The obtain land suitability classes in accordance with plant production, the appropriate of land suitability classification from land suitability classification system is required. The aims of this study were: (1) to evaluate the suitability of classification system for land planted with oil palm at Kebun Baru PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Langsa and (2) to evaluate the relationship between soil characteristics (criteria) and the production of oil palm in the Kebun Baru PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Langsa. The characteristics observed in the area of land that formed homogenous classes were based on the uniformity of slope, soil type on the rate of oil palm production. From each homogenous area soil samples were taken for analyze of physical and chemical soil properties. The result showed there was none of the system of land suitability classification can be applied directly in Kebun Baru PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Langsa. A significant correlation was found among the land characteristics and slope was very evident and determined other land characteristics, including the production of oil palm. The oil palm production in Kebun Baru PT. Perkebunan Nusantara-I Langsa was determined by slope, C-organic, P-available, K-exchangeable, Ca-Exchangeable, base saturation, and salinity. The relationship between oil palm production and land characteristics was described as multiple regression: Y = 5,55 – 0,41x1 + 2,77x6 + 0,24x8 + 8,57x9 - 1,96x10 + 0,39x13 – 2,83x14; R2 = 0,93**   x1 = Slope, x6 = C-organic, x8 = P-available, x9 = K-exchangeable, x10 = Ca-exchangeable, x13 = base saturation, x14 = salinity; R = determination value. To achieve the best fit between the classification of land suitability and oil palm production in Kebun Baru PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Langsa, the modification of land suitability classification system is required.</text>

                <text>Evaluation Criteria of Land Suitability to Arabica Gayo 2 coffee in the Gayo HighlandsAbstract. Nowadays, coffee development policy is directed at production increasing and physical quality of coffee bean. To reach the best production and physical quality of Arabica coffee bean, the cultivation should be conducted on suitable land and follow the requirement for each variety of Arabica coffee. This research is conducted to evaluate the criteria of the land suitability for Arabica Gayo 2 coffee, and to define the land characteristic based on climate and soil that can affect the physical quality of Arabica Gayo 2 coffee bean. This research is treated by using survey method with descriptive analysis and soil sample analysis in the laboratory that taken from each observation site. The observation sites are examined based on altitude and slope of the land. Soil samples were analyzed about the physical and chemical characteristic of the soil. Characteristic and quality of the land from each observation sites were compared with criteria of Arabica coffee land suitability. Meanwhile, to observe the relationship between land characteristic and Arabica Gayo 2 is conducted by multiple linear correlation analysis. The results show that all of the observation sites have actual land suitability class S3 (represented marginally) and S2 (represented enough) with factors of land altitude limiting, land slope, and soil chemical properties. Potential land suitability class of S2 is represented enough with factors of land altitude limiting, land slope, rooting media (effective depth), soil texture, stone surface, and nutrient availability. Potential land suitability class of S3 is represented marginally with land limiting altitude factor. The highest of production average is obtained at Potential land suitability class of S2 with the highest production at land altitude &amp;gt; 1400 meters above sea level and slope &amp;lt; 40%.Abstrak. Saat ini kebijaksanaan pengembangan kopi diarahkan pada peningkatan produksi dan  kualitas fisik biji kopi. Untuk mendapatkan produksi dan kualitas fisik biji yang baik maka penanaman kopi Arabika harus dilakukan pada lahan-lahan yang sesuai dan memenuhi persyaratan bagi masing-masing varietas kopi Arabika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kriteria kesesuaian lahan kopi Arabika Gayo 2 serta menetapkan karakteristik lahan berdasarkan iklim dan tanah yang menentukan kualitas fisik biji kopi Arabika Gayo 2. