The objectives of this research are to determine species composition, importance value of species, diversity index and evenness index, similarity index, distribution pattern of species, and species association. This research used quadratic method. The determination of the species distribution was calculated using Poisson distribution formula. The determination of association was calculated using contingency table and classification of community using similarity index formula and cluster analysis. The results of this research indicated that, there were 63 species of plants including 18 family. The importance value was between 0, 97-42,58 and species with high and medium importance value are Brachiaria reptans, Tespesisa lanpas, Oplismenus burmanii, Dichantium coricosum, Axonopus compressus, and Synedrella nudiflora. The diversity index was between 1, 1504-2, 7556 and evenness index was between 1, 1067-1, 7854. The distribution pattern of species indicated that 16 species were distributed in a clumped, 5 species were in a reguler, and 4 species were at random distribution pattern. The grass-group tend to have a clumped distribution pattern, and non-grass-group tend to have a reguler or random distribution pattern. The determine association indicated that 6 species had very high association index :: Brachiaria reptans, Dichantium coricosum, Tespesia lanpas, Achyrantes aspera, Stachytarpeta indica, Axonopus compressus and Oplismenus burmanii. The result of classification community indicated that savanna Baluran National Park can be devided three group (a). Open savanna no A. nilotica stand, (b). Sebagian besar komoditas kopi yang diperdagangkan di pasar internasional adalah jenis arabika, sebahagian kecil saja jenis robusta. Daerah Aceh memproduksi sebahagian besar jenis arabika, hanya sebahagian kecil jenis robusta. Secara nasional, Indonesia menghasilkan sebahagian besar jenis robusta, hanya sebahagian kecil jenis arabika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengidentifikasi daya saing komoditas kopi daerah Aceh di pasar internasional, (2) menganalisis efek daya saing terhadap perubahan ekspor, dan (3) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap permintaan ekspor kopi Aceh di pasar internasional. Hasil analisis daya saing dengan model Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) menunjukkan, komoditas kopi Aceh jenis arabika memiliki daya saing di pasar internasional sebagaimana Brazil dan Guatemala, sedangkan jenis robusta tidak memiliki daya saing sebagaimana juga Brazil dan Guatemala. Hasil analisis efek daya saing terhadap perubahan ekspor kopi Aceh, dengan menggunakan model Constan Market Share (CMS) menunjukkan, perubahan ekspor positip pada periode 2001-2002 merupakn efek dari pertumbuhan ekspor dunia, distribusi pasar dan daya saing. Perubahan ekspor negatip periode 2003-2004 merupakan efek dari komposisi komoditas dan daya saing. Perubahan ekspor positip periode 2005-2006 merupakan efek dari komposisi komoditas dan daya saing. Perubahan ekspor positip periode 2007-2008 merupakan efek dari pertumbuhan ekspor dunia dan daya saing. Perubahan ekspor positip periode 2009-2010 merupakan efek dari komposisi komoditas dan distribusi pasar. Hasil analisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap permintaan ekspor komoditas kopi Aceh di pasar internasional, dengan menggunakan model Partial Adjusment Model (PAM) dengan lag ekspor satu tahun menunjukkan, baik dalam waktu jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang, semua variabel yang terdapat dalam model estimasi fungsi permintaan ekspor berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap permintaan ekspor. (sipatah-patah) terhadap tingkat proliferasi dan diferensiasi sel-sel tulang tikus (Sprague Dawley) prepuber umur empat minggu menggunakan sistem kultur in vitro. Sel-sel tulang dikultur dalam medium dulbecco’s modified eagle’s medium (DMEM) yang diberi tambahan newborn calf serum (NBCS) 10%, non essential amino acid (NEAA) 10%, NaHCO3, ITS 1 µl/ml (mengandung insulin 5 μg/ml, transferin 10 μg/ml, selenium 5 μg/ml; Sigma St Louis USA), dan 50 µg/ml gentamisin (mDMEM), dengan dan tanpa ekstrak Cissus quadrangula (CQ). Penelitian terdiri atas lima perlakuan yakni kontrol positif (mDMEM + deksametason 10-8 M), kontrol negatif (mDMEM), dan tiga konsentrasi CQ: mDMEM + CQ 0,3 mg/ml; mDMEM + CQ 0,6 mg/ml; dan mDMEM + CQ 1,2 mg/ml. Kultur dilakukan dalam inkubator CO2 5%, pada suhu 37° C selama tujuh hari. Parameter yang diamati adalah konsentrasi sel, komposisi, diameter osteoblas, dan diameter osteosit. Konsentrasi sel dihitung menggunakan hemositometer Newbauer. Komposisi osteoblas dan osteosit ditentukan berdasarkan pengamatan morfologi di bawah mikroskop cahaya. Diameter sel diukur menggunakan eyepiece micrometer. