The objective of this research was to know the effect of enzim phytase supplementation on relative organ digestion broiler. The research was done for weeks at Animal Fees and Nutrition, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University in Mei to Juni 2008 utilized. A Completely Randomized Design with 6 treatments {P0 (100% basal diet), P1 (100% basal diet + 500 FTU/kg), P2 (100% basal diet + 600 FTU/kg), P3 (100% basal diet + 700 FTU/kg), P4 (100% basal diet + 800 FTU/kg),P5 (100% basal diet + 900 FTU/kg)}. Each treatments was replicated for 3 times. The parameters are final body weight, (%) proventrikulus, (%) relatif intestine, (%) pancreas and (%) liver weigh broiler chickens . The research showed that adding enzim phytase has join no significant effect (P>0.05) on the body, liver, proventrikulus, ventrikulus weight, bur it showed significant effect on relative intestines and pancreas weight (P>0.05) of broiler chickens . the average weight of body weight was 1117.50-1873.00 gram, proventrikulus was 0,44-0,64% ventrikulus was 1.30-2.32%, intestine was 2.74-4.39%, pancreas was 0,21-0,32% and liver was 2,35-3.01%.</text>

<text>Microsatellite analysis in biotechnology of animal reproduction (A Review)ABSTRACT. In year 1970 was found nucleotide sequence which have repeated sequence of nucleotide. with high polymorh and using PCR could be amplified. That sequenz of nucleotide called Microsatelite. Microsatelite consist of 1 – 6 repeated nucleotide, which is CA repeated as mostly a repeated DNA in the animal (Tautz and Renz, 1984). Based on difference of long and amount of repeated nucleotide, there are three kind of DNA satelite, midi-, mini- and microsatelite (Matiat and Vergmaud, 1982). Microsatelite analysis was used to analyze of paternity and identity of animal, which was done as a conventional analysis with blood group analysis. The advantage of microsatelite analysis compare to blood group system are the exclution probability was high (EXP 99.9%), needs small sampel (tissues, sperm or follicel of hair), could be use for all animal without special age and possible for died animal.</text>

<text>Increasing of antibody titre against avian influenza in serum of vaccinated laying hens with commercial vaccineABSTRACT. The advantages of vaccination are that it reduces the risk of infection, and concurrently reduces morbidity, mortality and shedding of virus. The goal of the present study was to evaluate efficacy of Avian Influenza commercial vaccine based on humoral immunity responses of laying hens. Totally, 20 breakel silver layer hens were used in this research. The laying hens were vaccinated using Avian Influenza commercial vaccine (H5N1). Blood samples were collected from the axilaris vein (left or rigt) one time at prevaccination and repeated three times with an interval of one month at postvaccination. Antibody titres were examined using Hemaglutination Inhibition (HI). The result showed that Avian Influenza commercial vaccine (H5N1) was a good protection because the vaccine was able to trigger protective humoral immunity of laying hens indicated by increasing of antibody titre in serum of vaccinated laying hens during three months.</text>