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis deskriptif serta analisis contoh tanah di laboratorium yang diambil dari masing-masing tapak pengamatan. Tapak pengamatan yang diperiksa dibuat berdasarkan ketinggian tempat dan kemiringan lereng. Sampel tanah yang dianalisis adalah fisik dan kimia tanahnya. Karakteristik dan kualitas lahan dari masing-masing tapak pengamatan dibandingkan dengan kriteria kesesuaian lahan kopi Arabika. Sedangkan untuk melihat hubungan antar karakteristik lahan dan antara karakteristik lahan dengan produksi kopi Arabika Gayo 2 dilakukan analisis korelasi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua satuan lahan pengamatan mempunyai kelas kesesuaian lahan aktual S3 (sesuai marginal) dan S2 (cukup sesuai) dengan faktor pembatas ketinggian tempat, lereng dan sifat kimia tanah. Kelas kesesuaian lahan potensial adalah S2 (cukup sesuai) dengan faktor pembatas ketinggian tempat, lereng, media perakaran (kedalaman efektif), tekstur tanah, batu permukaan serta ketersediaan hara dan S3 (sesuai marginal) dengan faktor pembatas ketinggian tempat. Rata-rata produksi tertinggi diperoleh pada kelas kesesuaian lahan potensial S2 (sesuai) dengan produksi paling tinggi pada ketinggian tempat &amp;gt; 1.400 m dpl dan lereng &amp;lt; 40 %. </text>

                <text>ABSTRAKJaringan GSM diciptakan dan dikembangkan untuk memberikan layanan komunikasi panggilan, SMS (short message service) dan juga transfer data dengan kecepatan maksimal 9.600 bps (bit per second). Pasca bencana tsunami, salah satu proses rehabilitasi yang dilakukan adalah berupa pembangunan sarana gedung evakuasi (escape building) yang diperuntukkan sebagai tempat melakukan evakuasi pada saat bencana terjadi. Oleh karena itu perlu dievaluasi kualitas dari sinyal GSM tersebut berdasarkan parameter-parameter dari GSM yang terdiri atas RxQual, RxLev dan SQI dengan menggunakan metode TEMS investigation. Pada tugas Akhir ini dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui kualitas sinyal GSM terhadap layanan yang tersedia dan memudahkan masyarakat untuk tetap bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik dan lancar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diescape building Ulee Lheue, lantai satu dengan nilai rata-rata RxLev -76,46 dBm, RxQual 1,91 dan SQI  17,74. Lantai dua dengan nilai rata-rata RxLev -74,84 dBm, RxQual 3,13 dan SQI 14,43. Lantai tiga dengan nilai rata-rata RxLev -77,13 dBm, RxQual 3,30 dan SQI 13,04, ketiga lantai dari gedung escape building tersebut memiliki kinerja jaringan GSM yang bagus, dimana dari ke tiga parameter yang diukur hanya SQI yang berada pada range dengan kualitas cukup atau sedang yaitu antara 10 hingga 18.                 <text>Radio Siaran FM merupakan salah satu teknologi telekomunikasi yang digunakan untuk memberikan layanan informasi dan hiburan bagi masyarakat. Untuk menjangkau masyarakat pendengar sebagai konsumen yang ditargetkan, kualitas penerimaan siaran menjadi hal yang sangat krusial. Daya pancar dan propagasi dari pemancar dapat mempengaruhi teknis kualitas layanan pada penerima. Masalah kualitas ini menjadi obyek yang dikaji dan pendekatan yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil, dilakukan pengukuran lapangan dengan menggunakan instrumen spectrum analyzer dan ditambah GPS sebagai penentu keakuratan lokasi pengukuran. Lima radio pemcancar swasta di kota Banda Aceh yang beroperasi pada frekuensi kerja 98,5 MHz hingga 103,6 MHz menjadi obyek penelitian dan akan dievaluasi. Hasil pengukuran lapangan didapati bahwa semua stasiun radio FM yang dievaluasi memenuhi standar kuat medan minimum yang diperbolehkan (Eμ) sesuai standar untuk kategori daerah rural, 54 dBμV/m  dan daerah urban, 66 dBμV/m. Hasil lain juga tidak ditemukan interferensi frekuensi dan semua stasiun masih dalam batas toleransi deviasi frekuensi kerja yang diizinkan. Dengan demikian, lima pemcancar radio FM yang dievaluasi mempunyai kualitas yang baik dan layanan yang diberikan dapat dinikmati dengan baik oleh pendengar.</text>

                <text>Abstract: Evaluation of curriculum is important to know the achievements of the program implemented, implementation, monitoring and supporting the implementation of SBC factors. This study aimed to describe the data on the evaluation of the implementation of curriculum in 67 public primary schools in Banda Aceh. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation as well as filling a questionnaire study. Data analysis techniques such as data reduction, data display and conclusion. Subjects in this study were principals, vice-principals, and teachers. the conclusion is: (1) Content Document 1 curriculum according to the guidelines but still lacking an explanation of life skills education, education-based local and global. Syllabus and RPP was adopted from examples issued by the National Education Standards, but most of the teachers have been adapted according to the conditions of the school. Syllabus and RPP are still weak in terms of withdrawal indicators and assessment as well as low-grade lesson plan is not thematic. (2) Implementation of SBC Document 1 is in accordance with the plan, but in self-development activities there is little difference for not conducting