Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Banda Sakti Kota Lhokseumawe tahun 2013. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metode wawancara menanyakan langsung daftar pertanyaan (kuisioner) kepada 93 responden nelayan yang terdapat di Desa Pusong Lama, Pusong Baru, dan Ujong blang. Pendekatan Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model regresi linear berganda dengan ordinary least square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pendapatan, Jumlah tanggungan, jumlah anak dalam pendidikan, tingkat pendidikan kepala keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengeluaran konsumsi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan kepada setiap rumah tangga nelayan agar dapat mengelola pendapatannya, sehingga dapat mengatur pengeluaran konsumsi rumah tangga dengan baik.Kata Kunci : Pengeluaran konsumsi, Pendapatan, Jumlah Tanggungan, Jumlah anak dalam pendidikan, Tingkat pendidikan kepala keluarga. The objective of the research was to evaluate and characterize of a Lactic Acid Bacteria isolated frombroiler’s small intestine. The research was done by three steps : (1) Isolated Lactic Acid Bacteria, (2) Gram colourize and microscopic observation and (3) Inhibitory test with pathogen bacteria. The isolation of lactic acid bacteria was proceed by clone from broiler’s small intestine with MRS Broth for 24 hours, thinned until 10 ̄ 9with serial number, invested in MRS jell, purify by streak plate method and storage the lactic acid bacteria in an MRS angle jell. Gram colourize was done with crystal violet liquid, Iodium, Alkohol 95% and  Safranin, and also microscopic observation was done by electron microscope with 40 zooming. Inhibitory test with pathogen bacteria was evaluated with  Escherichia coli as testing bacteria in 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 24 dan 48 hours incubation period. The isolation result showed two sample of isolate (A1 dan A2) and consist of the observation in shape as well as colour of the bacteria growth, for sample of isolate A1 the colonies had coccus  and white colour. The isolate of A2 had sarcinar. After that, gram colouring was done and microscopic observation were identified into gram-negative bacteria became bacill and bacill cocco. Inhibitory test with pathogen bacteria showed that it produced antimicrobial with 11 mm clearing zone diameter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar kognitif, psikomotor, aktivitas, dan tanggapan siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC pada materi asam basa. Jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa XI-IA2 yang berjumlah 25 orang, terdiri 13 orang siswa perempuan dan 12 orang siswa laki-laki. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara evaluasi, observasi, dan angket. Evaluasi dalam bentuk tes tertulis untuk mengukur hasil belajar kognitif siswa, sedangkan observasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui aktivitas dan psikomotor siswa. Data tanggapan siswa, dikumpulkan menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, yaitu membandingkan hasil kognitif siswa dengan kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM) materi asam basa yang ditetapkan di sekolah sampel sebesar ? 65. Hasil kognitif siswa meningkat dari 56% sebelum penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC menjadi 84% setelah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC. Pada pertemuan II, diperoleh psikomotor siswa sebesar 78,12% . Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa menunjukkan skor rata-rata 79,5. Persentase siswa yang memberikan respon positif terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC sebesar 88% siswa. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sehingga disarankan untuk dapat digunakan pada kegiatan belajar asam basa. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource MULYADI Description An account of the resource ABSTRAKMulyadi, Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Reading Questioning and Answering (RQA) pada Perkuliahan Botani Tumbuhan Rendah terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir dan Hasil Belajar Kognitif.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat perbedaan model pembelajaran Reading Questioning and Answering terhadap kemampuan berpikir, hasil belajar kognitif, dan mengetahui tanggapan mahasiswa pada perkuliahan Botani Tumbuhan rendah. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan Pretest-postest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester empat pada Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIN Ar-Raniry berjumlah 58 orang. Model pembelajaran kelas eksperimen ditempuh melalui pembelajaran berbasis model RQA, sedangkan kelas kontrol melalui pembelajaran konvensional. Tes kemampuan berpikir menggunakan rubrik standar dan tes hasil belajar kognitif menggunakan soal tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kearah berpikir tingkat tinggi pada mahasiswa yang dibelajarkan melalui model RQA. Hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa yang dibelajarkan melalui model RQA terjadi peningkatan pada taraf signifikansi p > 0,05 . Tanggapan positif mahasiswa untuk alternatif ya sebesar 82,1% (tinggi), ragu 9,2% (sangat rendah) dan tidak 8,4% (sangat rendah). Dengan demikian penerapan model RQA dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir dan hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa pada perkuliahan Botani Tumbuhan Rendah.Kata Kunci: Reading, Questioning and Answering, Kemampuan Berpikir dan Hasil Belajar Kognitif. A study has been done to find the influence of urea molasses mineral block (UMB) on cattle. The cattle those used in the research were public cattle. The cattle applied were 12 females at the age of 12-18 months which showed mineral deficiency symptoms, and the laboratory analysis result showed that they were lack to one or more mineral element of Ca, Cu, Mg, or P in their serum. UMB was provided to the cattle in the cage all day long (ad libitum) during 3 months. Keeping of the cattle was done in the following pattern: in the evening (18.00p.m - 11.00a.m) cattle were penned, and between 11.00a.m - 18.00p.m were discharged freely in rice field, grassland, or garden, therefore they could foraging around. Blood sample was taken immediately before research was started, which was counted as day 0. It followed with day 42nd, and day 84th. The result study indicates that giving of UMB have no effect on mineral level of Ca, Cu, and Mg in the serum. However, it causes increasing the P level.
