                <text>ABSTRAKPenelitian tentang tabel kehidupan Epilachna vigintioctopunctata F. (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) pada Tanaman Terung (Solanum melongena L.) telah dilakukan dari bulan Juli sampai Desember 2013 dengan tujuan untuk membuat dan menganalisis tabel kehidupan E. vigintioctopunctata dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab kematian stadium pradewasanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi langsung. Pengamatan terhadap variabel tabel kehidupan dilakukan pada rumah kawat sedangkan identifikasi predator dan parasitoid dilakukan di Laboratorium Zoologi, Jurusan Biologi Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Syiah Kuala. Variabel yang diamati adalah natalitas, mortalitas, dan kelulushidupan E. vigintioctopunctata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telur E. vigintioctopunctata yang berhasil mencapai dewasa sebesar 1,16%. Persentase mortalitas tertinggi terjadi pada fase telur (86,02%), diikuti oleh larva (12,59%), dan pupa (0,23%). Selanjutnya, nilai total mortalitas generasi (Kvalue) adalah 4,93. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan mortalitas stadium pradewasa E. vigintioctopunctata yaitu: parasitoid, predator, daun dimakan herbivor, hujan, dan gagal menetas. Tiga jenis predator yang menyerang telur dan larva E. vigintioctopunctata yaitu Manthis sp. (Mantidae), Oxyopes sp. (Oxyopidae), dan Bathippus sp. (Salticidae). Parasitoid yang menyerang telur E. vigintioctopunctata hanya satu jenis yaitu Tetrastichus sp. Kata kunci: Epilachna vigintioctopunctata, tanaman inang, predator, dan tabel       kehidupan.?ABSTRACTResearch about the life table of Epilachna vigintioctopunctata F. (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) on eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) was conducted from July to December 2013, in order to construct and analyzed the life table of                      E. vigintioctopunctata on its host plant, S. melongena and identified the mortality factors of immature stage. Observations of life table were done on the field cage while identification of predators and parasitoids were done in the Laboratory of Zoology, Biology Department, Faculty Mathematic and Natural Science, Syiah Kuala University. The variables in this study were natality, mortality, and survivorship of E. vigintioctopunctata. The results showed that the eggs of          E. vigintioctopunctata who reached to adult by 1,16%. The highest percentage of mortality occurred in the egg stage (86,02%), followed by the larval (12,59%), and pupal stages (0,23%). Furthermore, the total mortality generation (Kvalue) of E. vigintioctopunctata were 4,39. Five mortality factors were identified during the study, there were parasitoid, predators, herbivore which ate the egg plant, rain, and failure to hatch. Three species of predators that attacked the eggs and larval stages of E. vigintioctopunctata were Manthis sp. (Mantidae), Oxyopes sp. (Oxyopidae), and Bathippus sp. (Salticidae).                 <text>AbstrakKalkulus merupakan salah satu matakuliah yang mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika, fisika, kimia, biologi, teknik, pertanian, dan ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa pendidikan matematika perlu menguasai kalkulus khususnya integral tentu sebagai bekal untuk mengajar dan menyelesaikan masalah sehari-hari. Namun demikian, kenyataan menunjukkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap konsep integral tentu serta menggunakannnya dalam memecahkan masalah masih rendah. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah model problem based instruction (PBI). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam memecahkan masalah tentang integral tentu dengan model PBI. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan jumlah siklus sebanyak 3 (tiga) siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 (empat): tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap observasi, dan tahap refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika semester II tahun akademik 2011/2012 FKIP Unsyiah. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan memecahkan masalah, lembar pengamatan aktivitas dosen, lembar pengamatan aktivitas mahasiswa, dan angket respon mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis diperoleh pengembangan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam memecahkan masalah tentang integral tentu dilakukan melalui model PBI, yaitu orientasi mahasiswa pada masalah, mengorganisasikan bantuan dalam penyelidikan secara  kelompok, memberi bantuan dalam menyelidiki secara kelompok,  mengembangkan dan memberikan bimbingan memecahkan masalah, menganalisis dan mengevaluasi proses memecahkan masalah.  Kata Kunci: pemahaman, memecahkan masalah, integral tentu, dan model PBI </text>

