Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource Desi Akhira Description An account of the resource penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui jenis-jenis parasit cacing Nematoda yang menginfestasi saluran pencernaan anjing pemburu (Canis familiaris) di kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban, Sumatera Barat serta derajat infestasinya. penelitian ini menggunakan feses dari 70 sampel dari anjing pemburu jantan. penelitian ini menggunakan metode sentrifus untuk mengidentifikasi telur cacing nematoda serta metode Mc.Master untuk penghitungan jumlah telur cacing nematoda. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, dari 70 ekor anjing pemburu di kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban, Sumatera Barat ditemukan sebanyak 40 ekor anjing pemburu (57,14%) positif adanya telur cacing nematoda gastrointestinal dengan jenis infeksi tunggal oleh ancylostoma spp. uncinaria spp, dan toxocara,spp. infeksi ganda oleh ancylostoma spp dan uncinaria spp serta ancylostoma spp dan toxocara spp dan multi infeksi oleh ketiga jenis cacing tersebut serta 30 ekor anjing pemburu (42,85%) tidak terinfestasi cacing. dari ke 40 anjing yang terinfestasi tidak satupun yang bersifat berat dan 3 ekor yang menderita infestasi sedang dan selebihnya bersifat ringan.identification of gastrointestinal nematode parasites in Hunting dogs (canis familiaris) in the subdistrict of Lareh Sago Halaban, West Sumatera.this research is aimed to know the types of parasitic nematode worms that infested gastrointestinal tract of hunting dogs (canis familiaris) in the subdistrict of Lareh Sago Halaban,West Sumatera. this research used the as many as 70 samples of stool from male hunting dogs. this study used centrifuge methode to identify nematode worms eggs and Mc.Master methode to calculate egg/gram. the result shows that, from 70 hunting dogs in subdistrict Lareh Sago Halaban, West Sumatera many as 40 hunting dogs (57,14%)were positif with gastrointestinal nematode worm egg with a single type of infection by ancylostoma,spp , uncinaria,spp and toxocara spp. double infection by ancylostoma,spp and uncinaria, spp as well as ancylostoma and toxocara,spp and multi infection by all three worms and 30 hunting dogs (42,85%) were not infested. from 40 infested dog, none were infested heavly, 3 dogs with medium and the rest of dog were infesteed midly. The objective of the experiment was to find out the best growing media composition and gibberellins concentration on growth and flowering rose. This experiment was conducted in Agriculture Faculty Field Experiment of Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh from May to July 2013. This experiment used a factorial randomized block design with three replications and three plants/treatment unit. First factor was growing media consists of 3 types of media using a volume ratio of 1:1:1 (v/ v), namely: soil + manure + sand, soil + manure + chaff, and soil + manure + ricehull charcoal. Second factor was gibberellins concentration consists of four levels, namely: 0 ml L-1, 1 ml L-1, 3 ml L-1, and 5 ml L-1. The results showed that the best number of (2,75 branches at 6 weeks after planting) and branch length (23,09 cm at 7 weeks after planting) observed in the soil + manure + chaff growing media. Application of 1 ml L-1 gibberellins produced the best number of branches (4,39 branches at 8 weeks after planting). The number of leaves on first flower stalks (8,83 leaf) and flower diameter (8,21 cm) are found in application of 3 ml L-1 of gibberellins. There is no significant interaction between the growing media and gibberellins on all observed variables.Key words: Rose, growing media, gibberellins. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui alasan apa saja yang menjadikan pengrajin memilih produk olahan dari tanaman aren dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan pengrajin dalam pemilihan produk olahan tanaman aren. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mempelajari pembentukan formaldehid dalam ikan kerapu macan pada penyimpanan suhu kamar menggunakan ekstraktan HClO4. Metode ekstraksi yang digunakan ialah sokhletasi. Metode analisis kadar formaldehid dalam ikan kerapu macan menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formaldehid terbentuk pada penyimpanan 18 jam sebesar 33.5 ppm. Berdasarkan data statisitik diperoleh adanya perbedaan nyata antara kadar formaldehid yang diperoleh terhadap lama penyimpanan ikan.
