Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengidentifikasi pengaruh konsep diri dan pengetahuan siswa di SDN 27 dan MIN Merduati Kecamatan Kuta Alam Kota Banda Aceh terhadap kesiapsiagaan pengurangan risiko bencana gempa bumi. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research yaitu penelitian yang menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesa. Desain penelitian cross sectional ditujukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara variabel independen yaitu mengidentifikasi konsep diri dan pengetahuan terhadap kesiapsiagaan siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik stratified random, yaitu 52 orang dari Sekolah Dasar Negeri 27 dan 69 orang dari MIN Merduati. Data primer diperoleh melalui angket yang telah disusun meliputi: konsep diri, pengetahuan, dan kesiapsiagaan pengurangan risiko bencana kepada siswa. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi terhadap responden ditemukan bahwa secara umum pengetahuan dan konsep diri responden berada pada kategori baik, sedangkan kesiapsiagaannya kurang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat konsep diri siswa pada SDN 27 masih lebih rendah dibandingkan pada MIN Merduati, tingkat pengetahuan siswa pada MIN Merduati lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan SDN 27, disamping itu tingkat kesiapsiagaan siswa di MIN Merduati lebih rendah dari SDN 27. Selain itu, ditemukan adanya pengaruh antara pengetahuan dengan kesiapsiagaan pada siswa MIN Merduati (Nilai P = 0,018), dan tidak ada pengaruh secara langsung antara konsep diri terhadap kesiapsiagaan siswa SDN 27 dan MIN Merduati. Disarankan kepada petugas mitigasi bencana agar sosialisasi sebaiknya dimasukkan dalam proses pembelajaran atau diintegrasikan dalam mata pelajaran. Kepada siswa dan guru diharapkan terus menggali pengetahuan tentang gempa bumi dan mitigasinya, serta membentuk konsep diri pada siswa pendidikan dasar dalam memahami mitigasi bencana.Kata kunci: konsep diri, pengetahuan, dan kesiapsiagaan bencana gempa bumi. This research was conducted to processed the waste feed into a feed mill potentially probiotic functional seen a total of fungi, molds and yeasts and the types of protein biomass increase. The material used in the study were the starter starfung, distilled water and waste feed mill feed. The tools used in the study were an oven, thermometer, drying cabinets, pH meters, moisture meter grand. Research using Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) is 4 treatments with 4 replications. The treatment used T0 = Feed + (Starter 'Starfung' 0%); T1 = Feed + (Starter 'starfung' 1%); T2 = Feed + (Starter 'Starfung' 3%); T3 = Feed + (Starter 'Starfung' 2%). The parameter is were observed total fungi, the type of mold fungi and yeasts. The data total fungi analyzed using analysis of variance and multiple regions continued with Duncan's test to determine differences between treatments. Based on the results of the study showed that the feed mill waste fermentation with starter cedar starfung no significant effect (p> 0.05) of total fungi. Average - Average total fungi on treatment T0, T1, T2, and T3 respectively - also is 1,77x107, 1,87x107, 0,9 x107, dan 0,91 x107 Cfu/g. Type of mold is Rhizopus sp and type of yeast is Saccharomyces sp. Pegagan duck is one of local duck species which comes from Ogan Ilir (OI) Regency, South Sumatera. This species is not popular, yet. But, it has spread out along Ogan river which comprises of three districts e.g Tanjung Raja, Inderalaya and Pemulutan. The ecosystem in this three districts is dominated by swampy area. As far, there is relatively limited information of Pegagan duck compared to another local duck. So, for the first step was done a reseach to identify genetic characteristic from blood protein analyses by electrophoresis method. It is expected that this information will become the bases in determining of the policy of Pegagan duck development. Polymorphism analyses of blood protein was done with 9 duck samples which taken randomly from 400 pegagan ducks. Protein locus observed were albumin (Alb), post albumin (Pa), transferrine (Tf), post transferrine-1 (Ptf-1), and post transferrine-2 (Ptf-2). Polymorphism analyses of blood protein of pegagan duck was characterized by allele A in locus Transferrine (TfA), Post transferrine-1 (Ptf-1A) and Post transferrine-2 (Ptf-2A) . Genetic diversity based on blood protein of Pegagan duck showed that gen frequency value in a range of 0,11 – 0,94 and high heterozygosis value that was 0,62 %.
