Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang memprogramkan mata kuliah pengetahuan lingkungan dan kependudukan pada Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIN Ar-Raniry. Kelas eksperimen dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran berbasis PBL, sedangkan kelas kontrol dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Analisis data tentang pengaruh model PBL terhadap keterampilan memecahkan masalah dan hasil belajar kognitif dilakukan dengan uji-t (Independent Samples t Test). Respon mahasiswa dianalisis dengan menginterpretasikan persentase tanggapan yang diberikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan memecahkan masalah (thit. 11,181 > ttab. 2,005) dan hasil belajar kognitif (thit. 6,297 > ttab. 2,005) mahasiswa yang dibelajarkan melalui model PBL. The aimed of this experiment to study the supplementation of urea molasses block for performance increased of ettawah crossbred goats fed diet containing Gliricidia spium green forage has been conducted at Tabanan regency and Animal Nutrition Laboratory. The Latin Square Design which four treatments and four replicates was used in this experiment. The four treatments were the levels of urea molasses block : 0, 50, 100 and 150g respectively. The animal access to ad libitum Gliricidia spium green forage and drink water. The animal fed twice a day urea molasses block at the morning and at the afternoon. The variables which were observed including feed consumption, nutrient digestibility, body weight gain and feed conversion ratio. The result of this experiment showed dry matter feed consumption, drink water, nutrient digestibility of the four treatments is not significantly different (P >0.05). The body weight gain at treatment C was significantly higher (P <0.05), but feed conversion ratio (FCR) was significantly lower (P <0.05) than treatments A, B and D. From the results in this experiment it can be concluded that the used of urea molasses block 100g on the effect to increased the performance of ettawah crossbred goats with basal diet Gliricidia spium green forage. Hal-hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan, perlu dilakukan suatu evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi titik-titik rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas (blackspot), mengetahui persepsi responden mengenai faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas serta mencari solusi alternatif pemecahan masalah keselamatan lalu lintas dari pihak key informant. Evaluasi dilakukan pada ruas jalan dalam Kota Banda Aceh, yaitu Jalan Teuku Umar dan Jalan Tgk. Chik Ditiro. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pengamatan secara langsung di lokasi penelitian dan membagikan kuesioner untuk mengetahui persepsi responden dan key informant. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis data hasil kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa titik blackspot di Jalan Teuku Umar adalah Simpang 3 PU, persimpangan depan Suzuya Mall dan persimpangan depan SPBU Simpang Jam, sedangkan titik blackspot di Jalan Tgk. Chik Ditiro adalah Simpang Kodim, Simpang Peuniti dan Simpang Surabaya. Dari hasil kuesioner user di Jalan Teuku Umar dan Jalan Tgk. Chik Ditiro didapatkan bahwa faktor dominan penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas adalah faktor manusia. Kemudian diikuti oleh faktor jalan, kendaraan dan lingkungan. Hal ini sejalan dengan peningkatan usia harapan hidup yang menjadi salah satu indikator keberhasilan pembangunan terutama dibidang kesehatan. Sebagian besar penduduk lanjut usia di Indonesia tinggal bersama keluarga namun ada juga panti werdha institusi hunian bersama lanjut usia. Penuaan adalah proses alami yang tidak dapat dihindari, berjalan terus menerus dan berkesinambungan. Proses penuaan secara normal membawa perubahan mental dan fisik juga melibatkan perubahan sosial dan psikososial. Proses penuaan ini menyebabkan lansia mengalami berbagai macam perasaan sepertikesepian, mudah tersinggung, sedih, dan cemas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan (cross sectional) potong lintang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan tingkat kecemasan pada lansia yang tinggal di Panti Werdha Rumoh Seujahtera Geunasah Sayang dengan yang tinggal bersama keluarga di Desa Lamglumpang Banda Aceh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh lansia yang tinggal di Panti Werdha Rumoh Seujahtera Geunasah Sayang dan yang tinggal bersama keluarga di Desa Lamglumpang Banda Aceh. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 71 lansia, yang diambil dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Kerentanan ini dapat berdampak pada pertumbuhan anak. Pertumbuhan anak berkebutuhan khusus tidak dibekali oleh modal fisik dan psikis yang sama seperti anak lainnya sehingga mereka bergantung pada keluarga dan kerabat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan. Orang tua dinilai berperan dalam mempengaruhi pertumbuhan anak berkebutuhan khusus, baik dari segi pengetahuan, pendapatan dan sikap orang tua. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran pertumbuhan anak berkebutuhan khusus berdasarkan pengetahuan, pendapatan dan sikap orang tua. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan desain cross-sectional survey. Lokasi penelitian di tiga Sekolah Dasar Luar Biasa (SD LB) Banda Aceh, meliputi SD LB Labui, SLB Bukesra dan SLB My Hope. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara proportional sampling. Sampel berjumlah 60 anak dari 119 populasi anak. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik univariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan orang tua dengan pengetahuan kurang baik, pendapatan rendah, dan sikap tidak setuju memiliki rasio prevalensi pada masing-masing variabel adalah 1.3, 1,3 dan 1,1. Gunung Walat Education Forest (HPGW) is one of special forest which integrated with farm system (Agrosilvopastural). This forest is heterogeneous which dominated with agathis, damar and pinus trees. To support the farming system is needed basic data haematology and blood profil of sheep that lived in HPGW. This research was aimed to evaluate haematological values covering Red Blood Cell, haemoglobin, Packed Cell Volume, MCV, MCH, MCHC and blood nutrient profil of lambs and ewes fed with mixed grass which is grow surrounding HPGW. Evaluation were done on 5 productive ewes and 5 male lambs 5-6 month ages, before and after eating time. The result showed that RBC of the lamb was (7.57 0.40) x 106/mm3 and for ewes was (5.71 0.05) x 106/mm3. Hb of lamb was (7.21 0.27) g/100ml and for ewes was (6.62 0.54) g/100ml, PCV of lamb was (28.10 7.21) % and ewes was (26.80 3.42) %, MCV of lamb was (32.68 1,23) fl and ewes was (50.91 1.53) fl, MCH of lamb was (10.82 0.47) pg and ewes was (12.93 0.29) pg, MCHC of lamb was (27,53 4.70)% and for ewes was (25.54 1.57) %. There were no significant difference on haematological values before and after feeding time except for Packed Cell Volume (P< 0.05). The clinical result showed that lambs was suffering normocytic hypochromic anaemia and adults was suffering macrocytic hypochromic anaemia.
