Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ekstrak rimpang kencur terhadap Aspergillus sp secara in vitro. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang dibagi dalam 6 kelompok, yaitu 4 kelompok perlakuan dan 2 kelompok control masing-masing kelompok diulang sebanyak 4 kali pengulangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII MTsN Tungkob Aceh Besar. Adapun yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII4 berjumlah 36 siswa analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t satu pihak dan taraf signifikan ?=0,05 dan derajat kebebasan dk = 35. Dari hasil uji normalitas didapat data bersifat distribusi normal sehingga uji-t bisa dilakukan. Pada uji-t diperoleh t-hitung sebesar = 6,30 lebih besar dari t-tabel = 1,70 yaitu 6,30 > 1,70, sehingga dengan demikian hipotesis nihil (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan dengan pembelajaran model pencapaian konsep dapat membantu siswa untuk mencapai ketuntasan belajar siswa pada materi jaring-jaring kubus dan balok di kelas VIII-4 MTsN Tungkob Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan UPT. University Farm Universitas Syiah Kuala Station Riset 2 Ie Seum, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Oktober 2012. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 3 x 2 dengan 3 ulangan yang terdiri dari dua faktor, yaitu pupuk kompos yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu: K0 (tanpa penggunaan pupuk kompos), K1 (pupuk kompos 10 ton ha-1), dan K2 (pupuk kompos 20 ton ha-1). Faktor kedua adalah varietas yang terdiri dari 2 varietas yaitu: V1 (Varietas Anjasmoro) dan V2 (Varietas Wilis). Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap 10 sampel tanaman dari populasi tanaman per bedeng, yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah dan bobot polong bernas, bobot biji kering, bobot biji 100 butir dan hasil kedelai. Hasil tertinggi diperoleh dengan perlakuan kompos 20 ton ha-1 pada varietas Anjasmoro (2,338 ton ha-1), kemudian varietas Wilis (2,075 ton ha-1). Pada perlakuan kompos 10 ton ha-1, hasil tertinggi terdapat pada varietas Wilis (1,391 ton ha-1) kemudian Anjasmoro (1,223 ton ha-1). An experiment was conducted to determine the broiler performance feed ration contained pineapple peel meal supplemented by yoghurt. A hundred broiler chickens 2 days old were used in this study those divided into 4 treatment groups and kept for 4 weeks. The treatments were level of pineapple peel meal (PPM) into the ration; P0 = ration without PPM, P1 = ration contained 5 % of PPM, P2 = ration contained 10 % of PPM and P3 = ration contained 15 % of PPM. To neutralize high crude fiber content in the ration, chickens were supplemented by yoghurt consisted 3,3 x 108 CFU/ml of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus as much as 3 ml/kg body weight. Yoghurt was offered in the morning before feeding. Each treatment was replicated 5 times. The experiment was assigned into Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 5 replications. Parameters were feed consumption, water consumption, body weight gain and feed conversion ratio. Data were analyzed by Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and significantly effect was tested by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. Results of this study showed that there was no significant difference (P>0.05) among 0, 5, and 10 % the treatment groups on feed consumption, water consumption, body weight gain and feed conversion ratio. Offered 15 % of pineapple peel to the chickens did not significantly (P<0.05) increased feed consumption and conversion ratio but did not significantly (P>0.05) decreased body weight gain.  It is concluded that pineapple peel meal might be mixed into the broiler chicken ration up to 10 % without any significant adverse effect  on performance when they were supplemented by yoghurt as much as 3 ml/kg of body weight. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kepariwisataan di Provinsi Aceh, dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh produk dan bauran promosi wisata baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap citra (image) destinasi dan dampaknya pada niat wisatawan untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang ke Provinsi Aceh. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah pengaruh produk dan bauran promosi wisata terhadap citra (image) destinasi dan dampaknya pada niat wisatawan untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang ke Provinsi Aceh, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 170 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran kepariwisataan Aceh belum mendapatkan respon yang cukup baik dari wisatawan, kemudian produk atraksi, produk sarana prasarana, dan bauran promosi wisata berpengaruh baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap citra (image) destinasi.
