ZainoelAbidin Banda Aceh tahun 2012. Metode penelitian deskriptif korelatif menggunakandesain cross sectional study melalui purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampelsebanyak 55 pasien hipertensi primer. Pengumpulan data dengan membagi kuesioneryang terdiri dari 15 item pernyataan dalam skala Likert dan 13 item pernyataan cheklist. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi-square, hasilpenelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara berat badan (P-value0,030), pola makan (P-value 0,000), aktivitas fisik/olahraga (P-value 0,022),konsumsi alkohol (P-value 0,005), kebiasaan merokok (P-value 0,018), danmanajemen stres (P-value 0,009) dengan upaya pencegahan terjadinya stroke padapasien hipertensi di ruang poliklinik RSUD dr. This research was conducted to processed the waste feed into a feed mill potentially probiotic functional seen a total of fungi, molds and yeasts and the types of protein biomass increase. The material used in the study were the starter starfung, distilled water and waste feed mill feed. The tools used in the study were an oven, thermometer, drying cabinets, pH meters, moisture meter grand. Research using Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) is 4 treatments with 4 replications. The treatment used T0 = Feed + (Starter 'Starfung' 0%); T1 = Feed + (Starter 'starfung' 1%); T2 = Feed + (Starter 'Starfung' 3%); T3 = Feed + (Starter 'Starfung' 2%). The parameter is were observed total fungi, the type of mold fungi and yeasts. The data total fungi analyzed using analysis of variance and multiple regions continued with Duncan's test to determine differences between treatments. Based on the results of the study showed that the feed mill waste fermentation with starter cedar starfung no significant effect (p> 0.05) of total fungi. Average - Average total fungi on treatment T0, T1, T2, and T3 respectively - also is 1,77x107, 1,87x107, 0,9 x107, dan 0,91 x107 Cfu/g. Type of mold is Rhizopus sp and type of yeast is Saccharomyces sp. Semua kelompok perlakuan disinkronisasi dengan implant CIDR (berisi 1,3 g progesteron) secara intravaginal jangka pendek selama 10 hari dan 48 jam sebelum pencabutan CIDR, kambing diijeksi dengan PGF a. Deteksi estrus dilakukan setiap hari dengan interval 6 jam dimulai dari pencabutan CIDR sampai 60 2 jam setelah pencabutan CIDR. Data onset dan durasi estrus dianalisis menggunakan independent sample T-test sedangkan tanda-tanda visual estrus dianalisis secara deskriptif. Respon estrus semua kelompok perlakuan adalah 100%. Onset dan durasi estrus antara BCS 2 dan 3 masing-masing adalah 21,60±1,47 vs 13,20±1,20 jam dan 27,60±3,06 vs 32,40±1,47 jam. It had been done since March from to October 2010 in Microbiology Laboratory of Biology Departement FMIPA Unsyiah. Kanji pedah as the sample was taken from Meunasah Mesjid Syamtalira village, Aron Subs-district of North Aceh. This research used sample from variety storage time groups range 3-7 days; 5-7 months; 9-12 months; and 15-18 months. Data were analyzed in descriptive and compared with the quality standard from Directorate General of National Agency of Drug and Food Control (Dirjen BPOM RI). The result showed the entire sample had fungi with ranged 1.45-63.7x102. The amount of fungi exceeds the quality standard already established by the National Agency of Drug and Food Control No. 05018/KBPOM/2001: 50 colony/g. Also Aspergillus flavus was found with range from 3%-27% meanwhile Aspergillus niger was found with range from 21,1%-40,9%.
