Variable of this research is the body Weight (age 205 days), weight age one year (365 days) and body size. The method used in this study was to reveal the census data on all the posts that do IB Bali cattle crossing with Simmenthal, Limousin, Brahman, PO and Bali vs bali. Comparison of body weight and one year old weight between the offspring Bali vs Simmenthal, Bali vs Limousin, Bali vs Brahman, Bali vs PO and Bali vs Bali, tested with t tests. Namun dalam kenyataannya Puskesmas Kecamatan Blang Bintang belum optimal melakukan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap masyarakat. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan memberi gambaran secara menyeluruh mengenai pelaksanaan pemberian pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Blang Bintang dalam memberikan pelayanan secara optimal kepada masyarakat, menjelaskan hambatan-hambatan Puskesmas Blang Bintang dalam melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan, dan menjelaskan upaya apa yang akan dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Data dalam penulisan ini diperoleh melalui penelitian kepustakaan dengan cara mempelajari peraturan perundang-undangan, buku-buku teks, teori-teori, serta tulisan ilmiah lainnya. Selain itu juga dilakukan penelitian lapangan dengan cara mewawancarai para responden maupun informan.Dari hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan bahwa pelaksanaan tugas Puskesmas Kecamatan Blang Bintang belum berjalan dengan baik, dimana tidak diberikannya pelayanan kesehatan secara optimal kepada masyarakat. Kendala yang menjadi hambatan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap masyarakat yaitu kurang maksimalnya kinerja dan kedisiplinan pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya selaku pemberi pelayanan kesehatan terhadap masyarakat, kurangnya fasilitas alat dan perawatan yang tidak rutin. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah dengan memberikan sanksi terhadap pegawai Puskesmas yang tidak patuh terhadap peraturan yang berlaku, melakukan penyuluhan dan sosialisasi tentang kesehatan terhadap masyarakat, meningkatkan keramah-tamahan petugas dalam memberikan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat, meningkatkan kedisiplinan, kepastian dan responsivitas pegawai Puskesmas dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap masyarakat.Disarankan kepada Puskesmas Blang Bintang agar melaksanakan semua kewajiban dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap masyarakat sesuai dengan Undang-undang dan Peraturan yang berlaku. The objective of this study is to know quality of yogurt with variant of percentage Lactobacillus casei and sugar level. The parameter of this study were the crude protein applying the Kjeldhal method, the crude fat applying the Gerber method, the sum of amount of alive of micro-organism applying the plate count method and the organoleptic applying the square of. The result of this study showed that the different of sugar level is significant (P<0.05) on crude protein and crude fat, however the different of percentage L casei not significant (P > 0,05) on all parameter. The interaction is only found between two factors on crude fat. The highest of the rate amount of alive microorganism, crude protein and acetic acid are found in yogurt using 10% L. casei and 15% sugar level. From organoleptic test, it’s found that yogurt using 10% L. casei and 15% sugar level is the most prevered kind of yogurt. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orangresponden atau 23% dari populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengancara dokumentasi, observasi, angket dan wawancara. Setelah data terkumpulselanjutnya diolah dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian diperolehbahwa program PNPM sangat bermanfaat serta membantu masyarakat desa Duriandi Kecamatan Blangkejeren Kabupaten Gayo Lues dalam meningkatkanperekonomiannya, dikarenakan adanya modal pinjaman yang diberikan olehprogram PNPM dan data yang diperoleh dilapangan mengenai pendapatanmasyarakat maka terdapat peningkatan rata-rata pendapatan masyarakat dari Rp563.750 menjadi Rp 742.647.