                <text>Abstract Implementation problem solving as an approach in teaching mathematics besides aiming to improve problem-solving skills can also improve students' critical thinking mathematically. In practice, the application of problem solving approach could be expected to cause change math anxiety. Mathematics anxiety is high or too low will affect the ability of critical thinking mathematically. This research is a quantitative approach to experiment with the aim to obtain a picture of increasing mathematical and critical thinking skills of mathematics anxiety of students in learning by using a problem solving approach is reviewed by the entire student and student grouping. This study uses a form of pretest-posttest control group. Collecting data using a test for mathematical and critical thinking skills questionnaire for math anxiety. Based on the analysis concluded that the increase in critical thinking skills that are taught to students' mathematical problem solving approach is higher than the increase in students' critical thinking skills being taught mathematical with conventional approaches based on the students' overall well-reviewed and reviewed based on grouping students. For math anxiety, there are no significant changes between mathematics anxiety before treatment and after treatment both in classes taught by the problem solving approach and the class is taught by conventional approaches. Based on univariate analysis concluded that there was an interaction between these factors and grouping students learning approach to improving the ability to think mathematically ktitis or math anxiety.Keywords: mathematical critical thinking skills, math anxiety, problem solving approach</text>

PETROKIMIA GRESIK DALAM PENINGKATAN PRODUKSI PADI PADA KELOMPOK TANI BINA USAHA DI GAMPONG WEUSITEH KECAMATAN SUKAMAKMUR KABUPATEN ACEH BESARDefrizal / Agribisnis UnsyiahABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan di Gampong Weusiteh Kecamatan Sukamakmur Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dampak program GP3K PT. Petrokimia Gresik dalam peningkatan produksi padi pada kelompok tani bina usaha di Gampong Weusiteh Kecamatan Sukamakmur Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan populasi sebanyak 10 petani padi program GP3K yang digunakan sebagai sampel.Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada usahatani padi program GP3K rata-rata produksi sebanyak  6.353 Kg/Ha/MT dengan pendapatan sebesar Rp 19.273.690,- per Ha/MT lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan usahatani sebelum program GP3K yang rata- rata produksi sebanyak 3.663 Kg/Ha/MT dengan pendapatan sebesar Rp 7.168.690,- per Ha/MT. Perbedaan pendapatan petani tersebuta dalah sebesar Rp 12.105.000,- per Ha/MT.Tingginya produksi padi program GP3K menyebabkan pendapatan padi program GP3K juga lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan padi sebelum program GP3K. Hal lain yang menyebabkan produksipadi program GP3K tingg ikarena setelah satu minggu ditanam baru dipupuk dan dialirkan air secukupnya dan padi program GP3K membutuhkan perawatan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan padi sebelum program GP3K.Kata Kunci : GP3K, Produksi.IMPACT PROGRAM GP3K PT. Petrokimia Gresik in increasing rice production in farmer groups in the Village community development efforts Weusiteh Sukamakmur District of Aceh Besar district.Data used in this study is primary data and secondary data with a population of 10 rice farmers GP3K program that is used as a sample.Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis.The results showed that the rice farming GP3K program as much as the average production of 6.353 kg/ha/ MT with a revenue of Rp 19.273.690, - per ha/MT higher than the farm before the program GP3K the average production of as much as 3.663 kg/ha/MT with income of Rp. 7.168.690,- per ha/MT.The difference of the farmers' income is Rp. 12.105.000,- per ha/MT. The high production of paddy rice program GP3K cause revenue GP3K program is also higher than the rice before GP3K program.Another thing that causes high GP3K rice production program because after a week of new planted and cultivated rice and enough water flowed GP3K program requires higher maintenance than the rice before GP3K program.Keywords: GP3K, Production.</text>

                <text>AbstractAlgebra is a gateway of technology improvement. It needs students to have good relational thinking in order for algebraic understanding to grow.  Relational thinking means that the students develop the concept of a number that can vary, build upon similarities and differences, and appreciate for the equals sign as signifying equivalence of expressions. Three categories of relational thinking will be discussed in this paper: emerging, consolidating and established relational thinking. Analyzing data from some junior high school students in Banda Aceh it can be said that most students are still at the stage of emerging relational thinking. They construct limited responses to given questions. Many consolidating relational thinkers’ students are concerned that the relationships hold only for a specific range of numbers. Established relational thinkers demonstrate good algebraic thinking processes. Three types of sentences have a potential for develop algebraic thinking with respect to equivalence, attention to operations, different numbers, compensation, and generalisation. Having presented students’ responses to these three types of questions, we ask: how can teachers help students to move beyond the partial descriptions that characterize emerging relational thinkers.
