Steenis) merupakan suatu tanaman obat tradisional yang dapat menangani berbagai jenis penyakit termasuk sebagai penurun glukosa darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efikasi ekstrak etanol daun binahong terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah pada tikus putih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental laboratorik menggunakan rancangan pretest postest dengan kelompok kontrol (pretest posttest control group design). Sampel yang digunakan adalah tikus putih jantan strain wistar sebanyak 25 ekor dibagi dalam 5 kelompok yaitu, kelompok kontrol negatif, kelompok kontrol positif dan kelompok perlakuan dosis 50 mg/kgBB, dosis 100 mg/kgBB dan dosis 200 mg/kgBB. Peningkatan kadar gula darah hewan uji dilakukan dengan larutan glukosa 10%, setelah itu dilakukan pemeriksaan kadar gula darah pada menit 30 , menit 60, menit 90, menit 120 dan menit 150 setelah induksi glukosa. Hasil kadar glukosa dianalisis mengggunakan uji Kruskall-Wallis dan dilanjutkan dengan uji posthoc Mann-Whitney. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ekstrak etanol daun binahong dapat menurunkan kadar gula darah pada tikus putih jantan strain wistar yang diinduksi dengan glukosa.Kata Kunci : Binahong (Anredera cordifolia (Ten.) Steenis) , Hiperglikemia, ABSTRACTBinahong (Anredera cordifolia (Ten) Steenis) is one of the traditional medicine used to traet several diseases including decreasing blood glucose level. The aim of this research was to know effication extrack ethanol of binahong heartleaf to decreasing blood glucose level on rat. This research was an experimental research on experimental animals with pretest posttest control group design. The sample of this research is 25 male rat (Rattus norvegicus) divide randomly into 5 group of treatment and all of the group was given oral glucose tolerance, 3 groups used toheartleaf binahong extract with the dose of 50 mg/kgBB, 100 mg/kgBB and 200 mg/kgBB, a group was given acarbose as positive control and a group was given aquades as negative control. All of the rat was given oral glucose 10% to increasing blood glucose level. In order to examine the response, blood glucose levels were observed in 0 minute, 30 minute, 60minute, 90 minute, 120 minute, 150 minute, after being induced by glucose. The result of blood glucose tolerance level was analyzed with Kruskall Wallis and it was continued by post hoc Mann-whitney test. PMP 0126w isolate is one collection isolate of BBP4BKP obtained from seaweed Glacilaria sp. waste from Pameungpeuk area, Garut, West Java. The aims of this research were to produce and characterize the cellulase enzyme. PMP 0126w isolate was a Gram-positive rod shape bacteria. The isolate had 0.8 cellulolytic index on Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) agar medium. The highest cellulase activity obtained on the third day of fermentation time with a cellulase activity of 0,074 U/mL and specific activity of 0.092 U/mg. Optimum activity of the cellulase enzyme crude extract was pH 5 and 300C. The activity of the cellulase was increased by addition of 5 mM CaCl2 and 10 mM FeCl3 ions and decreased by the addition of 10 mM ZnCl2 ions. Ekstrak pepaya yang diperoleh dengan metode maserasi mengandung enzim papain, flavonoid, saponin dan alkaloid, yang bersifat sebagai antiinflamasi, zat astringent, vasodilatator, antioksidan, analgesik, antifungal, antibakteri dan peningkatan pembentukan kolagen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaplikasian ekstrak pepaya (Carica papaya) terhadap penyembuhan luka secara klinis pada mencit (Mus musculus) dan mengetahui konsentrasi efektif ekstrak pepaya terhadap penyembuhan luka. Penelitian eksperimental laboratoris ini menggunakan 24 ekor mencit jantan dengan berat 30-40 g dan usia 12-14 minggu sebagai hewan coba. Setiap kelompok dibuat perlukaan sepanjang 5 mm pada gingiva bagian labial di bawah kedua gigi anterior mandibula dengan kedalaman mencapai tulang alveolar. Ekstrak pepaya diaplikasikan secara topikal pada pagi dan sore hari selama 14 hari. Pengukuran panjang luka dilakukan secara klinis dengan menilai panjang penutupan luka yang diukur setiap hari selama 14 hari. Dengan pendekatan analisis jalur, diperoleh beberapa temuan yang penting yaitu keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen secara simultan mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan namun tidak mempengaruhi risiko perusahaan. This inconsistency is assumed to be related to risk variable as the mediator between the three decisions and the company value. But, an integrated research has not been found. The aim of this research is to identify and measure the effects of investment decision, funding decision and dividend policy on the corporate value mediated by the corporate risk. The data was analyzed by using path analysis. By path analysis, some important findings are obtained. They are namely investment decision, funding decision and dividend policy simultaneously are affected the corporate value, but not the toward corporate risk. Investment decision also affected corporate value, but did not influence the corporate risk.
