Penyakit ini ditangani dengan tindakan terapi antibiotik oleh dokter paru. Dari hasil terapi tersebut akan didapatkan outcome pasien dengan hasil hidup atau meninggal setelah rawat inap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan outcome pasien pneumonia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif yang dilakukan pada pasien pneumonia di Rumah Sakit Umum dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh yang ditangani dengan rawat inap pada periode 2011-2012. Sampel berjumlah 20 reponden yang akan dianalisis menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan outcome terbanyak adalah hidup 65,0%, usia pasien pada kelompok usia 40-64 tahun 45,0%, jenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 65,0%, penggunaan antibiotik levofloxacin sebanyak 40,0% dan tingkat mortalitas sangat rendah dan rendah sebanyak 25,0%. Dari keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan outcome yang terbanyak dengan kategori hidup, usia terbanyak pada kelompok usia 40-64 tahun, jenis kelamin terbanyak pada laki-laki dan tingkat mortalitas terbanyak sangat rendah dan rendah.Kata kunci: outcome, antibiotik, tingkat mortalitasCommunity acquired pneumonia (CAP) is an infection disease of lung parenchyma and important cause of mortality in elderly. The disease is treated with antibiotics therapy by pulmonary specialist . Based on results of the therapy, would be obtained outcomes of patients devided into two, live outcome or death outcome after hospitalization .The purpose of this study is to describe variables related to patient outcomes. This is a retrospective-descriptive study carried out in in dr . Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh General Hospital, period of 2011-2012. Among 20 respondents were analyzed using frequency distribution tables. In the adjusted analysis, the highest outcome was 65.0% live, the age of 40-64 years as much 45.0 % ,male as much 65.0 %, the use of antibiotic levofloxacin as much 40.0 %, the very low and low mortality rate as much 25.0%. VAICTM digunakan untuk menentukan efisiensi dari tiga model modal intelektual yaitu capital employed, human capital dan structural capital. Dalam konteks ini, Firer mengatakan komponen yang digunakan adalah VACA, VAHU dan STVA sebagai satuan yang terpisah. Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh VACA, VAHU dan STVA terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 12 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2012 dan di ambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan secara parsial bahwa VACA berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, VAHU berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap ROA, STVA berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap ROA. This study attempted wafer manufacturing technology development of conventional feed ingredients. The benefit of wafer increase feed consumption and feed efficiency, increase the metabolizable energy content of the feed, kill pathogenic bacteria, reduce the amount of feed scattered, extending the storage time, ensure the balance of feed nutrients and vitamins to prevent oxidation. Research was continuing several research activities on wafer manufacturing technology that has been done and continues to be developed by the researchers. The long term goal of a series of research is to obtain basic information to the wafer manufacturing optimum quality and measurable. Specific target is to obtain basic information about the quality of the wafer on the level of water content and the use of a certain particle size. The research method used was experimental and analytical methods in the laboratory. The results showed that based on the test of physical qualities (moisture content, density, water absorption) showed that the use of the level of moisture content up to 8% with a particle size of 10-20 mm feed material provides the best physical appearance of wafer. Now what? pada siklus I, II, dan III adalah membimbing siswa agar bisa berfikir lebih luas, serta membimbing siswa dalam melakukan diskusi kelompok dan membuat refleksi pengalaman belajar. Sedangkan aktivitas siswa yang paling dominan muncul adalah mengerjakan pada saat diskusi dalam kelompok dan menuliskan refleksi pengalaman belajar yang baru saja mereka alami; (2) Prestasi belajar siswa meningkat dari siklus I, siklus II dan siklus III. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari ketuntasan individual dan klasikal meningkat dari siklus I sebesar 83,3%, siklus II sebesar 91,7% dan siklus III yaitu sebesar 95,8%. Fermented milk has much value primarily for the health of digestive system. However without hygienically and sterilized treatment it can become toxic to consumers. This research was conducted to observe nutritive value, the present of pathogenic bacteria, and the safety condition of commercial fermented milk that put on the market in Banda Aceh. Samples of commercial fermented milk tested were obtained from recognized retailers in Banda Aceh. Factorial completely randomized design with six replications was applied in this research. Variety of fermented milk products (yoghurt and drink yoghurt) was the first factor to be analyzed, and the second one was expired date of the products (the date of production and the date of by expired). The amount of crude protein and lipid, pH level, and the amount of lactic acid bacteria, Coliform and Staphilococcus aureus were the parameter determined. The variety and the expired date of the products influenced the amount of crude protein and lipid, the pH level, the amount of lactic acid bacteria, Coliform and Staphilococcus aureus in the level of highly significant different (P<0,01). There was also found in highly significant interaction (P<0,01) between factors that influenced the amount of lactic acid bacteria and Staphilococcus aureus. On the other hand, the amount of Coliform was not influenced by those factors. The study also results in decreasing of the amount of crude protein and lipid as well as lactic acid bacteria caused by the ongoing time of storing. The longer fermented milk was stored, the lower the level of crude protein, lipid and lactic acid bacteria presented. The lipid level of fermented milk products those put on the market in Banda Aceh have been complied with the requirement standard of SNI 01-2981-1992. However, crude protein level has not achieved the requirement standard yet. Due to the amount of Staphylococcus aureus present, the fermented milk products tested, in fact, were not saved to be consumed. On the contrary, although Coliform was also present, the products were in the category of saved to be consumed.
