Hasil-hasil menunjukkan bahwa angin yang berhembus menuju utara dengan kecepatan 4 m/s hingga 6 m/s menghasilkan arus berkecepatan 0,1 m/s hingga 0,5 m/s dengan arah pergeserannya 40 hingga 47 ke kanan dari arah angin, serta merubah arus dilayer kedua ke kanan dari pergerakan arus di permukaan, hal ini disebabkan oleh gaya Coriolis yang merubah arah arus ke kanan (BBU) dan juga kecepatannya berkurang. Pada posisi 82 BT kecepatan arus di permukaan 0,15 m/s hingga 0,20 m/s kearah utara (bernilai positif), sedangkan pada kedalaman 150 m arus berkecepatan 0 m/s hingga 0,05 m/s kearah selatan (bernilai negatif). Genetic diversity information of Gobiidae is needed as a basis for management of its culture or conservation efforts. Mean while, the stability development of the paired organs in animals is closely related to the level of their genetic diversity. In this regard, a study has been conducted to determine of bilateral symmetry characteristics of marble gobies from Jenderal Soedirman reservoir of Banjarnegara and Rawapening Swamp of Salatiga. A survey method was used with purposive sampling technique. The observed variables were abnormalities and meristic bilateral characters. The characters including the number of soft rays on pectoral fins and pelvic fins, and the number of scales on lateral lines. The results showed that both marble gobies from Jenderal Soedirman Reservoir and Rawapening Swamp did not show abnormalities. However, their bilateral meristic characters had been fluctuated, especially for pectoral fins and lateral lines; whereas pelvic fins seem to be symmetry. According to their observed bilateral symmetry characters, in general, it could be concluded that marble gobies from Jenderal Soedirman Reservoir had a better genetic diversity compare to those from Rawapening Swamp. Therefore, it can be used as local genetic resources.Key words. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan jarak jelajah 200 mil laut kapal Idi dengan lebar lambung (B = 5,4 meter) adalah kapal yang paling banyak menghabiskan bahan bakar, yaitu sebanyak 732,04 liter, kapal Pidie (B = 5,15 meter) 666,15 liter, dan kapal Banda Aceh (B = 5 meter) paling sedikit menghabiskan bahan bakar sebanyak 629,81 liter. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kapal Banda Aceh dengan lebar lambung (B = 5 meter) menghabiskan bahan bakar lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan kapal Idi (B = 5,4 meter) dan kapal Pidie (B = 5,15 meter). Nyeri menjadi masalah utama yang dirasakan pasien post operasi fraktur. Hal ini menimbulkan gangguan bagi pasien dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari serta menurunkan produktivitas dan kualitas hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat keefektifan terapi musik terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri pada pasien post operasi fraktur. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi experiment. Desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest melalui metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 pasien post operasi fraktur. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara dan menggunakan numeric rating scale. Analisa data menggunakan uji t-dependent (paired sample t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas intensitas nyeri pasien sebelum dilakukan terapi musik religi adalah nyeri berat (7-9) sebanyak 53,3% (x ?=6,40 SD=1,868) dan setelah dilakukan terapi musik religi intensitas nyeri tertinggi adalah nyeri ringan (1-3) sebanyak 46,7% (x ?=3,53 SD=2,080). Hasil uji paired sample t-test diperoleh nilai p=0,000 < ?=0,05, sehingga terapi musik religi efektif menurunkan intensitas nyeri pada pasien post operasi fraktur di Ruang Rawat Inap Bedah Jeumpa IV Badan Layanan Umum Daerah Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Dried peel samples were ground to yield a powder (simplicia). Subsequently, they were extracted with organic solvents of distinct polarity levels, namely n-hexane (non-polar), chloroform (semi-polar) and methanol (polar) by use of the single-maceration method. Inhibitory effects on tyrosinase activity (monophenolase) and DOPA auto-oxidation (diphenolase) were determined in bioassays. Assays with the methanol extract revealed IC50 values of 784.87 μg mL-1 (monophenolase) and of 1176.66 μg mL-1 (diphenolase), respectively. In contrast, n-hexane and chloroform extracts showed no activity. These results indicate that the methanolic fruit peel extract contained tyrosinase-inhibiting compounds, such as flavonoids, tannins and saponins, whereas the n-hexane and chloroform extracts yielded alkaloids, steroids and triterpenoids without tyrosinase-inhibiting activity. The phenolic compounds had a strong effect on the tyrosinase enzymes, inhibiting monophenolases by 97% and diphenolases by 96%, with a positive correlation between the total phenolic content and the inhibition rate in both activities. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor anemia defisensi zat besi pada remaja putri di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Banda Aceh tahun 2013. Desain penelitian bersifat deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling yaitu 80 responden. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner dalam metode angket, alat pengukur Hb digital, timbangan injak, dan mikrotoa. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square Test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada hubungan percepatan pertumbuhan remaja dengan kejadian anemia defisiensi zat besi (P-value 0,001), ada hubungan menstruasi dengan kejadian anemia defisiensi zat besi (P-value 0,004), ada hubungan ketidakcukupan gizi dengan anemia defisiensi zat besi (P-value 0,001), ada hubungan penggemar makanan tertentu dengan kejadian anemia defisiensi zat besi (P-value 0,006), dan ada hubungan malabsorpsi zat besi dengan kejadian anemia defisiensi zat besi (P-value 0,005) di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Bnada Aceh tahun 2013. Pengamatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai November 2012 diperairan Arus Balee, Pulau Weh dengan metode sensus visual. Selama penelitian ditemukan jenis ikan target famili Serranidae 22 spesies, Lutjanidae 8 spesies, dan Carangidae 2 spesies. Ciri pemijahan dari ketiga ikan target famili Serranidae, Lutjanidae, dan Carangidae persentase yang terbesar ditemukan pada famili Serranidae yaitu luka gigitan, famili Lutjanidae yaitu berkumpul, dan famili Carangidae yaitu berkumpul. Selama penelitian perbandingan antara bulan terang dan bulan gelap ternyata banyak terjadi yaitu berkumpul dan memijah/meyemprot di lokasi penelitian.
