Percentage of motility, viability and sperm capacitation and sperm live on group K3 significantly higher (P <0.05) compared with the K1 and K0. While the percentage motility of spermatozoa in the group K1 higher were not significant (P> 0.05) compared with the group K0. Kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap air minum semakin meningkat seiring dengan cepatnya pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk, sehingga pada saat ini masyarakat memenuhi kebutuhan air minum dengan air minum isi ulang.Untuk memenuhi syarat mikrobiologis agar air minum isi ulang ini layak dikonsumsi, maka sesuai Permenkes RI No.492/Menkes/Per/IV/2010, E. coli pada air minum isi ulang harus 0/100 ml sampel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan kualitas mikrobiologi air minum isi ulang yang ditinjau dari proses reverse osmosisdan proses ultraviolet. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode observasi laboratorik dengan metode MPN ( Most Probable Number) untuk menilai jumlah E. coli pada air minum isi ulang dan membandingkan jumlah bakteri E. coli di antara depot air minum isi ulang berdasarkan jenis pengolahannya. Sampel air minum isi ulang diambil dari depot air minum isi ulang yang sama tetapi dengan dua jenis pengolahan yang berbeda, yaitu 15 depot air minum isi ulang kelompok RO dengan proses reverse osmosis dan 15 depot air minum isi ulang kelompok UV dengan proses ultraviolet. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh total sampel yang menunjukkan hasil positif adanya bakteri E. coli untuk kelompok RO sebanyak 40%, dan kelompok UV sebanyak 47%. Berdasarkan nilai MPN, untuk depot ai minum isi ulang kelompok RO jumlah cemaran E. coli tertinggi adalah 5/100 ml dan terkecil 0/100 ml, sedangkan kelompok U nilai E. coli tertinggi adalah 21/100 ml dan terkecil 0/100 ml sampel. Hasil uji T Paired Two Sample dari perbandingan jumlah E. coli air minum isi ulang berdasarkan nilai MPN antara kedua kelompok pengolahan air minum isi ulang menunjukkan nilai t hitung < t tabel (1,479 < 1,761). Metode 2SLS (Two Stage Leas Squares) digunakan untuk menganalisis model-model persamaan simultan dari penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel luas lahan bawang putih, harga lokal bawang putih, harga impor bawang putih dan jumlah impor bawang putih secara serempak memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produksi bawang putih. Secara persial variabel luas lahan bawang putih, harga impor bawang putih dan jumlah impor bawang putih memberi pengaruh yang signifikan, sedangkan harga lokal bawang putih memberi pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap produksi. Kebijakan tarif impor bawang putih memberikan dampak yang negatif terhadap produksi bawang putih di Aceh. Hal ini karena adanya kebijakan pemerintah dalam penurunan tarif impor bawang putih, sehingga jumlah impor bawang putih semakin meningkat dengan tarif 0% maka dari itu akan menyebabkan produksi bawang putih menurun di Provinsi Aceh.Kata kunci : Produksi, impor, harga dan luas lahan bawang putih. The main objective of the present study was to investigate the association of small intestine measurements with body weight in broilers. Sixty five weeks old unsex broiler chicks (CP 707) were used. All birds were leg-banded and alloted to 60 cage units and than were fasted for 10 hours but water given. All birds were weighed individually and then sacrificed by neck vein bleeding. Small intestine was dissected individually to determine length and wide. All data were subjected to statistical analysis: correlation and simple linear regression, analysis of variance and t-test. The length of small intestine, duodenum, and jejunum/ileum were each strongly correlated with body weight: r = 0,88; P < 0,01; r = 0,71; P < 0,01; and r = 0,80, P < 0,01 respectively. The wide of duodenum and jejunum/ileum were each closely correlated with body weight: r = 0,90; P < 0,01; and r = 0,86; P < 0,01 respectively. Results of study indicated that there were strong association between small intestine measurements and body weight in broilers. Avian influenza virus H5N1 infections are an important cause of diseases in humans and several animal species, including birds. The present study conducted to investigate the seroprevalence Avian Influenza H5N1 in native birds from 15 sub-districts of North Aceh.  This study utilized 1108 serum samples collected from the axilaris vein (left or right) of birds. The standard Hemaglutination Inhibition (HI) assay was conducted at Microbiology Laboratory Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Syiah Kuala University to determined serum antibody possitive or negative reaction against Avian influenza H5N1. The result showed that seroprevalence Avian influenza H5N1 virus was 4,7 % in North Aceh District. There were nine sub-districts were tested positively by HI test. However, the serum collected from six sub-districts did not react (negative) against Avian influenza H5N1. Based on the results we obtained, a conclusion that natural infection by Avian influenza virus in native birds occured in part of North Aceh District.
