This study is aimed to design the modeling program of 1-D gravity data using SVD method based on Matlab and than apply the program for subsurface investigation based on contras density of the target body. The SVD method was used to solve the inversion code by applying truncation method of the data into some eigen values in order to resolve a better model. Gravity data used for inversion modeling is data generated from the forward modelling code. Inversion modeling program has been tested for several models such as with variation depth and its contrast density vertical fault. The result mostly show  a small data error is equal to 0,9908 mGal. Kopi memiliki banyak manfaat tapi di sisi lain kopi juga dapat merusak kesehatan. Dalam kopi terdapat kafein dan zat kimia yang mempunyai efek iritasi pada mukosa lambung. Membuktikan pengaruh pemberian kopi Arabika dan Luwak dengan dosis bertingkat terhadap gambaran histopatologis lambung tikus Wistar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan the post test only control group design. Sampel menggunakan 21 ekor tikus Wistar jantan yang dibagi dalam 3 kelompok yaitu kelompok K adalah kontrol yang hanya diberi akuades. Kelompok LA1 dan LL1 diberikan kopi dengan sonde 0,36 ml/hari, kelompok LA2 dan LL2 diberi 1,08 ml/hari, kelompok LA3 dan LL3 diberi 2,16 ml/hari. Setelah 30 hari tikus kemudian dikorbankan dengan cara dianestesi melalui inhalasi dengan menggunakan eter kemudian dibedah minor dan bagian lambung diambil untuk dibuat preparat, sediaan kemudian dibaca dibawah mikroskop. Nilai rerata skor tertinggi pada kelompok LA3 dan LL3. Skor yang dinilai meliputi deskuamasi kelenjar lambung. Uji ANOVA didapatkan perbedaan bermakna ( p < 0,05 ) antar kelompok serta dilanjutkan dengan Uji Post Hoc. Pada Uji T-Test antar perlakuan didapatkan perbedaan bermakna pada LA1 dan LL1, LA2 dan LL2, dan tidak ada perbedaan nyata pada LA3 dan LL3. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi yang meliputi program, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dihadapi kepala SMA Methodist Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, subjek penelitian kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru dan pengawas. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi, display, mengambil kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Penyusunan program supervisi dilakukan pada setiap awal tahun ajaran melalui kegiatan rapat dengan melibatkan ketua yayasan, wakil kepala sekolah, guru dan seluruh personel sekolah yang terdiri dari program tahunan dan program semester. Program yang disusun adalah rapat manajemen sekolah untuk membentuk struktur organisasi supervisi akademik, membentuk tim dan meng SK tugaskan supervisor pelaksana supervisi akademik, supervisi administratsi pembelajaran, kegiatan pembelajaran, bimbingan konseling, evaluasi pelaksanaan supervisi dan melakukan tindak lanjut hasil supervisi. 2) Supervisi dilaksanakan berdasarkan jadwal yang telah ditentukan oleh tim pelaksana supervisi akademik. Sebelum melaksanakan supervisi, kepala sekolah mensosialisasikan tentang pelaksanaan supervisi dan menyiapkan instrumen pelaksanaan supervisi. Teknik supervisi yang digunakan adalah teknik individual dan kelompok meliputi kunjungan kelas, percakapan pribadi, rapat guru, diskusi sebagai proses kelompok, tukar menukar pengalaman, diskusi dan seminar. 3) Evaluasi supervisi dilaksanakan pada setiap akhir semester dengan menginformasikan kepada guru secara individual dan kelompok terlebih dahulu. Hasil evaluasi akan dipertahankan serta ditingkatkan apabila sudah mencapai tujuan, sedangkan kekurangan akan dianalisis dan mengadakan perbaikan-perbaikan dalam penyusunan program pada tahun berikutnya. 4) Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan supervisi adalah guru menanggapi secara positif tentang pelaksanaan supervisi, terjalinnya hubungan yang baik antara guru dengan guru dan kepala sekolah dengan guru dan timbulnya kesadaran guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya. Prebiotic oligosaccharides are thought to provide beneficial effects in the gastrointestinal tract of humans and animals by stimulating growth of selected members of the intestinal microflora. Prebiotic oligosaccharides are defined as nondigestible food ingredients that provide beneficial effects to the host by stimulating the growth of selected microbial members of the gastrointestinal tract. Among the colonic bacteria capable of metabolizing prebiotic oligosaccharides and whose growth is stimulated are species of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium. Prebiotic oligosaccharides can be produced in transgli-cosylation reactions catalyzed by glycosidases. Glycosidases from different biological sources have specific ability to catalyze the formation of oligosaccharides with particular chain lengths (usually DP < 7) and predominant glycosidic linkages. Oligosaccharide used this research was purified rumbia fruit extract as prebiotic for feed additive in the ration on broiler. The objectives of this research were to study the performance of broiler given of prebiotic oligosaccharide extract rumbia fruit (metroxylon sago Rottb.) in the ration. Two hundred day-old chicks of broiler were divided into three dietary treatments and four replications. Ration used was consisted of: R1 = basal ration (control), R2 = basal ration + 0,4% oligosaccharide extract rumbia fruit, and R3 = basal ration + 0,4% frukto-oligosaccharide (FOS). The variables observed were: feed consumption, body weight, feed conversion ratio, mortality, and production index. The result showed that the performances of the broiler supplemented prebiotic oligosaccharide extract rumbia fruit (R2) was significantly (P < 0.05) differences between of feed consumption, body weight, and mortality. It is concluded that of prebiotic oligosaccharide extract rumbia fruit were able to decrease the mortality and feed consumption at six week of age. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan abnormal returndan aktivitas volume perdagangan saham sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman merger dan akuisisi.Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 29 perusahaan yang mengumumkan merger dan akuisisi antara 2009, 2010, dan 2011. Percobaan statistik yang digunakan adalah t-test (paired sample t-test) dan wilcoxon signed rank test. Pengamatan dilakukan di 21 hari, terdiri dari 10 hari sebelum dan 10 hari sesudah merger dan akuisisi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara abnormal return sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman merger dan akuisisi. Padaaktivitas volume perdagangan saham juga tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara aktivitas volume perdagangan saham sebelum dan sesudah merger dan akuisisi.