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis varians dan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak Cissus quadrangula Salisb. pada konsentrasi 0,3 mg/ml; 0,6 mg/ml; dan 1,2 mg/ml secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan proliferasi sel tulang; dan pada konsentrasi 0,6 mg/ml mampu menginduksi diferensiasi osteoblas menjadi osteosit (P<0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak Cissus quadrangula pada konsentrasi 0,6 mg/ml ke dalam medium kultur dapat meningkatkan proliferasi dan diferensiasi osteoblas. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan data primer dan data sekunder, dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi berpedoman pada kuisioner dan observasi langsung ke lokasi penelitian. Untuk mendukung penelitian ini diperlukan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari instansi dan dinas yang erat kaitannya dengan penelitian ini. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah responden 81 petani. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan fungsi Cobb-Douglas dan didukung dengan model matematis metode ordinary least square (OLS). Hasil penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 16 menunjukkan bahwa faktor luas tanam dan modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi sedangkan faktor tenaga kerja berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap produksi. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel luas tanam, modal dan tenaga kerja mempengaruhi produksi. Nilai koefisien determinasi R Square (R2 ) adalah sebesar 0,919, berarti bahwa variasi produksi jagung dapat di jelaskan oleh variasi luas tanam, modal dan tenaga kerja sebesar 91,9 persen atau variabel luas tanam, modal dan tenaga kerja mampu mempengaruhi produksi jagung sebesar 91,9 persen. Dua faktor utama yang merupakan faktor risiko dari stroke, yaitu faktor risiko yang dapat diubah: hipertensi, peningkatan kadar gula darah, dislipidemia, obesitas dan faktor risiko yang tidak dapat diubah: usia, jenis kelamin dan faktor keturunan. Dari 43 penderita stroke didapatkan 95,3% stroke iskemik sedangkan yang lainnya adalah stroke hemoragik, pasien berjenis kelamin laki laki 79,1 % dan pasien berjenis kelamin perempuan 20,9 %, pasien dengan usia 51- 60 tahun sebanyak 51,2 %, pasien dengan lingkar pinggang diatas normal 58,1 % dan pasien dengan IMT diatas normal 46,5 %.Kata kunci : stroke, lingkar pinggang, indeks massa tubuh?ABSTRACTStroke is a sudden neurological deficit attributed to an acute focal injury of the central nervous system caused by vascular disorder persisted 24 hours or die. Two major of risk factors are modifiable factors: hypertension, high glucose level, dyslipidemia, obesity and non- midifiable : age, sex and heredity. Pergerakan yang terjadi dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan primer, sekunder, dan tersier secara rutin ini mengakibatkan naiknya volume kendaraan sedangkan kapasitas jalan tetap sehingga memicu terjadinya kemacetan di ruas jalan dan persimpangan di perkotaan akibat penurunan kapasitas jalan. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka diperlukan penelitian pemodelan dan mengidentifikasikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi besarnya bangkitan pergerakan yang dilakukan oleh pelajar yang bertujuan untuk memodelkan kebutuhan pergerakan pelajar perhari pada setiap rumah tangga. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi pada Kecamatan Peukan Bada Kabupaten Aceh Besar dengan objek yang ditinjau adalah penduduk yang berprofesi sebagai pelajar tingkat SMA. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara ke rumah tangga (home interview survey) pada 100 Kepala Keluarga yang memiliki pelajar SMA di empat mukim pada Kecamatan Peukan Bada Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Hasil dari kuesioner ditabulasikan menjadi variabel terikat dan variabel bebas, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS-20. Variabel bebas (X) yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 variabel yang meliputi karakteristik keluarga dan data perjalanan responden. Adapun 10 variabel itu adalah jumlah anggota keluarga (X1), jumlah pelajar SMA dalam keluarga (X2), pelajar SMA yang menggunakan sepeda motor (X3), pelajar SMA yang menggunakan angkutan umum (X4), pelajar SMA yang menggunakan kendaraan lainnya (X5), jumlah pendapatan orang tua (X6), kepemilikan SIM C (X7), jenis kelamin pelajar SMA (X8), waktu tempuh (X9), dan jarak tempuh (X10). Sedangkan variabel terikat (Y) adalah bangkitan perjalanan/pelajar/hari pada Kecamatan Peukan Bada.
