing seasons, this paper therefore developed an IPM program for tomatoes in the RRD based on the defined major pests in the region. Pada hasil penelitian diperoleh sebagian besar responden pada penelitian ini berjenis kelamin laki-laki 35 orang (57,4%) dan didominasi usia dewasa tua (36-45 tahun) 21 orang (34,4%), serta paling banyak berkerja sebagai pegawai swasta 29 orang (47,5%). Responden sebagian besar memiliki dukungan keluarga yang baik sebanyak 41 orang (67,2%) dan kepatuhan berobat yang tinggi sebanyak 31 orang (50,8%). Responden yang memiliki kepatuhan berobat yang tinggi cenderung memiliki dukungan keluarga yang baik yaitu 27 orang (87,1%), kepatuhan berobat yang sedang cenderung memiliki dukungan keluarga yang baik yaitu 6 orang (66,7%) dan kepatuhan berobat yang rendah cenderung memiliki dukungan keluarga yang buruk yaitu sebanyak 13 orang (61,9%) dengan signifikansi p=0,0001. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of family support with treatment adherence from patients with pulmonary TB in DOTS Polyclinic Regional General Hospital dr . Zoeinal Abidin (RSUDZA) Banda Aceh in 2014. This study was an analytic study with cross- sectional. A total of 61 respondents follow this study in the period August 2013-March 2014 at the DOTS Lung Polyclinic RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Sampling was undertaken by total sampling technique. Measuring instrument was a questionnaire. Statistical analysis was Chi-square test. Data were considered significant when p < 0.05. In the research results obtained by the majority of respondents in this study male gender 35 (57.4 %) and mostly older adult age (36-45 years) 21 people (34.4%), and most worked as private employees 29 people (47.5%).Most Respondents had good family support as many as 41 people (67.2%) and high treatment adherence by 31 people (50.8%). Respondents who had a high treatment adherence was likely to have a good family support that was 27 people ( 87.1 % ), moderat treatment adherence was likely to have a good family support that was 6 people (66.7%) and low treatment adherence was likely to have the support poor families as many as 13 people (61.9%) with a significance p = 0.0001. Jadi, bagi pasangan usia subur (PUS) dalam memberikan motivasi atau dukungan dibutuhkan peran suami agar motivasi untuk menggunakan alat kontrasepsi IUD tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan dukungan suami dengan motivasi pasangan usia subur (PUS) menggunakan alat kontrasepsi IUD di Klinik Bersalin Bungong Seulanga Banda Aceh tahun 2012. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kolerasional dengan pendekatan penelitian cross sectional study dan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 sampai dengan 19 September 2012 dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk skala likert. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik nilai univariat untuk dukungan suami berada pada kategori mendukung sebanyak 21 responden (60,0%), dukungan sosial berada pada kategori mendukung sebanyak 24 responden (68,6%), dukungan emosional berada pada kategori mendukung sebanyak 18 responden (51,4%), dukungan tambahan berada pada kategori mendukung sebanyak 18 responden (51,4%), dukungan penilaian berada pada kategori mendukung sebanyak 23 responden (65,7%), dan motivasi berada pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 24 responden (68,6%). Sedangkan nilai bivariat diketahui bahwa p-value (0,002) ? dari ? (0,05), dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak artinya ada hubungan dukungan suami dengan motivasi pasangan usia subur (PUS) menggunakan alat kontrasepsi IUD di klinik bersalin Bungong Seulanga Banda Aceh tahun 2012. The results showed that, the impact order of the influence factors was liquid/solid ratio &gt; distilling time &gt; NaCl concentration, and optimized extraction conditions were as follows, liquid to material ratio 15:1, soaking time 1 h, 4% NaCl, steam distilling time 3 h. The yield of essential oil was up to 4.48% under these conditions. Ini berartimasih kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang stimulasi pralahir. Karakteristik ibu hamil meliputiumur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas dan sumber informasi dapat mempengaruhipengetahuan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik ibu hamil denganpengetahuan stimulasi kecerdasan pralahir di Puskesmas Kuta Alam Banda Aceh. Desainpenelitian deskriptis korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study, penentuan jumlahsampel menggunakan rumus slovin, teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability samplingdengan metode purposive sampling, diperoleh jumlah responden sebanyak 58 orang.Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 6 Agustus s/d 5 September 2012 dengan kuisionerdalam bentuk skala dichotomy. Hasil penelitian diperoleh ada hubungan umur ibu hamildengan pengetahuan stimulasi kecerdasan pralahir (p-value=0,024), ada hubungan antaraparitas dengan pengetahuan stimulasi kecerdasan pralahir (p-value=0,025), ada hubunganantara pendidikan dengan pengetahuan stimulasi kecerdasan pralahir (p-value=0,033), adahubungan antara pekerjaan dengan pengetahuan stimulasi kecerdasan pralahir (pvalue=0,014), dan tidak ada hubungan sumber informasi dengan pengetahuan stimulasikecerdasan pralahir (p-value=0,0307). Hasil wawancara dengan 5 orang ibu nifas di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Banda Aceh 3 diantaranya masih mempunyai kebiasaan pantangan makan seperti tidak boleh makan telur, ubi jalar, kangkung, kacang hijau dan tidak mengkonsumsi vitamin. Ini berarti sebagian ibu nifas masih menerapkan pantangan makan yang tidak baik selama masa nifas yang akan menimbulkan kurangnya pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi yang baik selama masa nifas.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi pada ibu nifas yang melahirkan di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Banda Aceh. Desain penelitian deskriptif eksploratif.Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Accidental sampling dengan 72 responden yang melahirkan di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Banda Aceh.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk skala dichotomy dengan skala ukur ordinal yang terdiri dari 30 item pernyataan.Data hasil penelitian dianalisa secara deskriptif dengan menentukan persentase baik dan kurang. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi pada ibu nifas ditinjau dari faktor pengetahuan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan frekuensi 40 orang (55,6%), ditinjau dari faktor pendidikan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan frekuensi 38 orang (52,8%),ditinjau dari faktor ekonomi berada pada kategori rendah dengan frekuensi 39 orang (54,2%), ditinjau dari faktor sosio-budaya berada pada kategori baik dengan frekuensi 37 orang (51,4,5%). The nutrition needed is closely related with milk production and it is needed for the growth and development of infant. The result of interview, with 5 puerperal mothers in Ibu dan Anak Hospital Banda Aceh, shows that 3 of them are still having the habit of food taboos such as not consuming eggs, sweet potatoes, kangkung, green beans, and vitamin. It means that some puerperal mothers still apply the food taboos during puerperium. This will cause a lack of good nutrition needed during puerperium. The research aimed to identify the factors that affect the nutritional need of puerperal mothers who give birth in Ibu dan Anak Hospital Banda Aceh. The research design was explorative descriptive. The technique used in collecting sample wasaccidental samplingwith 72respondentswho give birthin Ibu dan Anak HospitalBanda Aceh. The technique of data collection was questionnaire inthe form ofdichotomy scalewithordinalscaleconsisted of 30items of statements.The data wereanalyzed in descriptive way todetermine thepercentage ofgoodand poor. The results showed that the nutritional need of puerperal mother in term of knowledge was in good category with the frequency of 40 people (55.6%), in term of education was in good category with the frequency of 38 people (52.8%), in term of economy was in poor category with the frequency of 39 people (54.2%), in term of socio-culture was in good category with the frequency of 37 people (51, 4%). Overall,it can be concludedthat thenutritionalneed of puerperal motherwho give birthin Ibu dan Anak Hospital Banda Acehin 2012 was in poor category with the frequency of 41 people(56, 9%).