counseling. Implementation has not been fully based learning lesson plans. Low-grade teacher is not using a thematic approach. Teachers in core activities already conducting exploration activities, elaboration and confirmation as well as carry out the grip so that the students active and creative, but there is still a small proportion of teachers who have not been able to do well. Teachers already use a variety of media and learning resources, but there is still a small fraction of teachers who have not used it. Teachers at the preliminary event does not convey the purpose, benefits, coverage of materials and learning strategies, and the cover does not carry out the activities of reflection. Teachers in implementing learning assessment still shortcomings, such as is found to be less variability assessment technique, lack of due indicators to the basic competencies and the assessment techniques used and the results of the assessment has not been used as a follow-up plan. (3) Supervisors and principals have oversight of curriculum through supervision activities are done once a year. (4) The availability of a complete infrastructure, support parents, and principals, high student motivation, and cooperation among teachers is supportive of curriculum implementation and the weak ability of teachers in planning thematic lesson plans, thematic application and design instructional materials and assessment , is a barrier in the application of the SBC.Keywords: Evaluation, Implementation, Curriculum Education UnitAbstrak: Evaluasi KTSP penting dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui capaian program, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan faktor pendukung penerapan KTSP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan data tentang evaluasi penerapan KTSP pada SD Negeri 67 Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. kesimpulannya adalah: (1) Isi Dokumen 1 KTSP sesuai panduan namun masih kurang penjelasan tentang pendidikan kecakapan hidup, pendidikan berbasis lokal dan global. Silabus dan RPP diadopsi dari contoh yang dikeluarkan oleh BSNP, namun sebagian besar guru sudah mengadaptasi sesuai dengan kondisi sekolahnya. Silabus dan RPP masih lemah dalam hal penarikan indikator dan penilaian sertaRPP kelas rendah belum tematik. (2) Pelaksanaan KTSP Dokumen 1 sudah sesuai dengan perencanaan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya berdasarkan RPP. Guru kelas rendah belum menggunakan pendekatan tematik. Guru pada kegiatan inti sudah melaksanakan kegiatan eksplorasi, elaborasi dan konfirmasi serta melaksanakan pakem sehingga siswa aktif dan kreatif namun masih ada sebagian kecil guru yang belum dapat melakukannya dengan baik. Guru sudah menggunakan berbagai media dan sumber belajar, namun masih ada sebagian kecil guru yang belum menggunakannya. Guru pada kegiatan pendahuluan tidak menyampaikan tujuan, manfaat, cakupan materi dan strategi belajar, dan pada kegiatan penutup tidak melaksanakan refleksi. Guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian pembelajaran masih terdapat kelemahan-kelemahan, seperti masih ditemukan kurang bervariasinya tehnik penilaian, kurang sesuainya indikator dengan kompetensi dasar dan dengan tehnik penilaian yang digunakan serta hasil penilaian belum dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan menyusun rencana tindak lanjut. (3) Pengawas dan kepala sekolah telah melakukan pengawasan KTSP melalui kegiatan supervisi yang dilakukan setahun sekali. (4) Tersedianya sarana prasarana yang lengkap, dukungan orang tua, dan kepala sekolah, motivasi siswa yang tinggi, serta kerjasama antar guru menjadi faktor pendukung penerapan KTSP dan masih lemahnya kemampuan guru dalam hal perencanaan RPP tematik, penerapan tematik dan perancangan bahan ajar serta penilaian, menjadi faktor penghambat penerapan KTSP.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Implementasi, Kurikulum Satuan Pendidikan</text>

Guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian pembelajaran masih terdapat kelemahan-kelemahan, seperti masih ditemukan kurang bervariasinya tehnik penilaian, kurang sesuainya indikator dengan kompetensi dasar dan dengan tehnik penilaian yang digunakan serta hasil penilaian belum dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan menyusun rencana tindak lanjut. (3) Pengawas dan kepala sekolah telah melakukan pengawasan KTSP melalui kegiatan supervisi yang dilakukan setahun sekali. (4) Tersedianya sarana prasarana yang lengkap, dukungan orang tua, dan kepala sekolah, motivasi siswa yang tinggi, serta kerjasama antar guru menjadi faktor pendukung penerapan KTSP dan masih lemahnya kemampuan guru dalam hal perencanaan RPP tematik, penerapan tematik dan perancangan bahan ajar serta penilaian, menjadi faktor penghambat penerapan KTSP.Kata kunci:Evaluasi, Implementasi, Kurikulum Satuan Pendidikan.</text>
