Proses penelitian diawali dengan membaca data yang telah dikumpulkan, memilih yang sesuai dengan penelitian yaitu alih kode dan peminjaman kode, mengklasifikasikan berdasarkan alih kode dan peminjaman kode, menganalisis data, menentukan penyebab terjadinya alih kode dan peminjaman kode, kemudian menarik kesimpulan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa jenis alih kode pada wacana interaksi masyarakat multilingual di Kecamatan Timang Gajah, Kabupaten Bener Meriah terjadi pada jenis alih kode intern yaitu peralihan kode dari bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa daerah ataupun sebaliknya dari bahasa daerah ke bahasa Indonesia, selain itu juga terjadi peralihan kode situasional dan metaforis. Penyebab terjadinya alih kode pada interaksi masyarakat multilingual di Kecamatan Timang Gajah, Kabupaten Bener Meriah adalah (1) sebab penutur atau pembicara (2) sebab lawan tutur atau pendengar, (3) sebab hadirnya orang ketiga, dan (4) sebab perubahan situasi dari formal ke informal, (5) sebab perubahan topik. The study made use of primary data collected with the aid of a well-structured questionnaire, which were administered by well-trained enumerator to beneficiaries of entrepreneurship acquisition skills randomly sampled from six Local Government Area of the state. The data collected through the questionnaire was analyzed using descriptive statistics like frequencies and percentages. The result shows that 65% of the respondents accepted that lack of entrepreneurship skills among youth is responsible for the high rate of poverty in Nigeria. The result also revealed that at least 60% of the people that benefitted from the skill acquisition programme can now afford the basic necessity of life. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Peusangan Siblah Krueng Kabupaten Bireuen. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah wanita tani yang berstatus sebagai isteri petani, yang bekerja sebagai petani pemilik lahan dan penggarap yang membantu perekonomian keluarganya dalam usahatani kakao. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel secara sembarang atau kebetulan dimana wanita tani yang ditemui peneliti di lokasi penelitian memiliki lahan usahatani kakao dengan metode analisis secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lamanya alokasi waktu yang dicurahkan wanita tani untuk bekerja pada usahatani kakao adalah 1,5 jam/hari atau 12,5 persen, dan kontribusi wanita tani terhadap pendapatan keluarga pada usahatani kakao adalah rendah, yaitu 2,3 persen.Kata Kunci : Alokasi Waktu Kerja, Keluarga, Kontribusi, Pendapatan, Wanita Tani.ALLOCATION OF WORKING TIME OF WOMEN FARMERS IN COCOA FARMING AND ITS CONTRIBUTION TO THEFAMILY INCOME IN THE DISTRICT OFPEUSANGAN SIBLAH KRUENG BIREUENRaisa Luthfia Yusral/Agribusiness Department of Syiah Kuala UniversityABSTRACTIncomes is of note in the family economy. Incomes obtained from various sources, both from farm and non-farm. One important element in supporting family incomes are women, with many sacrifices made to explain how important their involvement. This study aims to determine the length of the allocation of time devoted to work of women farmers in cocoa farming and find out how to contribute to the family income of women farmers. This research was conducted in the District of Peusangan Siblah Krueng, Bireuen. Objects in this study were women farmers status as a farmer's wife, who worked as a land owner and tenant farmers who help the family economy in cocoa farming. Sampling was done by accidental sampling technique that any sampling technique or by chance in which women farmers who met investigators at the study site has a cocoa farm land with methods of descriptive and quantitative analysis.
