Dimana ada 2 kematian ibu tiap jamnya, survei demografi dan kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) tahun 2007, Angka kematian ibu adalah 228 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup, angka kematian bayi (AKB) 34 per 1.000 kelahiran hidup. Tingginya angka kematian ibu tersebut disebabkan karena persalinan. Hal ini dikarenakan masih banyaknya ibu yang tidak mampu membiayai persalinannya sehingga tidak dilayani oleh tenaga kesehatan dan fasilitas kesehatan yang baik. Jampersal adalah respon pemerintah terhadap kematian bayi dan ibu tersebut dan telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2011. Salah satu indikator keberhasilan pelayanan kesehatan adalah kepuasan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengindentifikasi faktor-faktor ketidakpuasan seperti proses administrasi, komunikasi paramedis, kesigapan paramedis dan pelayanan paramedis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Dari Analisis data hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dari tanggal 21-31 Desember 2013 di RSUDZA, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 32 yang diambil secara accidental sampling maka diperoleh ketidakpuasan ibu bersalin yang menggunakan jampersal paling banyak di proses administrasi dan kesigapan paramedis. Responden yang menyatakan proses administrasi kurang baik sebanyak 9 responden (56,3%), yang mana responden paling banyak menjawab setuju di lamanya waktu mengantri sebanyak 11 responden (34,4%). The aimed of the experiment was to know  the effect of iodine fertilizer when applied to the soil on the quality  and the efficiency of Nitrogen absorption of legume. Centrosema pubescens (Centro) and Pueraria phaseoloides (Puero), soil from Tenbalang, manure, an organic fertilizer ( N,P,K and KI ).  H2SO4 solution, aquades, HCL, NaOH,  indikator MR+MB, and blanko solution.  The experiment also used 24 pot for plantation with 10 kg capacity , analytic balance etc. The experiment used 4 x 2 factorial  completely randomized design. The first factor were Centro (Centrosema pubescens)- (L1)  and Puero (Pueraria phaseoloides)- (L2) and the level of iodine fertilizer  (I0) without iodine, I1 (iodine  5 kg/ha), I2 (iodine 10 kg/ha) and I3 (iodine  15 kg/ha) were the  second factor. Application of  iodine fertilizer has no significant result, to nitrogen absorption, nitrat reductase activity, crude protein contain, and fibre. In the other hand, the interaction between legume and iodine has significantly result on the efficient and absorption of nitrogen, crude protein. The conclusion showed that puero was more responsive than centro, however centro was  more potential in efficiency  and absorption of N and crude protein. Dibidang teknik sipil zeolit juga telah dipergunakan sebagai bahan stabilisasi tanah. Tanah lempung merupakan jenis tanah kohesif yang sangat mudah bereaksi terhadap air, bila air ditambahkan pada suatu tanah yang sedang dipadatkan, air tersebut akan berfungsi sebagian unsur pembasah pada partikel-partikel tanah. Uji pemadatan sering digunakan untuk menentukan hubungan kadar air dan berat volume, dan untuk mengevaluasi tanah agar memenuhi syarat kepadatan, maka pada umumnya dilakukan uji pemadatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan zeolit yang digunakan sebagai bahan stabilisasi tanah lempung Desa Cot Seunong, terhadap nilai kepadatan. Setelah itu dicari persentase variasi campuran zeolit yang menghasilkan nilai kepadatan optimum. Tanah yang diigunakan berasal dari Desa Cot Seunong Kecamatan Montasik dan kemudian distabilisasikan dengan zeolit yang berasal dari perbukitan Desa Ujong Pancu Kecamatan Pekan Bada. Penelitian ini dilakukan di laboratorium Mekanika Tanah Fakultas Teknik Unsyiah. Pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah sifat-sifat fisis dan uji proctor standar. Variasi campuran zeolit adalah 0%, 3%, 6%, dan 9%. Hasil pengujian sifat-sifat fisis tanah Cot Seunong yaitu berat jenis 2,67, batas cair 76,37%, batas plastis 24,56%, indeks plastis 51,81% dan lolos saringan No.200 78,97% . Adapun Hasil menurut sistem klasifikasi AASHTO tanah ini termasuk kedalam kelompok A-7-6 (44), sedangkan menurut sistem klasifikasi USCS tanah tanpa campuran tergolong dalam tanah lempung tak organik dengan plastisitas tinggi. persentase kenaikan pada nilai berat volume kering (?d maks) hingga variasi campuran 9% adalah 6,10 % dan persentase penurunan pada nilai kadar air optimum (OMC) hingga variasi campuran 9% adalah 15,08 %. Tanah lempung terdiri dari butiran-butiran yang sangat kecil serta selalu menunjukkan sifat-sifat plastis dan kohesif. Tanah lempung yang memiliki kadar mineral lempung yang tinggi akan mudah dipengaruhi oleh air, sehingga akan mempengaruhi sifat kembang susutnya dan daya dukung tanah. Penggunaan tanah lempung sebagai material konstruksi kurang memberi kebaikan bagi konstruksi, karena tanah lempung memiliki sifat yang kurang baik terhadap kelangsungan pekerjaan konstruksi. