Boronizing was carried out in a solid medium consisting of nano size powders of 50% B4C as a donor, 45% SiC as a diluent, and 5% KBF4 as an activator treated at the temperature of 10000C for 8 hours. The phases that were formed on the substrate was found as Fe2B and FeB layer that had smooth and flate shape morphology. The hardness of boride layer on S45C was over 2000 HV, while the hardness of untreated S45C iron was about 196,39 HV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi jenis dan konsentrasi ekstrak terhadap diameter daya hambat Escherichia coli dan Shigella dysenteriae, dan juga karakteristik warna zona hambat pada kedua bakteri tersebut. Metode penelitian merupakan metode eksperimen. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial dan tiga ulangan. Peubah yang diamati adalah diameter daya hambat yang terbentuk dan karakteristik warna zona hambat. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Varian (ANAVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara ekstrak daun lidah buaya dan daun jambu biji terhadap Escherichia coli dan Shigella dysenteriae. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi maka semakin besar pula diameter daya hambat yang tebentuk pada ekstrak tunggal maupun kombinasi ekstrak. Pada konsentrasi 75% ekstrak daun lidah buaya, daun jambu biji dan kombinasinya menghasilkan diameter daya hambat yang lebih besar. Karakteristik diameter zona hambat untuk ekstrak daun lidah buaya dan daun jambu biji bewarna kuning dan coklat sementara untuk kombinasi ekstrak berwarna lebih pekat sesuai dengan konsentrasinya. The results showed that the ethyl acetate extracts had significant effects on AKP, permeability and integrity of cell membrane. Dalam perawatan anak dirumah sakit perawatan atraumatic care yang bertujuan untuk menurunkan dampak psikologis pada anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan atraumatic care dengan dampak psikologis pada anak usia prasekolah di Ruang Seurune 1 Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr.Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Tahun 2012. Desain penelitian adalah Deskriptif Korelatif dan tehnik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu 57 responden pada tanggal 17 Oktober - 16 November 2012. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner dengan tehnik angket dan wawancara terpimpin. Metode analisa data menggunakan uji statistik chi-square test ?2 yaitu uji Continuity correction table 2x2. Melalui uji statistik didapatkan nilai p- value 0,026 < 0,05 sehingga hipotesa nol (ditolak) yang berarti ada hubungan antara atraumatic care dengan dampak psikologis. Ada hubungan antara menurunkan dampak perpisahan (p-value 0026), ada hubungan antara meningkatkan kemampuan kontrol (p-value 0,033), tidak ada hubungan antara mengurangi cedera (p-value 0,075), ada hubungan antara tidak melakukan kekerasan (p-value 0,016), ada hubungan antara modifikasi lingkungan (p-value 0,026), di ruang seurune 1 Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Untuk dapat terpeliharanya kulitas pada lapisan ini, hal yang perlu dilakukan yaitu menjaga tetap terpeliharanya kelenturan, keawetan dan kekuatan di masa pelayanan. Penggunaan agregat perlu ditinjau terhadap nilai abrasi agregat ? 40% sesuai Spesifikasi Bina Marga. Agregat yang digunakan harus berkualitas baik dan bebas dari segala kotoran dan dapat digunakan untuk campuran aspal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi agregat dari Rikit Gaib (RG) dan Cot Girek (CG) terhadap sifat fisis agregat dan karakteristik Marshall. Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi tentang metode perbaikan nilai abrasi material melalui cara pencampuran material yang memiliki nilai abrasi berbeda. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Laboratorium Transportasi Teknik Sipil, Fakultas Teknik Universitas Syiah Kuala. Prosedur penelitian mengacu pada SNI dan AASHTO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan abrasi material dari Cot Girek sebesar 22,897% dan Nilai abrasi material dari Rikit Gaib sebesar 33,53%. Hasil pencampuran dari kedua material dengan variasi campuran (80% RG : 20% CG) nilai abrasi 31,206%, variasi (70% RG : 30% CG) abrasi 30,319%, dan variasi (60% RG : 40% CG) nilai abrasinya sebesar 28,469%. Hubungan yang terlihat dari hasil pencampuran material menunjukkan bahwa semakin kecil persentase campuran material agregat dari Rikit Gaib nilai abrasi semakin kecil. Nilai Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO) yang didapatkan dari hasil pencampuran material keempat variasi adalah 6,475%, 6,35%, 6,1%, dan 5,9%. In times of growing trees plantations have the ability to absorb carbon dioxide gases (CO2) in the atmosphere throught the process of photosynthesis which builds biomass stands and produce oxygen gases (O2). The potency of forest stands biomass and build a model standing stock biomass using the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) value from Satellite Imagery was investigated. Types of crops grown in Forest Product Utilization Permit for Cultivated Forest Area in PT.Acehnusa Indrapuri are A.mangium and E.urophylla plantations with area approximately 15,500.59 ha. The results showed the biomass content at the lowest value 16.81 tons per hectare with the NDVI Value of 0.342 whereas the highest content of biomass amounted to 145.750 tons per hectare in NDVI value 0.813.
