Norma-norma yang tumbuh dari nilai-nilai sosial dalam kehidupan sehari-hari kadang-kadang juga sering dilanggar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya faktor pengendalian social. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui dan memahami gambaran perilaku berlalu lintas, aspek sosial budaya yang mempengaruhi perilaku berlalu lintas dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pengendalian sosial perilaku berlalu lintas warga Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang ditunjukan kepada 150 responden, sedangkan informan sebanyak 26 orang dengan menggunakan metode pengumpalan data observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka, kemudian data yang di peroleh dianalisis dengan tabel frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengendara belajar berkenderaan secara otodidak dengan cara mencoba-coba, tidak mengikuti Latihan Ujian Wajib Mengemudi untuk mendapatkan Surat Izin Mengemudi. Perilaku menerobos dipersimpangan lalu lintas disebabkan oleh hasrat tidak sabar menunggu, melihat orang lain serta tersedianya perluang untuk menerobos. Buruknya perilaku berlalu lintas disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan tentang tata tertib berlalu lintas serta lemahnya sistem pengendalian sosial baik dari segi teguran maupun segi penindakan terhadap kesalahan-kesalahan pengguna lalu lintas. Pengendalian sosial dengan cara menegur, mencemooh, mengajak, membimbing yang dilakukan oleh anggota masyarakat terhadap sipelanggar peraturan tidak lagi efektif untuk mengendalikan perilaku tidak tertib berlalu lintas di dalam masyarakat selain pengendalian yang dilakukan oleh lembaga formal dan aturan-aturan yang baku. Perlu kiranya menerapkan sanksi-sanksi adat istiadat (selain sanksi-sanksi tertulis) apabila yang melanggar atau lebih terbukti melakukan pelanggaran yang sama. The aim of the research was to obtain the correction factors of non-genetic effects that have influence on milk production of dairy cows. The research used a survey method on milk records of dairy cows kept in Dairy Cattle Breeding Center (BBPTU) of Baturraden. The data taken was only those relevant with the research objective. The data examined were as many as 324 production records of 108 dairy cows which had completed first three lactation, originated from 36 sires. Non-genetic factors studied were season, lactation period, number of days in milk of a lactation and age at birth. The effects of non-genetic factors were estimated through Stepwise multiple regression method. Effect of the number of days in milk of a lactation was highly significant (P ≤ 0.01), age at birth was significant (P ≤ 0.05), and season and the lactation period were not significant (P>0.05) on milk production of dairy cows. Variables that have effect on milk production were then assigned the correction factors. Correction factors were derived from the least square mean (LSM) of the actual milk production. The correction factors were obtained by comparing the base LSM to the created LSM values on particular classes. The corrected milk production was obtained by multiplying the corresponding correction factor obtained with the actual milk production. Based on the study, the local correction factors lower the milk production variability of dairy cows. Pellet is a kind of solidified and mechanically compressed feed. Problem frequently rise is that pellet shape is easily damaged, brittle, and broken during production, transportation and storage processing. The purpose this study was to know the influence of onggok addition as binding agent with 5% water spraying on the physical characteristic of pellet form ration.The data were analyzed by analyzed of variance and the significant experiment results would be examined by orthogonal contrast test. The treatments consist from the first experiment were: A1 = basal ration + 0% spraying water, A2 = basal ration + 5% spraying water, A3 = basal ration + 10% spraying water and A4 = basal ration + 15% spraying water. The best result from the first experiment would be used for the second experiment, the treatments second experiment were: R1 = basal ration + 5% spraying water + 0% onggok, R2 = basal ration + 5% spraying water + 2% onggok, R3 = basal ration + 5% spraying water + 4% onggok and R4 = basal ration + 5% spraying water + 6% onggok.The parameters were water content, water activity, specific gravity, loose bulk density, compressed bulk density, angle of repose, modulus of fineness, average particle sizes and the durability of pellet form. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang. Proses pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan selama kurang dari 1 bulan.
