This aims of this research was to determine the percentage of carcass, commercial carcass parting and meat bone ratio (breast, thigh and wing) of broiler consumed wood vinegar. This research was assigned into used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 different treatments and each 3 replicates. The treatments were dose of wood vinegar, R0 = water + 0% wood vinegar, R1 = water + 0.25% wood vinegar, R2 = water + 0.5% wood vinegar, R3 = water + 0.75% wood vinegar, R0 = water + 1% wood vinegar. The observed parameters were percentage of carcass, commercial sliced carcass parting and meat bone ratio. The results showed that wood vinegar in the drinking water did gave not significantly (P>0,05) effect to the percentage of carcass, commercial sliced carcass parting and meat bone ratio of broiler chickens. It is concluded that Liquid wood vinegar can be used for broiler chickens until 1%. Prevalensi kejadian akne tertinggi adalah pada usia 20-29 tahun. Kosmetik Pembersih wajah menjadi salah satu faktor timbulnya akne. Kosmetik pembersih wajah terbagi menjadi empat jenis yaitu: cair, minyak, krim dan padat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat angka kejadian akne pada penggunaan jenis kosmetik pembersih wajah. Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode observasional dengan rancangan Cross sectional dengan sampel 39 orang mahasiswi program studi Pendidikan Dokter Fakultas Kedokteraan Universitas Syiah Kuala yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Peneliti menggunakan asumsi bahwa kejadian akne hanya ditimbulkan karena penggunaan kosmetik pembersih wajah. Dari hasil penelitian jenis kosmetik pembersih wajah yang paling banyak digunakan adalah cair (51.3%) dan krim (30.8%). Angka kejadian akne pada penggunaan kosmetik pembersih wajah minyak 50%, padat 33.3%, cair 25%, dan krim 16.7%. The purpose of this research was to find out the width and scattered location of existing land use which its land capability class suitable for pastures; forage production prospective, and land carrying capacity. The combination of survey and evaluation method was used in this study. The primary data were obtained by field observation and compiling documents, while the secondary data were obtained from various sources, including Bappeda Aceh, and Dinas Peternakan Aceh Besar. Land capability classification was defined based on a modified USDA method and land capability class mapping was prepared based on overlay method by geoprocessing of Geographic Information Systems. The attributes delineating land capability classification included slope, erosion potential and soil depth. Spatial and attributes data were processed using ArcGIS 9.3. Interpretation of land use map derived from satellite imagery analysis results. Brachiaria humidicola green production (tons/year) was determined by assumption-based on obtaining data from various sources. Present livestock population and increasing of population target up to 2017 were obtained from Dinas Peternakan Aceh Besar. The results showed that the existing land use area was 28,632.23 ha (59.03 %), whereas the potential land use area was 19,875.73 ha (40.97%). Land use area for pastures in the district of Aceh Besar, both existing and potential, were sufficient to support the achievement of livestock population increasing program. Setiap perusahaan konstruksi harus memiliki strategi bersaing yang unik dan berkualitas agar mampu menjaga eksistensi dalam arena persaingan dan membangun kinerja perusahaan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian tentang identifikasi strategi bersaing yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan konstruksi dan bagaimana hubungan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Banda Aceh dengan objek yang ditinjau adalah perusahaan konstruksi skala menengah. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui kuesioner terhadap 31 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan perhitungan statistik dengan memakai analisa validitas, reliabilitas, analisa deskriptif, analisa korelasi pearson product moment menggunakan alat bantu komputasi Microsoft Excel untuk mendapatkan hubungan strategi bersaing terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan konstruksi kelas menengah di kota Banda Aceh. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil analisa validitas menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel valid dengan nilai ? 0,3 dan hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan kuisioner memiliki nilai Cronbach Alpha ? 0,6. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa variabel strategi bersaing yang paling banyak dipilih sebesar 4,7 adalah strategi keunggulan biaya sedangkan untuk indikator sebesar 5 yaitu mempercepat penyelesaian proyek. Berdasarkan analisa korelasi yang memiliki korelasi tertinggi yaitu dengan nilai korelasi 0,786 adalah variabel strategi keunggulan biaya dengan kinerja perusahaan memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. This research aimed to detect the total number of Campylobacter sp. on poultry carcass after decontamination by acetic acid, citric acid and combination of both. This research was conducted in the Laboratory of Veterinary Public Health Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh. The research was factorial completely randomized designed. Samples of poultry carcass were obtained from the Lamnyong market, Banda Aceh. Sixty poultry carcasses were divided into three groups of treatment and one group without treatment. Observation of each treatment was five time replicated at 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 hours after immersion for ± 30 seconds in each of the decontamination material. Observation of Campylobacter sp. was done by inoculating every sample on CM0739 selective Campylobacter Blood free selective agar base and CCDA Selective supplement SR0155E. Measurements of Total Plate Count (TPC) Campylobacter sp according to Standard Plate Count (SPC). Data was variance analyzed (ANOVA) using SPSS. The results of research showed that the growing colonies of Campylobacter sp. were indicated by white colony with surrounded by black zone. Immersion of poultry carcass with acetic acid, citric acid and combination of the both and the observation time had no influence (P>0,05) to ALT Campylobacter sp. The research was concluded that carcass to Campylobacter sp. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani karet rakyat di Kecamatan Kuta Makmur Kabupaten Aceh Utara ditinjau dari aspek finansial. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah metode survey, Penentuan desa sampel dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive Sampling). Metode pengambilan sampel petani dilakukan dengan cara acak terstratifikasi (Stratified Random Sampling) berdasarkan umur tanaman karet, besarnya sampel yang diambil dari keseluruhan populasi sebesar 20%. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode yang di pergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis finansial. Dimana dalam analisis ini dipergunakan kriteria Investasi yaitu Net Present Value( NPV), Internal Rate Of Return( IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Break Even Point (BEP), Analisis Sensivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani karet rakyat di Kecamatan Kuta Makmur Kabupaten Aceh Utara layak untuk diusahakan bila ditinjau dari segi finansial. Hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa dengan asumsi suku bunga yang berlaku sebesar 18% pertahun, maka besarnya nilai NPV > 0 dari usahatani karet selama 25 tahun pada DF 18% adalah senilai Rp. 19.894.573, Net B/C > 1 yaitu 1,97 , IRR > tingkat suku bunga yang berlaku (18%) yaitu 30,00% dan BEP terjadi pada 6 tahun 9 bulan. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of smallholder rubber farming in Kuta Makmur subdistrict, North Aceh District in terms of financial aspects. The research method used was a survey method, determination of sample villages purposive sampling. The sampling method was done by farmers stratified random sampling. based on the age of the rubber plant, the amount of samples taken from the entire population of 20%. The data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. Method which used in this study is the financial analysis. Where the criteria used in this analysis, namely Investment Present Value( NPV), Internal Rate Of Return( IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Break Even Point (BEP), Analisis Sensivitas. The results showed that rubber farming folk in Kuta Makmur subdistrict, Aceh Utara District deserves to be developed when the review of financial terms. It can be seen that assuming current interest rates of 18% per year, then the value of NPV> 0 of rubber farming for 25 years at 18% DF is Rp. 19,894,573, net B/C > 1 is 1.97, IRR > the prevailing interest rate (18%) BEP is 30.00% and occurred at 6 years and 9 months.
