The objective of the present survey was to map the potency of locations for developing of minapolitan area in Aceh province. The survey was conducted on November-December 2011 and it was focused on the four districts i.e. Aceh Jaya, Aceh Besar, Bireuen and Aceh Timur. The data were categorized into two types, i.e. secondary data which was compiled from annual reports, research report and other references. The primary data were collected throught direct and indirect interviewed the key persons in fisheries sector by using the questionnaire. Primary data were also obtained by direct observation in the fields. The results showed that every site has the advantages and disadvantages. However, generally all of the locations have potency to be developed as minapolitan region. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap keluarga dengan kemampuan merawat anggota keluarga yang menderita hipertensi di desa Jeulingke Banda Aceh 2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 120, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 keluarga. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan memberikan kuesioner tentang pengetahuan dan sikap keluarga merawat anggota keluarga yang menderita hipertensi sebanyak 26 item pernyataan dalam bentuk skala gutmann dan likert. Kuesioner tentang kemampuan keluarga dalam merawat anggota keluarga yang hipertensi sebanyak 12 item pernyataan dalam bentuk skala likert. Metode analisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan (P-Value=0,022) dengan kemampuan merawat anggota keluarga yang menderita hipertensi dan terdapat hubungan antara sikap (P-Value=0,001) dengan kemampuan merawat anggota keluarga yang menderita hipertensi. Saran dari hasil penelitian untuk pasien dan keluarga agar mematuhi diit yang disarankan oleh petugas kesehatan serta mengontrol tekanan darah secara teratur untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi. Family is one of the environmental factors that influence the course of the disease, so the family has an important role in the maintenance and care of family members who suffer from hypertension. The purpose of this research is to known the correlation level of knowledge and family attitude with ability to care in hipertension of family members at Jeulingke village Banda Aceh 2013. This was a descriptive correlative research with cross sectional study design. The population of this research was 120, with samplies amounting to 55 families. Data collection techniques by giving questionnaires about level of knowledge and family attitude with ability to care in hipertension of family members comprising of 26 statement items in the form of guttman and likert scale. Questionnaire about ability to care in hipertension of family members comprising of 12 statement items in the form of likert scale. The method of data analyzed were using univariate and bivariate analyzed. The result of this research shows that there are have a correlation between level of knowledge (P-value =0,022) with ability to care in hipertension of family members and there are have a correlation between attitude (P-value =0,001) with ability to care in hipertension of family members. A suggestion for patients and families in order to comply with the diet recommended by health officials as well as control of blood pressure on a regular basis to prevent the occurrence of complications. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif eksploratif dengan desain cross sectional study dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner melalui wawancara yang terdiri dari 30 item pernyataan dalam bentuk skala gutmen. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi psikososial berada dalam kategori baik (53,5%) dimensi konsep diri (60%) dengan kategori baik, dimensi fungsi peran (51,1%) dengan kategori kurang dan dimensi hubungan interdependen (60%) dengan kategori kurang. The aim of the research is to identify psychosocial adaptation for patient with diabetic ulcer in polyclinic endocrine in Zainoel Abidin general hospital Banda Aceh 2013. The research used explorative descriptive with by using cross sectional study with 45 samples. Data collection used questionnaire (30 statements) through interview. Data analysis method used univariat analysis. The result of the research showed that psychosocial adaptation was in good category (53,5%), self concept dimension (60%) was also in good category, role function dimension (51,1%) with less good category and interdepence relationship (60%) with less good category. The result of the research recommends nursing