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan perbaikan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan sifat dan kekuatan tanah lempung. Salah satunya dengan menstabilisasi tanah dengan campuran zeolit. Pemanfaatan zeolit sebagai bahan stabilisasi tanah lempung Desa Cot Seunong diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai CBR tanah tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mencampur zeolit pada variasi campuran 0%, 3%, 6%, dan 9% dari berat kering tanah lempung dengan perlakuan nilai CBR tanpa rendaman (Unsoaked) pada kepadatan sisi basah yaitu dengan kadar air OMC + 2%. Hasil pengujian terhadap nilai CBR tanah pada kepadatan sisi basah dengan campuran zeolit menunjukkan peningkatan nilai CBR tanah lempung, akan tetapi jika dibandingkan dengan nilai CBR pada kepadatan sisi optimum, maka nilai CBR pada sisi basah lebih rendah. Dari hasil pengujian terhadap nilai CBR tanah pada kondisi tidak terendam (Unsoaked) menunjukkan kenaikan nilai CBR maksimum pada kadar campuran zeolit 9%. yaitu sebesar 16,00% pada sisi basah dan 19,33% pada keadaan optimum. Dengan demikian penggunaan zeolit dalam penelitian ini sangat efektif dalam menaikkan nilai CBR (Unsoaked) tanah lempung Desa Cot Seunong yang di stabilisasikan dengan zeolit pada kepadatan sisi basah. Uji CBR sering digunakan untuk mengetahui daya dukung tanah dasar seperti jenis tanah lempung untuk kebutuhan tebal perkerasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil dari nilai CBR Unsoaked pada kepadatan sisi kering tanah lempung Desa Cot Seunong. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Mekanika Tanah Fakultas Teknik Unsyiah. Pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian adalah pengujian sifat - sifat fisis tanah seperti pengujian berat jenis, batas cair, batas plastis, pembagian butir, uji proctor standar dan pengujian CBR. Tanah yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berasal dari Desa Cot Seunong, Kecamatan Montasik, Kabupaten Aceh Besar dan kemudian dicampur dengan zeolit yang diperoleh dari perbukitan Desa Ujong Pancu, Kecamatan Peukan Bada, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Nilai CBR Unsoaked pada kepadatan sisi kering didapat dari pengurangan atau minus dua persen (-2%) kadar air optimum (OMC) pada pengujian pemadatan (standard proctor). Setelah itu dicari persentase variasi campuran zeolit dari 3% hingga 9%. Pencampuran tanah dengan zeolit hanya diuji pada pengujian CBR Unsoaked pada kepadatan sisi kering dan pada kepadatan optimum. Variasi campuran zeolit yang digunakan adalah dari 3%, 6%, dan 9%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan campuran zeolit pada tanah lempung Desa Cot Seunong berpengaruh pada peningkatan nilai CBR Unsoaked pada kepadatan sisi kering dan juga pada kepadatan optimum dari setiap variasi campuran. Dengan demikian kepadatan sisi kering akan meningkatkan nilai CBR Unsoaked tanah lempung Desa Cot Seunong yang distabilisasikan dengan zeolit lebih tinggi dibandingkan dari kepadatan optimum. Produktivitas tenaga kerja panen merupakan perbandingan antara banyaknya jumlah TBS yang dapat diperoleh dengan lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dan besarnya pengaruh usia, jumlah tanggungan, pendidikan, pengalaman, pendapatan total rumah tangga tenaga kerja panen dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja panen kelapa sawit pada perusahaan PT. Parasawita Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara serempak faktor usia, jumlah tanggungan, pendidikan, pengalaman, pendapatan total rumah tangga dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja panen kelapa sawit. Goats play an important role in the livelihood of rural people in upland and lowland farming systems in the areas of Eks-Karesidenan Banyumas Central Java. The main focus of this study presented in this paper, consist of (i) documenting the regional goat farming pattern, and (ii) find out the level of goat productivity in their farming. Importance of this study related to the development strategic fof their goat farming. Study was conducted in the areas of Eks-Karesidenan Banyumas Central Java (consist of Banyumas, Purbalingga, Banjarnegara, and Cilacap regencies). Upland and lowland areas were selected by purposive sampling method. Qualitative and quantitative descriptive statistic was applied in this study. Most of goats are raised within traditional system, characterized by small-scale production. The production in upland and lowland areas focused on single purposes for producing kid goats from Peranakan Etawah (PE) and Jawa Randu (JR) breeds. PE goats focus on dual purposes for producing milk and meat are mostly found on upland. Flock size of PE and JR goats in upland and lowland ranges from 2 to 9 head (mean: 3.8 head) and from 1 to 6 head (mean: 2.7 head), respectively. Flock size of PE goat focus on dual purposes ranges from 8 to 75 head. PE and JR goats in upland and lowland were dominated by double litter, followed by single and triplets. The highest litter size (1.89 kids) was found in lowland, followed by single purpose of PE and JR goats in upland (1.78 kids), and dual purposes PE goats in upland areas (1.66 kids). Pre-weaning mortality was highest (9.5%) in lowland areas for single purpose of PE and JR goats. Does reproduction and productivity ranges from 1.76-5.24 kids/does/year and 12.92-87.42 kg/does/year, respectively. Doe productivity was lowest (12.92 kg/does/year) in single purpose of PE and JR at lowland due to low of their survival rate and weaning weight.
