The performance of diagnostic X-ray machine should be checked to determine if the dose received does not harm a patient and produce a good image and provide diagnostic information in a timely and accurate, therefore there are necessary for quality control activities on the machine X-ray. Factors that affect the dosing and imaging results, among others, the amount of the provision of current and voltage. From the research shows that the value of the output voltage generated is not much different from the value of the input voltage with a percentage value below 5%. This value shows a good output machineX-ray because it is still under the maximum tolerance limit of 10%. So the overall results of observations on the machineX-ray is in hospital, the quality control measurements gave values still within safe limits. Nutrisi merupakan faktor penting yang juga mempengaruhi kesembuhan pasien tuberkulosis Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peningkatan berat badan dengan konversi sputum setelah fase awal pada pasien TB di Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh (RSUDZA). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Cross sectional. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 92 pasien tuberkulosis di poliklinik DOTS RSUDZA Banda Aceh yang diperoleh dengan metode total sampling terhitung dari Januari sampai dengan Desember 2013. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik Fisher dengan Confident interval 95%. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan p = 0,107 (p > 0,05) yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara peningkatan berat badan dengan konversi sputum pada penderita tuberkulosis yang telah mendapatkan OAT fase awal. Diharapkan adanya penelitian yang lebih lanjut mengenai hubungan nutrisi dengan konversi sputum dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar dan desain penelitian yang lebih baik. Nutrition is an important factor that also effects the recovery of tuberculosis patients The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of weight gain and sputum conversion after the initial phase of TB patients at the General Hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh (RSUDZA). This research was cross sectional study. Subjects consisted of 92 outpatient DOTS tuberculosis in RSUDZA Banda Aceh obtained with total sampling method starting from January to December 2013. Results were analyzed using Fisher test with 95% confident interval. Statistical test results p= 0,107 (p > 0,05) that showed there is no association between increased weight to conversion of sputum in patients with tuberculosis who have earned OAT initial phase, It is expected that the presence of further reaserh on the relationship of nutrition with sputum convertion with a larger number of sampel and design better research. This research purpose to  studied compatibility properties of the material and percent weight loss during the biodegradation test. Optimum weight loss (59,26% ) was showed after 60 days witches LDPE and starch composition ratio 6 : 4 (w/w)  while tensile strength  equal to 0,38 Kgf/mm2.  SEM characterization showed that biodegradation has occurred by  formation of hole in the biodegradable plastic surface. DTA test gave Tg = 130 °C, Tm = 230 °C and Td = 370-450 °C while FT-IR analysis showed that the biodegradable plastics have a chemistry interaction. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2012 sampai Maret 2013. Terdapat 4 lokasi stasiun pengamatan yaitu Amat Aramanyang, Ujung Pancu, Ujung Kareung dan Benteng Inong Balee. Pengambilan sampel pada seluruh stasiun dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode transek kuadrat, stasiun dibagi menjadi 3 substasiun, jarak antar substasiun 10-20 m, kemudian dibentangkan transek sepanjang 30 m pada zona intertidal disetiap substasiun, lalu pada transek dilakukan 5 kali pengulangan menggunakan plot kuadrat 1 m x 1 m dengan jarak 5 m antar plot secara zigzag. Hasil penelitian menemukan 40 jenis makroinvertebrata dari 6 kelas, dengan komposisi tertinggi adalah kelas Gastropoda sebesar 80,81%. Indeks keragaman pada stasiun penelitian berkisar antara 1,78-2,53, dimana nilai ini termasuk dalam katagori sedang. The objective of the research was to determine community structure of macroinvertebrate at the intertidal zone in Aceh Besar coastal. The research had been conducted on september 2012 to march 2013. The observasion was at 4 sites; Amat Aramanyang, Ujung Pancu, Ujung Kareung, and Benteng Inong Balee. The sampling method used quadrate transect. The samples were collected from 3 sub station at each observation site. The interval of each sub station was 10-20 m. Within the 30 m of transect observation at the intertidal zone, the quadrate plot of 1 m x 1 m was used in zigzag wag with 5 m of interval, with 5 repeatitions. It was founded 40 species of macroinvertebrate of 6 classes at all observation sites. The higher composition of macroinvertebrate was Gastropod of 80.81%. The distribution of Trichoderma sp (TBPH isolate) in litter layers of Acacia mangium was observed in two years’ old of health standing (2S) and Ganoderma sp-attacked standing (2G). The objectives of this research were to observe Trichoderma sp distributions in leaf litter layers and to determine of antagonistic ability of Trichoderma sp TBPH against Ganoderma sp (GBR isolate). Trichoderma sp in sawdust medium was spread above of F litter layer in 50 x 50 cm area. Total populations of Trichoderma were observed each month during eight months. Antagonistic activities of Trichoderma sp TBPH against Ganoderma sp GBR were tested by dual test method on PDA and PDA with litter powder (PDAS) media.  The results showed that populations of Trichoderma sp were fluctuating and the highest population on both standings of F layer   and were followed by H and L layers. Fluctuations of Trichoderma sp population on L layer were tended to follow rainfall fluctuations while those on F layer were tended to follow litter pH fluctuations. Antagonistic test showed that inhibition percentage of PDAS medium was lower than those of PDA medium indicating litter amendment on media being causes of lower antagonistic activities of Trichoderma sp. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematik siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan model TTW dan siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain Pre-test-Post-test Control Group Design. Kelompok eksperimen memperoleh pembelajaran dengan model TTW dan kelompok kontrol memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), dengan populasi seluruh siswa SMP Negeri 2 Indrajaya dengan sampel siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Indrajaya. Untuk mendapatkan data hasil penelitian digunakan instrumen berupa tes kemampuan komunikasi matematik dan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dilakukan terhadap rataan pretes, postes dan gain ternormalisasi antara kedua kelompok sampel dengan menggunakan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematik siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan model TTW lebih baik daripada peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematik siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional; (2) Aktivitas siswa pada tahap Think, Talk, dan Write siswa yang belajar pada kelas eksperimen menunjukkan persentase yang lebih baik dari setiap pertemuan; (3) Terdapat korelasi yang tinggi antara aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran dengan model Think-Talk-Write (TTW) dengan kemampuan komunikasi matematik siswa.Kata kunci : Think-Talk-Write (TTW), Komunikasi Matematik.
