Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 2013 dengan tiga kali sampling yaitu pada Maret, Mei, dan Juli mengikuti musim. Pengambilan sampel ikan menggunakan alat tangkap yang tidak selektif, yaitu langgian (hand operated scoop net). Hasil penelitian didapatkan 5 famili yang meliputi 21 spesies, dengan jumlah spesies terbesar berasal dari famili Cyprinidae (15 spesies). Beberapa spesies yang dominan adalah Labeobarbus leptocheilus dan Crossocheilus sp. Kondisi musim berpengaruh terhadap struktur komunitas ikan, dimana keanekaragaman dan kemerataan cukup tinggi terjadi pada musim hujan (Maret) dan peralihan (Mei) tetapi rendah pada musim kemarau (Juli). Salah satu cara pencegahan ulkus diabetik pada kaki adalah dengan melakukan perawatan dan senam kaki. Edukasi yang baik perlu diberikan kepada pasien diabetes melitus supaya terbentuk persepsi yang baik tentang perawatan dan senam kaki. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi pasien DM tipe II tentang senam kaki dan perawatan kaki untuk mencegah ulkus diabetik di Poliklinik Endokrin BLUD RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh 2011. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah descriptive explorative dengan desain cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebesar 411 pasien, menggunakan rumus Slovin untuk menentukan besar sampel sebesar 80 responden. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuisioner sebanyak 20 kuisioner dengan pernyataan dalam bentuk multiple choice (dichotomous). Hasil penelitian didapatkan pasien yang memiliki persepsi perawatan kaki yang baik sebanyak 44 (53.7%) pasien dan buruk sebanyak 36 (46,3%). Pasien dengan persepsi senam kaki yang baik sebanyak 54 (67,4%) pasien dan buruk sebanyak 26 (32,6%). Different of quality and amount of each ingredients in fish feed result a various respons on fish.  The aim of this study were to determine respon of growth and feed consumption of walking cat fish (Clarias sp.) which fed feed made of fish meal, rice bran, and corn. The experimental diets containing fish meal, corn meal, and rice bran meal, respectively A. 70;10:19,5.; B. 60;25;14,5 C=60,19,75:19,75; D=60:9,5:30, and the other diets, E and F, were commersial diets. Daily growth rate, feed consumption, feed eficiency, and feed conversion ratio showed significant differences (p>0,05) among the treatments. In general, feed consumption rate, daily growth rate, feed efficiency, and feed conversion rate were best obtained on commercial feed, while feed made from local ingredients showed lower performance than commercial feed. The low quality of feed local ingredients were caused by used low quality of local ingredients which caused the level minimum of fibre and ash were high in 17,9% and 23,5%, respectively. The utilization of Local fish meal 60-70%, corn meal 9,5-19,75%, and rice bran meal 14,5-30% in fish diet did not result better growth performance than commercial diet, however the best formulation for local ingredients of fish meal, corn meal, rice bran meal were 60%; 19,75%; 19,75% and 60%; 9,5%;30 % respectively Keywords : Corn meal; diets; feed consumption; fish meal; growth; rice bran; walking catfish (Clarias sp.)Abstrak.  Tepung ikan, jagung dan dedak padi adalah merupakan bahan baku yang mudah diperoleh dan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan baku pakan ikan, meskipun demikian perbedaan kualitas setiap jenis bahan baku dan jumlah pengggunaan setiap bahan baku dalam pakan dapat menghasilkan respon yang berbeda terhadap ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan konsumsi pakan ikan lele (Clarias sp.) yang diberikan pakan berbahan tepung ikan, tepung dedak padi, dan tepung jagung. Pakan uji yang dicobakan adalah pakan dengan komposisi tepung ikan: tepung jagung, dan: tepung dedak yang berbeda yaitu masing-masing A=70:10:19,5; B=60:25:14,5; C=60:19,75:19,75; D=60:9,5:30, serta dua pakan komersial yaitu E dan F Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pakan dengan komposisi bahan baku yang berbeda berpengaruh (p<0,05) terhadap laju pertumbuhan harian, tingkat konsumsi pakan, efisiensi pakan dan rasio konversi pakan. Tingkat konsumsi pakan, laju pertumbuhan harian, efisiensi pakan dan rasio konversi pakan yang terbaik diperoleh pada pakan komersial sedangkan pakan yang berbahan baku lokal menunjukkan tampilan yang lebih rendah dibandingkan pakan komersial. Rendahnya kualitas pakan berbahan baku lokal diduga disebabkan oleh bahan baku lokal  yang digunakan memiliki kualitas yang rendah sehingga menghasilkan pakan dengan kandungan serat kasar dan abu yang tinggi masing-masing minimal 17,9% dan 23,5%. Salah satu stressor yang dapat menimbulkan stres pada mahasiswa yang menjalani profesi ners adalah tuntutan bebannya yang lebih berat dibandingkan saat di akademik, seringkali mereka dibebankan dengan tugas yang banyak dan menumpuk namun harus segera diselesaikan pada waktu yang telah ditentukan, ditambah lagi dengan tuntutan dinas jaga jika bertugas dirumah sakit sehingga kurangnya waktu relaksasi dan istirahat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan stress dengan kejadian insomnia pada mahasiswa profesi ners Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh tahun 2013. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif korelatif melalui pendekatan cross sectional study dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 responden yang menjalani profesi ners. Pengumpulan data membagi kuesioner yang terdiri dari 65 item pernyataan dalam skala likert dan dichotomy. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi-square, hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah mahasiswa profesi yang mengalami stres ringan sebanyak (30%), sedang (13%) dan berat (32%) dan mahasiswa yang mengalami insomnia sebanyak (60%). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara stres dengan kejadian insomnia pada mahasiswa profesi ners di Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh (P-value 0,002) tahun 2013. In this paper, four secondary metabolites have been isolated and characterized from a marine Streptomyces sp. B5798, namely phydroxyphenylacetic acid (2), indole-3-carboxylic acid (3), indole-3-acetic acid (4), and Macrolactin A (5), respectively. Two of them are common compounds, namely indole-3-carboxylic acid (3) and indole-3-acetic acid (4). The 3,4 dihydroxybenzaldehyde is a degradation product of phydroxyphenylacetic (2) in microorganism. Macrolactin A (5) showed cytotoxicity against brine shrimps test (A. salina). All structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated based on spectroscopic and mass spectrometry data. Fuel is one of important components in fishing activity. The objectives of this research were to analyze the need and the receiver of fuel subsidy in Aceh Besar t as well as to analyze the problems that faced by fisherman in Aceh Besar district. The survey was done on June-August 2012 in five sub-district in Aceh Besar namely: (1) Baitussalam, (2) Mesjid Raya, (3) Leupung (4) Lhoknga dan (5) Mesjid Raya. The result shown that the average cost of one trip of fishing activities in Aceh Besar were Rp700.000. The lowest operational cost was found in Seulimum (Rp96.200 per trip) and the highest was found in Baitussalam sub-district (Rp1, 793,710 per trip). Fuel was the biggest cost for fishing activity; it was ranged 40%-73% with average 57.9%. The lowest proportion of fuel consumption was found in Baitussalam sub-district and the highest was found in Lhoknga sub-district. In average, the fisherman’s fuel consumption was 1,237L. per month; with total subsidy was Rp 5,824,737 per fisherman per month. The profit will be decreased up to 89.5% if there was no fuel subsidy. In addition, the result also shown that the fisherman in Aceh Besar did not have any skill to generate their alternative income. As the consequence, in the future there is a need to develop programs to generate the alternative livelihood for Aceh Besar fisherman as well as their family.Keywords.
