Penelitian ini menggunakan analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dari bulan Januari sampai dengan Februari 2014 didapatkan sebanyak 62 sampel. Pemberian MP-ASI diukur menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik wawancara, untuk status gizi anak dengan pengukuran BB/PB. Dari 62 sampel didapatkan status gizi normal 69,4% dan gizi kurang 30,6% dengan jenis MP-ASI lokal 50%, MP-ASI pabrik 22.6% dan MP-ASI campuran 27,4. Hasil uji chi-square ada hubungan pemberian MP-ASI dengan status gizi bayi, nilai p value 0,006 (? < 0,05). The ore mixture pulp at a relative density of 1.29 was subjected to “bead milling”  test, particle size distribution analysis  and the 55% passing 75 µm was froth floated at 180, 200 and 220 g/t dosages of sodium isobutyl xanthate (SIBX) and 30 and 80 g/t of Senfroth and Sendep 30D frother and depressant, respectively. The results obtained indicated the predominance of the <38 µm PGM values in the ore and confirmed the need for tertiary milling for better liberation of the PGMs. The grade of the PGM concentrate obtained when dosing at 200 g/t of sodium isobutyl xanthate was highest at 94 g/t and gave the lowest recovery of 53%. The 180 g/t SIBX dosage resulted in highest PGM recovery of 70% and lowest grade of 84 g/t, while dosing at 220 g/t SIBX gave average PGM grades of 90 g/t  and  recoveries of 60%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung komposisi, keragaman dan fluktuasi serangga tanah pada lahan jagung yang diberi biochar dan kombinasi pupuk kompos dan urea; serta membandingkan jumlah genus dan jumlah individu serangga tanah pada masing masing perlakuan. Pengkoleksian serangga tanah selama dua minggu menggunakan metode pit fall trap (perangkap barber). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sembilan genus serangga tanah yaitu; Melanoplus, Aphaenogaster, Camponotus, Anisodactylus, Cosmodela, Discantus, Gryllus, Pycnoscelus dan Syccanus. Pemberian kombinasi residu biochar, kompos dan urea tidak mempengaruhi jumlah genus serangga tanah pada setiap pengamatan, begitu juga dengan jumlah individu kecuali pada pengamatan kedua dan keempat. Nilai indeks keragaman serangga tanah selama enam kali pengamatan, yang tertinggi terdapat pada pengamatan keempat (1.752), sedangkan yang terendah terdapat pada pengamatan keenam (0.700).Investigation of insects diversity in corn (Zea mays L.) farm with the combination of compost, urea fertilizer and biochar residues was examined since April to July 2013. The aim of this research is to calculate the composition, diversity and fluctuations of soil insects in corn farm that given biochar and the combination of compost and urea fertilizer; and compare the number of genera and individual soil insects for each treatment. The process of collecting soil insects was conducted by using pit fall trap method (barber trap). The result showed that there were nine genera; Melanoplus, Aphaenogaster, Camponotus, Anisodactylus, Cosmodela, Discantus, Gryllus, Pycnoscelus and Syccanus. Giving a combination of residual biochar, compost and urea did not affect the amount of soil on the surface of the insect genus of each observation, as well as the number of individuals except in the second and fourth observations. The highest diversity index values of land insects for six weeks of observation was in the fourth week of observation (1,752), while the lowest was in the sixth week of observation (0,700). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara kepatuhan kunjungan posyandu dengan status gizi balita ditinjau dari berat badan menurut tinggi badan di desa Punge Blang Cut Banda Aceh tahun 2012, dengan nilai p-value (0,073). Dengan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan kepada ibu balita agar rutin membawa balita ke posyandu untuk penimbangan, pengukuran agar pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita serta status gizi balita terpantau. Six active compounds in Bengkoang with antioxidant and skin whitening activities have been isolated, namely daidzein, daidzin, genistin, (8,9)-furanyl-pterocarpan-3-ol, 4-(2-(furane-2-yl)ethyl)-2-methyl-2,5-dihydro-furane-3-carbaldehyde and 2-butoxy-2,5-bis(hydroxymethyl)-tetrahydrofurane-3,4-diol. According to literatures, the type of their tyrosinase inhibitory activity has not yet reported. The determination of whitening activity of each compound was evaluated by the evaluation of Lineweaver-Burk plot. Upaya memberikan pelayanan ANC yang berkualitas bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan mutu pelayanan antenatal care dengan kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif korelatif dengan desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 285 ibu hamil dengan jumlah sampel 81 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data dalam penelitian menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Pengujian hipotesa jika p-value ? 0,05 maka Ho ditolak. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan pada 11 Juni-11 Juli 2012 di Poliklinik Kebidanan dan Kandungan, Laktasi dan PKBRS RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Dari hasi penelitian didapatkan umur ibu berada pada kategori 20-35 tahun dengan frekuensi 66 orang (81,5%), tingkat pendidikan ibu berada pada kategori menengah dengan frekuensi 46 orang (56,8%), dan pekerjaan ibu berada pada kategori tidak bekerja dengan frekuensi 55 orang (67,9%). Ada hubungan bukti dengan kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan P-value (0,013). Ada hubungan kehandalan dengan kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan P-value (0,019). Ada hubungan tanggapan dengan kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan P-value (0,021). Ada hubungan jaminan dengan kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan P-value (0,015). Ada hubungan empati dengan kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan P-value (0,008). A total of 215 fungal colonies from 9 fungal species were isolated from soil samples of different cassava fields between the month of June and August, 2012. It was observed that soil samples from Lambara recorded the highest number (64) of fungal species followed by Damba and the least number (44) of fungal species was observed in Wamakko.The fungi isolated were Alternaria species, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus fumigatus, Cylindrocarpon lichenicola, Fusarium oxysporum, Geotrichum candidum, Mucor hiemalis, Rhizopus orgyzae and Scopulariopsis candida.The highest percentage frequency of occurrence was observed in Aspergillus niger (39.5%) seconded by Fusarium oxysporum (18.2%) and the least was seen in Rhizopus oryzae ( 2.3%). The pathogenicity test indicated that all the fungal isolates were pathogenic on cassava tubers.The fungus M. hiemalis is the most pathogenic followed by F. oxysporum and the least was recorded by R. oryzae. Therefore, it would be concluded that there is relationship between soilborne fungi and incidence of postharvest rots of cassava tubers.