staff to give support, great caring and service i.e well implementation of wound care so that not causing odor which affects discomfort for patient and his/her surrounding. The results highlight the nonviability of small scale tiger grouper, with a 5 years projected negative cumulative cash flow of – Rp. 18.102.650 and a negative net present value (NPV) of – Rp. 22.059.576. An increasing production scale of tiger grouper highlight a marginal viability for medium scale (with a 5 year projected cumulative cash flow of Rp. 198.320.673 and a positive NPV of Rp. 105.578.440; with a benefit cost ratio of 1,25; an internal rate of return (IRR) of 88%; and a payback period of 0,99 year), and an economically viable of large scale cage culture (with a 5 year projected cumulative cash of Rp. 707.746.923; a NPV of Rp.406.801.749; a benefit cost ratio of 1,33;an internal rate of return of 157%;and a payback period of 0,57 year). The economic analysis of humpback grouper atdifferent production scales highlight positive cumulative cash, a positive NPV,a benefit cost ratio higher than 2, an internal rate of return over 300% and apayback period of less than one year. A sensitivity analysis revealed thatincreased survival rate up to 80% would increase cumulative cash and NPV ofsmall scale tiger grouper cage culture. The objective of the research is to analyze the frequency of Tropical Cyclone between 2007-2011 and to analyze Typhoon Choi-wan and Typhoon Nida. Geographical location of the research is between 30-195E, 15-180W dan 60-60N.  Tropical cyclone is a cyclonic originates from tropical oceans and is driven principally by heat transfer from the ocean. Tropical region is an area that receives more intensive solar radiation, so that sea surface temperature is relatively higher then in the pole. High sea surface temperature drive then a low pressure to form which can lead to tropical cyclone that begins with a tropical disturbance and tropical depression, tropical storms and then tropical cyclones. Frequencies of Tropical cyclone occurrences over northern hemisphere are 320 events which are higher than frequencies of tropical cyclone over southern hemisphere, i.e., 132 occasions. Tropical cyclones are analogues to Carnot heat engines. The size of the energy can be expressed as the total entropy s per unit of air mass and its mechanical energy. Carnot cycle is a closed process. During the cycle entropy is produce near sea level where the sea surface temperature is warm and it will be loss near the top of the clouds where the temperature is cold. Carnot cycle in tropical cyclones can produce mechanical energy. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis frekuensi kejadian siklon tropis antara tahun 2007-2011 dan menganalisis Topan Choi-wan dan Topan Nida. Domain geografi pada penelitian ini yaitu 30-195˚BT, 15-180˚BB dan 60-60˚LU. Siklon tropis adalah gerakan siklonik yang berasal dari lautan tropik dan digerakkan oleh transfer panas dari lautan. Daerah tropika merupakan daerah yang lebih intensif menerima radiasi matahari, sehingga suhu permukaan laut di daerah tropika lebih tinggi daripada di daerah kutub. Ketika suhu permukaan laut tinggi maka terbentuk pusat tekanan rendah yang dapat memicu terjadinya siklon tropis yang dimulai dengan gangguan tropis lalu depresi tropis, badai tropis selanjutnya terjadi siklon tropis. Frekuensi kejadian siklon tropis di BBU adalah 320 kejadian lebih besar daripada frekuensi kejadian siklon tropis di BBS yaitu 132 siklon tropis. Siklon tropis dianalogikan sebagai mesin Carnot. Salah satu penyebab tingginya AKI yaitu rendahnya pengetahuan ibu tentang resiko kehamilan dan persalinan yang dapat mempengaruhi keadaan psikologis Ibu. Pengetahuan tentang persalinan diperlukan sebagai antisipasi dari keadaan tersebut terutama menjelang waktu bersalin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan tentang pengetahuan tentang persalinan dengan tingkat kecemasan dalam menghadapi persalinan pada ibu hamil trimester III di Poliklinik Kebidanan dan Kandungan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2013. Desain penelitian bersifat deskriptif korelatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu 87 responden. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner dengan teknik wawancara. