Penelitian ini menggunakan 24 ekor tikus jantan berumur 4 bulan yang dikelompokkan secara acak ke dalam 4 kelompok (KO, KI, KII, dan KIII), setiap kelompok terdiri atas 6 ekor tikus. Kelompok KO merupakan kelompok kontrol hanya diinjeksi dengan PBS. Kelompok KI, KII, dan KIII diinjeksi dengan inhibin B dengan dosis masing-masing adalah 25, 50, dan 100 pg/ekor. Tikus diinjeksi sebanyak 5 kali secara intra peritoneal dengan interval waktu pemberian 12 hari selama 48 hari. Injeksi pertama, inhibin B dicampur dengan 0,05 ml PBS dan 0,05 ml CFA. Injeksi kedua hingga kelima, inhibin B dicampur dengan 0,05 ml PBS dan 0,05 ml IFA. Pada hari ke-6 setelah injeksi inhibin B terakhir, hewan coba dikorbankan secara dislocatio cervicalis lalu jaringan kauda epididimis dikoleksi dan difiksasi dengan paraformaldehid 4%. Setelah melalui proses dehidrasi, jaringan blok di dalam parafin dipotong dengan ketebalan 6 mikron dan diwarnai secara imunohistokimia dengan menggunakan antibodi anti protamine P2. Pengamatan secara imunohistokimia menunjukkan adanya ekspresi protamine P2 di dalam kepala spermatozoa pada semua kelompok perlakuan. Akan tetapi, seiring dengan penambahan dosis inhibin B menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan tingkat ekspresi protamine P2 di dalam kepala spermatozoa pada kauda epididimis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa injeksi inhibin B dengan dosis 100 pg/ekor menurunkan secara nyata jumlah ekspresi protamine P2 di dalam kepala spermatozoa pada epididimis (P<0,05) dibanding KO. Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2014-02-01 Description An account of the resource Abstract - A comparison of the inhibiting efficiency of antibiotic drugs (ciprofloxacin, cloxacillin, and amoxicillin) on the corrosion of mild steel in 1 mol·L−1 HCl were studied at room temperature using mass loss measurement. The main reason is probably be due to the formation of protective coverage by the inhibitor as other authors reported previously. Adsorption characteristics of the inhibitor has also been studied using simple equation and it was found that drugs inhibits the corrosion of mild steel by being adsorbed on the surface of mild steel by a physical adsorption mechanism. The adsorption of drugs on the mild steel surface was found to be spontaneous and obey the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. It was observed that the test drug has a promising inhibitory action in acid medium against corrosion of mild steel. The reason for conducting this research was the fact that the competency of many students in speaking English was still considered unsatisfactory in Banda Aceh. We postulated that one aspect involved in the process of developing speaking skills was the learning strategies used by the learners. In this study, the data was collected through field research by means of documents, questionnaires, and interviews. The result of this study indicated that high performance speaking students had better balance in using all kinds of learning strategies (memory, cognitive, compensatory, metacognitive, affective, and social) for enhancing their speaking skills; the same could not be found with low performance speaking students. Besides, the high performance students employed more learning strategies consciously and appropriately compared to the low performance students. Based on the research results, it is suggested that students should be trained to be more aware of their own speaking learning strategies. The performance of diagnostic X-ray machine should be checked to determine if the dose received does not harm a patient and produce a good image and provide diagnostic information in a timely and accurate, therefore there are necessary for quality control activities on the machine X-ray. Factors that affect the dosing and imaging results, among others, the amount of the provision of current and voltage. From the research shows that the value of the output voltage generated is not much different from the value of the input voltage with a percentage value below 5%. The objective of the present study was to collect information of fishermen perceptions  in Aceh Besar district. The study was conducted from June to August 2012, while the field survey conducted on 21 to 28 June 2012 at some fishing villages in Aceh Besar district namely: (a) Baitussalam and Mesjid, (b) Peukan Bada, (c) Leupung, Lhoknga and Lhoong, (d) Pulo Aceh, (e) Seulimum. The Results showed that most of  respondents were  in the productive age (31-45 years).  The majority of the respondents have recieved subsidies from a variety of sources both government and non-governmental organizations. The common type of subsidy were in the form of goods (in kinds) namely: boats, fishing gear and boat engines, and small portion in cash. In addition, the majority of fishermen stated that the type of assistance provided was in accordance with their needs as fishermen and most fishermen are still expected that fisheries subsidies should be continued. In regard to environmental  and conservation issues that  most fishermen agreed with the conservation area in the district of Aceh Besar. However, most of the respondents stated that they have not been involved in conservation activities.
