Pada kawasan Pasar Atjeh, Jalan Diponegoro, banyak masalah terkait fasilitas pejalan kaki. adanya pedagang kaki lima dan penempatan barang di trotoar menyebabkan lebar trotoar mengecil dan pejalan kaki sulit berjalan. Dari latar belakang dan masalah tersebut, dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat pelayanan jalur pejalan kaki Jalan Diponegoro, Pasar Atjeh. Dengan metode traffic counting dan spot speed study, di dapat data volume dan waktu tempuh yang kemudian di olah menggunakan persamaan yang disajikan pada tinjauan kepustakaan. Hasil pada segmen 1 yaitu arus 6,61 ped/mnt/m, volume 119 orang, dan ruang 6,42 m2/ped. Pada segmen 2 dengan lebar trotoar 0,8 meter, volume 115 orang, laju arus 9,58 dan ruang 4,65 m2/ped. pada segmen 3, volume 102orang di dapat laju arus 6,8 ped/mnt/m dan ruang 6,40 m2/ped. Pada segmen 4 dengan volume 90 orang, dengan laju arus 7,5 ped/mnt/m dan ruang 5,75 m2/ped. Pada segmen 5 nilai arus 7,31 ped/mnt/m dan ruang 5,93 m2/ped. Segmen 6, lebar efektifnya 0,4 meter, dengan laju arus 13,83 ped/mnt/m dan volume 83ped/mnt/m, di dapat ruang hanya sebesar 2,95 m2/ped. Segmen 7 diperoleh volume puncak 62orang, dengan laju arus 6,89 ped/mnt/m dan ruang 6,23 m2/ped. Segmen 8 diperoleh volume 48 orang, laju arus 8 ped/mnt/m, ruang 5,24 m2/ped. Tingkat pelayanan A pada setiap segmen untuk laju arus, karena sebagian besar pejalan kaki adalah orang yang sama yang berpindah dari satu toko ke toko lain. Berdasarkan kecepatan, tingkat pelayanan termasuk F karena perilaku dan gaya berjalan yang berbeda. Secara keseluruhan trotoar segmen 6 merupakan yang paling bermasalah dengan kategori C untuk ruang. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of milk Technology Faculty of Agriculture Syiah Kuala University from 16 June to 20 June 2014. The growth of Lactobacillus acidophilus was observed in one hour periode as long as 5 hoursincubation periode. The treatmens consist of three level of La persentage, 2%, 4%, and 6%, parameters weasured were total cell acid pH of fermented milk. The results of this study showed the addition of 2% La starter with a 4 hour incubation, bacteria La has grown up to 9.10 cfu with a pH of 4.47. The addition of starter Lactobacillus acidophilus 4% and 3 hour incubation bacteria has grown up to 11.20 cfu with a pH of 4.27, mean while the addition of 6% with 2 hour incubation time has grown up to of 10.67 cfu, with pH 4.24.