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan ada hubungan pengetahuan tentang tanda-tanda persalinan dengan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil trisemster III (p-value 0,002), ada hubungan pengetahuan tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persalinan dengan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil trisemster III (p-value 0,039), ada hubungan pengetahuan tentang tahapan persalinan dengan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil trisemster III dalam menghadapi persalinan (p-value 0,036), dan ada hubungan pengetahuan tentang persalinan dengan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil trisemster III (p-value 0,001). One of the causes of maternal mortality rate is lack of knowledge mother about the risk of process gestation and childbirth that can effect the condition of psicological mother. The knowledge about childbirth is needed as anticipation of that condition especially before childbirth. The purpose of this research to find out correlation of knowledge maternity in dealing with anxiety level of maternity in pregnant women trimester III in polyclinic midwifery and obgyn regional general hospital dr. Zainoel abidin banda aceh in 2013. Research design was descriptive correlative and sampling techniques used purposive sampling is 87 respondents. Data collection tool was a questionnaire with interview techniques. Methods of data analysis used the chi-square test. Results of bivariate analysis are known that there is relationship knowledge about signs of maternity with levels of anxiety in pregnant women trisemster III (p-value 0,002), there is relationship knowledge about signs of labor with levels of anxiety in pregnant women trisemster III (p-value 0,039), there is relationship knowledge about the stages of childbirth to the level of anxiety in pregnant women trisemster III in the face of childbirth (p-value 0,036), and there is relationship knowledge of childbirth at the level of anxiety in pregnant women trisemster III (p-value 0,001). Wakatobi Regency with its capital Wangiwangi Island has a great potential of natural resources, i.e.  sloping white sandy beach which strategically stretched out from north to south. The purpose of  this research is to identify beach type, to make a map of beach type in Wangiwangi island  and to identify potential of object tourism.  The metodology of this research is using field observation and the Geographical Information System (GIS). The field obervation was used to measure the beach’s width, length and slope.  The tools used in research are geological compass and applicable measurement equipment. The result of field obervation was used to make spasial analysis to get Map of beach characteristic. Processing of beach map characteristic using ARC GIS 9.3. The lithology of Wangiwangi island beach is limestone, its morphology is of high relief and low relief and there are three types of its characteristic, (they are); sandy beach, sandy beach with fragment coral and cliff beach. The locations of sandy beach are at waha and cemara beach. The location of Sandy beach with fragment coral are at Wapia beach, in Patuno island, in Matahora island and for cliff  beach are at Weki beach, in Kapotan island, at Buni beach and Batutobengko beach. Kabupaten Wakatobi dengan pusat pemerintahan di Pulau Wangiwangi memiliki sumberdaya alam yang sangat potensial dengan pantainya yang landai dan berpasir putih, membujur dari utara ke selatan dan posisinya sangat strategis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan jenis pantai di Pulau Wangiwangi dan memetakan kondisi pantai di Pulau Wangiwangi serta mengidentifikasikan potensi wisatanya . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi langsung dan analisis spasial. Pengamatan observasi langsung diterapkan untuk mengukur lebar pantai, panjang pantai dan berm menggunakan alat ukur meteran, sedangkan kemiringan pantai dengan kompas geologi. Hasil dari pengamatan pantai digunakan untuk membuat  analisis spasial sehingga diperoleh Peta jenis karakteristik pantai. Proses pengolahan mengunakan ARC GIS 9,3. Kondisi  pantai  Pulau Wangiwangi berdasarkan geologi (litologi penyusun)  didominasi oleh Batu Gamping Koral (Limestone), morfologi terdiri atas Relief Tinggi dan Relief Sedang sedangkan karakteristik pantai Pulau Wang-Wangi  terdiri dari  Pantai berpasir,. Pantai berpasir bercampur fragmen karang dan. Pantai bertebing karang. Lokasi Pantai Berpasir di Pantai Waha dan Pantai Cemara. Pantai Berpasir bercampur fragmen karang berada di Pantai Wapia, Pantai Patuno, Pulau Matahora, sedangkan Pantai bertebing karang tersebar di Pantai Weki, Pulau Kapotan, Bungi dan Batutobengko. Potensi wisata pantai dapat diusulkan pada jenis pantai berpasir dan pantai berpasir bercampur fragmen karang. Objek wisata antara lain berenang, berjemur dan memancing.
