Construction project must also have a definite schedule and implementation plan. The general impact that would occur if the construction is not accordance with the schedule and plan is that the delays in project realization which would increase the cost of implementation. One of the factors causing such delays is due to the reworking activities on one or more items of the construction process. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause rework on the building construction projects in the Department of Highways and Settlements in Aceh Province. The research methodology is descriptive qualitative to descriptive quantitative that explains the processed data based on the calculation of numbers. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire that asked to 55 respondents, consisting of 16 project owners, 23 contractors and 16 supervising consultants. This study was conducted to see the main factors of the rework on building construction projects. The results showed that a major cause of the rework in termof design and documentation was the unclear detail and the changed design; in term of managerial factors is lack of control of the project owner; and materials arrived late and the lack of working experience were major causes of rework in term of resource factors. However, a careful validation of each enzyme immunoassays (EIAs) and methodological issues such as samples preservation, and extraction procedures must be a significant concern and validated because  it may influence FGCMs levels. In this present study, the aim was to carry out a biological validation to find reliable EIAs that could be used for non-invasive measurement of glucocorticoid levels in crested macaques. Moreover, we compared three different techniques of preservation: lyophilisation, oven drying and field extraction and three different solvents for extraction: 80% methanol, 90% pure ethanol and 90% commercial alcohol (isopropyl alcohol) to find the simple and practical techniques for sample processing. For hormone analysis, we colIected 189 faecal samples from wild crested macaques living in the Tangkoko-Batuangus Nature Reserve, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. The results show that biological validation can be used to validate measurement of faecal glucocorticoid which 3α,11β-dihydroxy-etiocholanolone was the most reliable EIAsfor this species. Different preservation and solvent extraction were not significantly influenced levels of FGCMs (p>0.05). In conclusion, Our study highlights the importance of biological validation of FGCMassays and presents practical techniques for the non-invasive monitoring of physiological stress in crested macaques. The data used is the data period ( time series ) in 2001-2013 by the method of ordinary least squares ( OLS ) .The results showed that domestic shrimp production variables and price of Indonesian shrimp exports to Japan have a positive influence , but no significant effect on the volume of Indonesian shrimp exports to Japan , while variable rupiah exchange rate against the Japanese Yen negative and significant , and the per capita income variable Japan negative effect and no significant effect on Indonesian shrimp exports to Japan . the relationship between the variables that influence and are influenced variable is equal to 86.3 % and the remaining 13.7 % is influenced by other factors outside the model.Keywords: Export Shrimp, Shrimp Production Domestic, Japanese Per Capita Income, Exchange Rate. Pada sistem gugur mempunyai tahap-tahap evaluasi untuk menentukan pemenang lelang yaitu evaluasi administrasi, evaluasi teknis, dan evaluasi harga. Rumusan permasalahan yang ditinjau dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai faktor-faktor dominan apa saja yang terdapat dalam penentuan pemenang lelang pada tiap-tiap tahap evaluasi pada metode sistem gugur pada tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2013 di Kota Banda Aceh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur, penyebaran kuesioner pada kontraktor dan panitia lelang. Responden yang dituju adalah dari kontraktor antara lain Project Manager, Site Engineering Manager, Site Operational Manager, dan Kepada ULP yang bertindak sebagai panitia lelang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang melibatkan 100 orang responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pembagian kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan formula statistik, yakni dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang pengolahannya dilakukan dengan program SPSS versi 20. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel (nilai informasi, isi pesan, dorongan iklan) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian Speedy di Banda Aceh, dengan hasil F hitung > F tabel (56,58 > 2,70). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka hipotesis 1 yang menyatakan, bahwa faktor iklan yang meliputi nilai informasi, isi pesan dan dorongan iklan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Speedy di Banda Aceh adalah teruji kebenarannya. Selain itu, hasil analisis deskriptif menyatakan variabel independen (nilai informasi, isi pesan, dorongan iklan) yang secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap variabel dependen (keputusan pembelian) adalah nilai informasi. Hal ini didasarkan dari hasil uji t hitung > t tabel yaitu 4,967 > 1,985.
