Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui frekuensi eksaserbasi akut pada penderita penyakit paru obstruksi kronik yang dirawat inap di RSUDZA Banda Aceh tahun 2011. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan desain retrospektif, populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah data pasien PPOK eksaserbasi akut yang dirawat inap di RSUDZA Banda Aceh tahun 2011 sebanyak 93 data (total sampling). Proporsi tertinggi pasien PPOK eksaserbasi akut yaitu pada usia lebih dari 60 tahun dengan proporsi laki 87,1% dan perempuan 12,9%, tingkat pendidikan tamat SLTA 59,1%, pekerjaan wiraswasta 51,6%, riwayat merokok (bekas perokok) 49,5%, derajat indeks brinkman berat 56,5% dan penyakit penyerta pneumonia 20,4%. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Sampel penelitian adalah rekam medis pasien dari subjek yang akan diteliti. Total subjek penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sebanyak 271 orang, dengan penggunaan tumpatan GIC 127 orang dan resin komposit 144 orang. Tahap penelitian dengan cara memperoleh rekam medis dari poli gigi untuk mendapatkan data sekunder mengenai pasien yang melakukan restorasi gigi berupa GIC dan resin komposit pada tahun 2014. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat. It varies in severity and duration. Bleeding on probing is easily detected through clinical examination, so it has an important role in early diagnosis and prevention of gingivitis. Adolescence is an important period in periodontal status. The 12-14 years old include in early adolescence period. Gingival bleeding caused by local factor, predisposing factors and systemic factors. The prevention of gingival bleeding is by keeping a good oral hygiene. The purpose of this study was to find out the frequency of gingival bleeding in 12-14 years old students in SMP Negeri 3 Kecamatan Baiturrahman Banda Aceh. The number of subject was 96 students. This is a descriptive cross sectional study. The subject of this study were students age among 12-14 years old. The subject were interviewed and clinical examination of gingival bleeding using Papilla Bleeding Index. The result showed that 96 students had Papilla Bleeding Index 0 and there was no subject that had Papilla Bleeding Index 1, 2 and 3-4. Near-infrared spectroscopy has been successfully used for quick and accurate assessment of Cd content in agricultural materials, but the development of a quick detection method for ground and drinking water samples is of equal importance for pollution monitoring. Metals have no absorbance in the NIR spectral range, thus the methods developed so far have focused on detection of metal-organic complexes. This study uses Aquaphotomics to measure Cd in aqueous solutions by analyzing the changes in water spectra that occur due to water-metal interaction. Measurements were performed with Cd (II) in 0.1 M HNO3, in the 680-1090 nm (water second and third overtones) and 1110-1800 nm (water first overtone) spectral regions, and were subjected to partial least-square regression analysis. A concentration of Cd from 1 mg L-1 to 10 mg L-1 could be predicted by this model with average prediction correlation coefficient of 0.897. The model was tested by perturbations with temperature and other metal presence in the solution. The regression coefficient showed consistent peaks at 728, 752, 770, 780, 1362, 1430,1444, 1472/1474 and 1484 nm under various perturbations, indicating that these water absorbance changes were due to Cd presence. Proper characterization of the surface anisotropy is an important element in the successful interpretation of remotely sensed signals. A signal received by a sensor from a vegetation canopy is affected by several factors. One of them is the sensor zenith angle. Functional data analysis can be used to assess the distribution and variation of spectral reflectance due to sensor zenith angle. This paper examines the effect of sensor zenith angles on the spectral reflectance of vegetation, example on cotton leaves.
