It impacts significantly on their ability to still be active and productive even during aging. This study determined the risk for falls among Philippine urban community-dwellers 65 years old and above. Participants were ambulatory elderly peopleregistered in a government centre in one city. Data collection was done by interviewing elders and assessing fall risk factors. Data analyses were done using descriptive statistics and SPSS version 16 was used to correlate variables. Fall risk predictive factor is age. 63.3% of the participants are categorized as young-old to middle old. Protective factor fall risk is being married and/or living with family, which is 65.3% of this group. Confidence level in performance and completion of tasks were measured by Activity-Based Confidence (ABC), which showed 71.5% has moderate level of confidence. However, confidence level isinsufficiently-proven by literature to predict falls. Depression is statistically significant related factor for falls and was measured by Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS). Results showed that 87.7% has mild depression. Functional mobility capacity of the participants, namely balance and gait, and flexibility were measured by Tinetti Balance and Gait Scores (TBGS) and Chair Sit-and-Reach Test (CSRT), respectively. TBGS yielded 46.9%, and CSRT yielded 67.3%, which is low risk for falls. Correlation between TBGS and GDS, and TBGS and ABC were arrived at by using Spearman Rho. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 20 Maret hingga 1 April 2014 dengan menggunakan kuesioner berupa 30 pernyataan dalam bentuk skala likert. Hasil penelitian: family burden pada keluarga pasca stroke dengan hemiparesis dan hemiplagia di Poliklinik Saraf BLUD RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2014 berada pada kategori rendah (55,4%), beban objektif pada kategori rendah (52,3%), dan beban subjektif pada kategori tinggi (60%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan emosi, simbol, dan solidaritas yang terbentuk pada fans klub Manchester United dan fans klub Persiraja di Kota Banda Aceh dan juga untuk mendeskripsikan emosi, simbol, dan solidaritas yang terjaga pada fans klub Manchester United dan fans klub Persiraja di Kota Banda Aceh. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Interaksi Ritual oleh Randall Collins. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kualitatif dengan jenis metode deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengambilan informan dilakukan dengan teknik purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga cara, yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa emosi, simbol,solidaritas pada fans klub ditandai oleh penggemar suatu klub sepak bola pada dasarnya terbentuk dan menjadi lebih luas karena dikalangan kelompok atau penggemar tersebut sering terjadi interaksi ritual dan juga adanya tempat berkumpul yang sama sehingga menimbulkan rasa solidaritas yang memiliki tujuan bersama. Kemudian emosi, simbol, dan solidaritas yang terjaga pada fans klub dilihat dari kecendrungan menjaga hubungan dengan komunikasi yang baik di internal fans juga menimbulkan rasa persaudaraan yang tinggi antar sesam a anggota. Artinya yang dapat dipahami bahwa dalam fans tersebut tercipta bukan persoalan kesamaan klub yang didukung saja tetapi juga ada rasa kekeluargaan yang dibangun di dalam fans klub tersebut sehingga tidak terjadi konflik sesamadan terpecah-pecah antar sesama pendukung suatu klub.
