Oleh karena itu diperlukan pengelolaan yang optimal, salah satunya dengan pemberian analgetik. Salah satu aspek penilaian efikasi analgetik adalah dengan menilai derajat nyeri yang dirasakan pasien yang dapat diukur dengan skor VAS (Visual Analoque Scale). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai perbedaan pemberian Ketoprofen 100 mg supposituria dan Parasetamol 500 mg supposituria terhadap nyeri saat pelepasan kateter uretra menetap. Metode yang digunakan adalah Uji Klinis Acak Terkontrol yang menilai perbedaan kedua obat tersebut terhadap nyeri saat pelepasan kateter uretra menetap .Data diambil dari 2 kelompok dimana masing masing kelompok berjumlah 55 sampel yaitu kelompok I yang mendapatkan Ketoprofen supposituria 100 mg dan kelompok II mendapatkan Parasetamol 500 mg supposituria. Dari Uji-t independent yang digunakan, didapatkan perbedaan yang bermakna terhadap nyeri pada pasien yang mendapatkan Ketoprofen 100 mg supposituria dengan Parasetamol 500 mg supposituria, dengan nilai p < 0,05.Kata kunci : kateter uretra, nyeri, skor VAS, Ketoprofen supposituria, Parasetamol supposituria. A research which aims to determine the response of local meat chicken growth of protein supplementation with Isolation Grains Protein (IGB) and the difference in ration protein level has been conducted in the Laboratory of Experimental Farm, Animal Husbandry Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University-Darussalam, Banda Aceh for 90 days. This study used a completely randomized design factorial with 2 factors, consisting of factors namely male gender (JJ) and female (JB) and the ration is a combination of factors and levels IGB in the ration, ie: treatment A: 17% protein and 0.4% IGB; treatment B 19% protein and 0.6% IGB and treatment C 21% protein and 0.8% IGB. Each combination consisted of 4 replications and each replication consists of 5 chickens. Parameters observed in the study were weight gain, achievement of final weight, consumption, conversion and efficiency of ration. DOC used a derivative result of selection of local meat chicken which are in the process of selection. Data acquired and processed by ANOVA.The results showed that supplementation of IGB and ration protein level difference was significantly effect (P <0.01) on weight gain, final weight, rate of consumption, conversion efficiency of rations and rations, but there is no interaction effect between sex and ration factors . The highest weight gain obtained in the male local chicken achieved by feeding a ration B (93.23 grams), while the hen rations achieved by providing treatment C (63.86 grams / week). The highest final body weight of male chicken on treatment B (1491.5 gram/90 days) and hens in treatment C (1061.5 gram/90 days). However, the highest ration consumption in both male and female local chickens obtained from the ration A. Feed conversion value and the best feed efficiency obtained in treatment B for the treatment of male and C for female chicken. The study concluded that there were different responses between male and female local chickens of the use of IGB in the rations. In male local chicken, IGB is more effective when added in the ration with a protein level of 19% whereas in female at the protein level of 21%. Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data sekunder dengan mempelajari tulisan-tulisan ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Sedangkan penelitian lapangan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data primer dengan mewawancarai responden dan informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi timbulnya intervensi politik terhadap pelelangan proyek konstruksi di Kota Banda Aceh tahun 2013 adalah adanya politik balas jasa dalam memperoleh kekuasaan, adanya kepentingan pribadi dan kepentingan kelompok, adanya persaingan tidak sehat dan monopoli pekerjaan, adanya tekanan dari pemimpin, dan tidak berjalannya prinsip transparansi dalam sistem pelelangan melalui e-procurement. The storage is very important in a farm management, because this activity can take care of feed stability which enough and preferable to be consumed by animal and also strive for animal food availability continuously. The purpose of this research is to know the water spraying level and variation of storage period against the endurance of pellet broiler finisher ration. This research was designed by a Completely Randomized Design Factorial with two factors (water spraying different level and storage period) with four replicates, the significant result were analyzed by orthogonal contras test. On this experiment, the different level of water spraying (0, 3, 6%) were conducted during mixing at conditioning process, and then the ration were stored until four weeks to study the endurance of pellet e.g.: water content (%), water activity, specific gravity (ton/m3), pellet durability index (%), attack of insect. The water content, specific gravity, and pellet durability index was very significantly (P<0.01) reduce by water spraying different level, and not significantly on water activity. The storage period showed very significantly (P<0.01) increase the specific gravity, pellet durability index, and the insect attacks, and significantly (P<0.01) decreased the water activity, but not effect on water content. Interaction among spraying level and storage period is very significantly (P<0.01) on the values of water content, water activity, specific gravity and pellet durability. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu studi quasi-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre-test post-test control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 kelas dari 11 kelas yang ada di kelas VIII MTsN Model Banda Aceh pada tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Sampel diambil dua kelas yaitu kelas VIII7 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan VIII6 sebagai kelas kontrol melalui teknik purposif sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua macam instrumen yaitu tes. Tes meliputi tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah, skala Self-Efficacy, bahan ajar berupa LKS pemecahan masalah. Untuk melihat adanya perbedaan peningkatan siswa antara kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol digunakan uji-t pada taraf signifikan 0,05 setelah prasyarat pengujian terpenuhi. Dari data hasil uji statistik kemudian dianaisis denagn bantuan SPSS 18 For Windows dan Microsoft Excel 2007 untuk menginterprestasikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa serta Self-efficacy siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan pendekatan PMR. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa 1) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan PMR lebih baik daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional; 2) Self-efficacy siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan PMR lebih baik dari pada siswa dengan pembelajaran konvensional; 3) peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan PMR lebih baik daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional yaitu pada kategori sedang; 4) Peningkatan Self-efficacy siswa tentang metematika yang memperoleh pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan PMR lebih baik daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional yaitu pada kategori sedang; 5) Tidak terdapat korelasi yang positif antara kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dan Self-efficacy siswa tentang matematika. All of that performance reproduction values was ideal value and close relation to the production and that values was difference between farmer and depend of management themselves. Sinar Jaya cooperation is one of dairy cattle cooperation, since 1977 with the population about 1554 dairy cattle’s in year 2006, has been opportunity to find out the performance reproduction of dairy cattle in that cooperation. Dairy cattle about 197 cattle’s was used as a sample of the treatment, which were minimum two times calving period with the completely recording of reproduction activity. The method of this research was descriptive method and the data was collected as a census method.
