Jenis penelitian bersifat analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh keluarga yang tinggal di Kecamatan Jaya Baru Banda Aceh berjumlah 4053 KK. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara cluster random sampling berjumlah 98 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner pada responden penelitian. Analisa data dilakukan uji chi square untuk menguji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan (P=0,023), sikap (P=0,010), rencana tanggap darurat (P=0,008), sistem peringatan dini (P=0,001) dan mobilisasi sumber daya (P=0,002)dengan kesiapsiagaan keluarga dalam menghadapi KLB DBD. Perlu adanya upaya masyarakat dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang DBD dan upaya peningkatan sistem peringatan dini terhadap bahaya demam berdarah dengue. Selain itu perlu adanya dukungan stake-holder seperti pihak kecamatan, dinas kesehatan kota dan dinas kesehatan provinsi untuk lebih mewaspadai kejadian DBD di Kecamatan Jaya Baru. This research is aimed at observing the nutritious content of palm oil sludge fermentation by P. chrysosporium. The experimental design used completely randomized design in factorial (3 x 3). The first factor is the inoculum dosage, namely : (D1). 3 %, (D2). 6 % and (D3). 9 % of substrate weight. The second factor is the length of fermentation, namely : (L1). 4 days, (L2). 8 days and (L3). 12 days. Every treatment is repeated for three time. The data found is scrutinized by mode print and it is followed by distance test of multiple Duncan (Steel and Torrie, 1989). The variables observed in research are dry materials, crude fiber, crude protein, cellulose and lignin. The research on the influence of inoculum dosage and the length of fermentation on dry materials content and crude protein shows insignificant interaction (P>0.05). On the other hand, crude fiber, cellulose and lignin show significant interaction (P<0.01). The inoculum dosage of 6 % and the fermentation length of 8 days is the best combination treatment and it can reduce the crude fiber amounting to 40.86 %, an increase of crude protein amounting to 30.75 % and a decrease of cellulose and lignin amounting to 39.78 % and 36.40 % respectively. Peak Flow Meter (PFM) adalah salah satu alatuntuk mengukur arus puncak ekspirasi (APE), yang digunakan untuk mengontroldan memonitoring kondisi asma. Asthma Control Test (ACT) berisi 5 pertanyaanuntuk menilai kondisi asma yang dirasakan oleh pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian iniadalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara arus puncak ekspirasi dengan tingkatkontrol asma. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional survey.Penelitian dilakukan di Poliklinik Paru Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr.ZainoelAbidin Banda Aceh. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling.Pengambilan data pada bulan Desember 2014 hingga Januari 2014. Analisis yangdigunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji Fisher. Dari 49 sampel respondenpenelitian, rata-rata berumur 36-45 tahun, 28 orang berjenis kelamin perempuandan 25 orang dari reponden memiliki BMI normal. Pada penelitian ini, 71,4%subjek menunjukkan hasil PFM merah dan tidak ada satupun dengan kategorihijau. Sedangkan dari ACT, 75% subjek memliki asma tidak terkontrol dan tidaksatupun yang terkontrol penuh. Hasil uji Fisher antara arus puncak ekspirasidengan tingkat kontrol asma didapatkan p value 0,000 pada CI 95%, ? 0,05 danRP 2,56. Melihat peran dan keterikatan mesin pemotong rumput tipe gendong maka perlu diketahui hubungan antara keduannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis ergonomika yang meliputi analisis antropometri posisi optimum pada operator dan pengukuran beban kerja fisik pada operator berdasarkan IRHR(Increase Ratio Hear Rate). Metode penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga operator satu mahasiswa dan dua orang umum.selanjutnya ketiga operator ini dilakukan analisis posisi kerja optimum dan pengukuran bebean kerja fisik pada operator.Berdasarkan hasil analisis posisi kerja optimum operator diperoleh posisi optimum dari mata pemotong sampai tumit didapatkan pada operator A dengan nilai 183,4 cm, Operator B dengan nilai posisi optimum 176,7 cm,dan posisi optimum operator C 178,54 cm.Pengukuran beban kerja fisik pada tiga orang operator dimana pengambilan data dilakukan pada saat operator dalam keadaan istirahat, pada saat melakukan step test dan pada saat melakukan pemotongan rumput. This study aims to examine the metabolic energy (ME)  and proximate analysis of the coconut husk, garlic skin, heart of young jackfruit, in order to see its potential as a local feed ingredients for poultry, especially chicken. The study was conducted in 3 stages include feed preparation stage, treatment stage and retrieval of data. Stage of treatment involves measurement of metabolic energy to "force feeding" the appropriate method of Sibbald (1976). The results of the proximate analysis and gross energy (GE)  are  water content ranged from 6.28 to 13.60%, from 5.09 to 12.34% crude protein, crude fat from 0.57 to 48.72%, crude fiber 31.33 to 51.66 %, from 2.38 to 8.39% ash, extract materials without nitrogen from 3.19 to 27.11% and GE  3387.21 to 6491.17 (kcal/kg). The results of ME research is mathematical and biological ME each feed ingredient is coconut husk 4492.84 kcal/kg; 4025.59 kcal /kg, the heart of young jackfruit 1533.44 kcal/kg ; 1625.39 kcal/kg , garlic skins 1388.76 kcal/kg; 1327.65 kcal/kg, leather bean sprouts in 1392.48 kcal/kg; 1089 .33 kcal/kg . Conclusion The study is based on the results of the proximate analysis, the content of GE and EM biological byproduct feedstuffs markets that have potential for use in poultry rations are coconut husk being able to supply the highest energy.
