These primates performer their daily activity in one home-range and also protect their home-range with provides a specific vocal (loud-call). As majority of pesticides are stable heat, they can be changed into stable vapor state by column.  a gas chromatographic method of analysis was developed. Gas chromatography for organophosphate compounds, namely chlorpyriphos and dichlorphos, with a OV-17 packed column, and a flame photometry detector equipped by filter for phosphor, which detecs phosphor containing compounds exclusively, avoiding any interference of other non phosphor compounds present in the sample matrix. Gas chromatography for a pyrethoid compound, d-allethrin, utilizes a HP-1 capilarry column with a flame ionization detector, and detect, any ionizable compound. The research was initiated by adjustment of the condition of gas chromatography system to obtain an appropiate separation of compounds a good shape of chromatogram and a tolerable retention time.  With a flow rate of nitrogen 55 ml/min, column temperatures of 210oC, a detector and injector temperature of 230oC, the method gave a retention times chlorpyriphos of 6,47 minute and that of dichlorphos of 0,73 minute . The difference in retention time of chlorpyriphos and that of dichlorphos was caused by the difference in molecular weight of both compounds, thin dichlorphos with a smaller molecular weight (220, 98) was eluted faster than chlorpyriphos (350,6). For  d-allethrin whit a flow rate of nitrogen gas of 40 ml/min, a column temperature  of 180oC, a detector and injector temperature of 210oC, a retention time of d-allethrin of 3,28 minutes was obtained. The mosquito coils tested did not contain any chlorpyriphos nor dichlorphos, and some contained d-allethrin. The d-allethrin content obtained in one of the sample was beyond the tolerated limit. Traditional medical plants and their natural habitats were obtained through interviewing local people. Termites were collected by adopted a Standardized Sampling Protocol and final. taxonomic confirmation was done with the help of Termite Research Group (the Natural History Museum, London). About 20 species of medical plants were attacked by termites with various levels. Nine genera and 20 species were collected from various habitats throughout Ketambe, Simpur as well as Gunung Setan villages. Coffe (Coffea arabica), hazelnut (Aleurites moluccana) , and areca (Area catechu) were among the worse of traditional medical  plant that had been attached by the termites. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi mahasiswa praktikan jurusan ekonomi FKIP Unsyiah dalam membangkitkan minat belajar siswa pada materi pembelajaran ekonomi sudah dikategorikan baik, bisa dilihat dari strategi mahasiswa praktikan jurusan ekonomi FKIP Unsyiah dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar yaitu, membuka pelajaran dengan menggerakkan siswa untuk masuk pembelajaran, menjelaskan materi yang akan dipelajari dan mengabsensi siswa setiap kali pertemuan. Dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa mahasiswa praktikan mengubah gaya mengajar, melakukan pendekatan kepada siswa, dan membimbing siswa tersebut. Sedangkan strategi mahasiswa praktikan dalam mengevaluasi siswa adalah dengan evaluasi awal, evaluasi selama proses pembelajaran, dan evaluasi akhir. Cara mahasiswa praktikan melakukan evaluasi pada siswa adalah melihat keaktifan siswa dan memberikan soal kepada siswa. Until now, there has been much public attention for a farming waste, environment polluting and a place to develop various diseases, especially fungal Phytopthora. To overcome these problems, it needs to utilize alternative cocoa pods. The aims of this study were: (1) to determine the potential use of Trichoderma virens isolated from cocoa plantation in Aceh as bio-decomposer in the composting process cocoa pods. The composition of potential use experiment; Manure+Trichoderma (PT); Cocoa pod husk+Trichoderma (KT); Cocoa pod husk + Manure (KP); Cocoa pod husk +Manure+Trichoderma (KPT) has been tested. The analysis result showed that the combined use of Trichoderma virens compost although no effect on the color, texture and smell of compost but could be effect on characterized of compost maturity by characteristics of C/N compost. The content of C/N compost on all treatments in accordance with the standard compost maturity thus considered quite feasible to be applied to the crop. Daun biduri dimaserasi menggunakan pelarutn-heksana, etil asetat dan metanol sehingga diperoleh rendemen berturut-turut 1,16%,1,10% dan 4,22%. Ekstrak etil asetat selanjutnya dipisahkan dengan kromatografikolom cair vakum, sehingga diperoleh tiga fraksi gabungan yaitu fraksi I, II dan III.Hasil uji fitokimia menunjukkan ekstrak kasar dan fraksi-fraksi ekstrak etil asetatdaun biduri mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder golongan alkaloid, terpenoid,fenol dan kumarin. Hasil uji aktivitas sitotoksik menunjukkan ekstrak etil asetatmemiliki aktivitas sitotoksik lebih besar dibandingkan ekstrak n-heksana dan metanoldengan nilai LC50 masing-masing sebesar 109,69 ?g/mL, 63,70 ?g/mL dan 110,89?g/mL sedangkan untuk fraksi I dan fraksi II adalah 163,26 dan 182,89 ?g/mL.Kata Kunci: Calotropis gigantea, Artemia salina, aktivitas sitotoksik.ABSTRACTThis study was intended to find out the cytotoxic activity extracts of n-hexane, ethylacetate and methanol of Calatropis gigantea leaves against Artemia salina by usingBrine shrimp lethality test (BSLT) method. C. gigantea leaves was macerated usingthe solvents n-hexane, ethyl acetate and methanol in order to obtain yield 1.16% ,1.19% and 4.22% respectively. The ethyl acetate extract was separated by usingvacuum liquid column chromatography and obtained three combined of fractions,namely fraction I, II and III. Phytochemical test results showed the crude extract andfractions of ethyl acetate extract of C. gigantea leaves containing secondarymetabolites such as alkaloids, terpenoids, phenols and coumarins. The BSLT resultsshowed cytotoxic activity of ethyl acetate extract had greatest compare to n-hexaneand methanol extracts with LC50 value 63.70, 109.69 and 110.89 ?g/mL, while forfractions I and II were 163.26 and 182.89 ?g/mL respectively.Keywords: Calatropis gigantea, Artemia salina, cytotoxic activity.
