The purpose of this research was to find out the width and scattered location of existing land use which its land capability class suitable for pastures; forage production prospective, and land carrying capacity. The combination of survey and evaluation method was used in this study. The primary data were obtained by field observation and compiling documents, while the secondary data were obtained from various sources, including Bappeda Aceh, and Dinas Peternakan Aceh Besar. Land capability classification was defined based on a modified USDA method and land capability class mapping was prepared based on overlay method by geoprocessing of Geographic Information Systems. The attributes delineating land capability classification included slope, erosion potential and soil depth. Spatial and attributes data were processed using ArcGIS 9.3. Interpretation of land use map derived from satellite imagery analysis results. Brachiaria humidicola green production (tons/year) was determined by assumption-based on obtaining data from various sources. Present livestock population and increasing of population target up to 2017 were obtained from Dinas Peternakan Aceh Besar. The results showed that the existing land use area was 28,632.23 ha (59.03 %), whereas the potential land use area was 19,875.73 ha (40.97%). Land use area for pastures in the district of Aceh Besar, both existing and potential, were sufficient to support the achievement of livestock population increasing program. Sampel untuk studi ini adalah anggota perawat rumah sakit umum daerah Kota Sabang yang berjumlah 100 responden. Metode dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakam dalam penelitian ini adalah probabilitas sampling. Serta teknik yang digunakan dalam menentukan jumlah sampel menggunakan prosedur acak berstrata. Metode analisis jalur digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk menentukan efek variabel yang terlibat. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kelelahan emosional dan sinisme memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keterikatan kerja , kelelahan emosional dan sinisme memiliki efek pada intensi tunover baik secara parsial maupun simultan serta keterikatan kerja memiliki efek terhadap intensi turnover kemudian kelelahan emosional dan sinisme memiliki efek terhadap intensi turnover melalui keterikatan kerja sebagai variabel perantara. The sample for current study was nurse member of regional public hospital in sabang city which included 100 rsepondents. Methode of this study used a questionnaire as a research instrument. Technique sampling used in this research is probability sampling. This technique is used intake sum up the its sample population used the random procedure have to strata. Path Analysis methode was used as a methode of analysis to determine the effect of variable involved. These results indicate that emotional exhaustion and cynicism have effect on work engagement partially and simultaneously, work engagement has effect on turnover intention and emotional exhaustion and cynicism have effect on turnover intention partially and simultaneously and emotional exhaustion and cynicism have each effect on turnover intention through work engagement as a variable intervening. Oleh sebab itu perlu adanya suatu solusi baru yang untuk melakukan penataan kawasan pasar baru di Kecamatan Meuraxa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kondisi eksisting pasar ilegal di Meuraxa, merencanakan pengembangan kawasan pasar berkonsep ekonomi kreatif yang didukung infrastruktur ruang terbuka hijau yang ramah lingkungan agar para pelaku ekonomi lemah tetap dapat menjalankan kegiatan ekonominya namun lingkunganpun terlihat bersih dan nyaman. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam rencana pengembangan kawasan pasar ini adalah dengan melakukan observasi infrastruktur, wisata dan kegiatan ekonomi dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap penduduk, pedagang dan pengunjung, serta melakukan wawancara kepada dinas terkait dalam upaya mewujudkan pasar yang bersih dan nyaman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengukuran data skala Likert yang akan disampaikan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah merencanakan pengembangan kawasan pasar berkonsep ekonomi kreatif dengan zona pasar yang dibagi berdasarkan jenis barang yang dipromosikan dan didukung infrastruktur ruang terbuka hijau yang ramah lingkungan sehingga kondisi kawasan Kecamatan Meuraxa dapat lebih tertata dengan baik, bersih, dan pengunjung dapat lebih nyaman saat menikmati wisata yang ada di Kecamatan Meuraxa. Subjekpenelitian terdiri atas 113 pasien stroke akut yang terdiri dari 33 pasien strokehemoragik dan 80 pasien stroke iskemik yang dirawat diruang rawat saraf RSUDdr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji T danuji Chi-kuadrat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan uji T didapatkanperbedaan yang bermakna antara kadar glukosa darah rerata pada pasien strokeakut dengan penurunan kesadaran dan tanpa penurunan kesadaran p = 0,000.Hasil analisis Chi-kuadrat menunjukkan bahwa kadar glukosa darahmempengaruhi tingkat kesadaran pasien stroke akut, p = 0,000.Kata kunci: Kadar glukosa darah, GCS, stroke akutvABSTRACTHyperglycemia is often encountered in the acute phase of stroke caused by stressand an increase in serum catecholamines, from several studies noted thatincreased blood glucose levels can cause harmful effects and a worse clinicaloutput in patients with acute stroke. The general objective of this study was todetermine the profile of blood glucose levels inpatients with acute stroke and tofind out the effect of blood glucose levels to the level of consciousness (GCS) ofacute stroke patients. The design used in this study was a descriptive analytic withcross sectional approach. The subject of the research consisted of 113 acutestroke patients, divided into 33 hemorrhagic stroke patients and 80 ischemicstroke patients, who were hospitalized in neurology department dr. Zainoel AbidinBanda Aceh. The results were analyzed with Ttest and Chi-square test. T testresults show that there were significant difference mean between blood glucoselevels in patients stroke acute with decreased consciousness and withoutdecreased consciousness patients, p = 0,000. The usage of mycorrizal inoculants dosage at 10 g per seedling which combined with level of shade 75% gave the best for seedling growth of teak for siz moth old. Increasing level of shade 25% to 75% increased seedling growth of teak. Furthermore, seedling of teak that treated mycorrzal inoculants dosage at 100 g per seedling was more significantly affected of seedling growth than 5 g per seedling.
