The experiment aimed to determine the effect of using Noni fruit powder (NFP) up to 10 percent in the ration on digestive organs weight of male broiler chickens fed commercial feed. A hundred day old male broiler chickens were used in this experiment. Chickens were divided into five treatment groups; R0 (control, chickens fed commercial feed without offering NFP), R1 (the ration contained 2.5 % of NFP), R2 (the ration contained 5 % of NFP), R3 (the ration contained 7.5 % of NFP) and R4 (the ration contained 10 % of NFP). Each treatment group was replicated 4 times. Chickens were housed in the colony cages where 5 chickens each. The ration and drinking water were offered ad libitum. Parameters measured were feed intake, slaughter weight, gizzard weight, liver weight, small intestine weight and length. The results showed that using Noni fruit powder in the ration up to 10 percent caused no significant different effect on all parameters. It concluded that Noni fruit powder can be mixed into the ration up to 10 percent without any adverse effect on the digestive organs. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi ketidaklulusan OSCE pada keterampilan pemeriksaan hitung jenis leukosit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodelogi kualitatif dengan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif menggunakan content analysis dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Berdasarkan 4 kelompok FGD didapatkan 3 faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidaklulusan mahasiswa yaitu 1) faktor mahasiswa meliputi faktor motivasi, gender, minat, mood, pengalaman mahasiswa dan nilai yang didapat pada saat pelatihan, kepercayaan diri, dan kecemasan, 2) faktor dosen meliputi kemampuan dosen yang berperan sebagai instruktur dan observer dan 3) faktor manajemen laboratorium keterampilan medik meliputi jumlah instruktur, fasilitas pelatihan, jadwal pelatihan, peraturan pelatihan, jumlah keterampilan yang diujiankan, dan alokasi waktu. The aim of this study was to improve the quality of animal feedstuff from agriculture waste product i.e. corn cob, tapioca solid waste and soy bean pulp by two-steps fermentation using Trichoderma reseei as cellulotlytic microorganisms and yeast Saccaromyces cerevisiae as protein source. This fermented product the was used in broiler chicken in vivo test. A Completely Randomized Design with four treatments: R0(100% basal feed/BF); R1(100% BF+10% fermented corn cob); R2 (100% BF+10% fermented tapioca solid waste); R3(100% BF+10% fermented soy bean pulp). Each treatments were replicated for 5 times. The variables response tested were quality of feedstuffs before and after fermentation of protein, NDF and ADF digestibilities on broiler chicken in vivo test. The result indicated that the protein content after fermentation has increased but reduced in NDF and ADF fiber. Two steps fermentation had not improved significantly to protein digestibility (P>0.05), but basic ration with fermented soybean pulp significantly improved (P<0.01) on protein digestibility. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk kascing dengan berbagai dosis terhadap pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill) dan Untuk mengetahui dosis pupuk kascing yang terbaik untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman tomat. Pada penelitian ini digunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan lima perlakuan empat ulangan. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah P0 tidak diberikan pupuk kascing pada tanaman perlakuan, P1 dosis pupuk kascing 1 kg/tanaman, P2 dosis pupuk kascing 2 kg/tanaman, P3 dosis pupuk kascing 3 kg/tanaman, P4 dosis pupuk kascing 4 kg/tanaman. Variabel yang diamati adalah pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman tomat, yang meliputi parameter tinggi batang (cm), jumlah daun (helai), dan jumlah cabang. Analisis statistik menggunakan ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kascing berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman tomat dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kascing yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman tomat adalah 3 kg/tanaman (P3). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kascing berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman tomat(Lycopersicum esculentum Mill) dan dosis pupuk kascing yang terbaik untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman tomat (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill) ialah dengan memberikan pupuk kascing 3 kg/tanaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeteksi akumulasi timbal pada hati dan feces kambing Kacang dan sekaligus mengukur kadar akumulasi timbal tersebut.
