This study is aimed to investigate that impact by using mathematical simulation with Fortran and Matlab. Raindrops arrive on the Earth’s surface at their terminal velocities which depend on their size. Raindrop falling motion could be analyzed with net force equation (Newton’s second law). In order to determine velocity and position equations as a function of time, coefficients in those equations were fitted and compared toraindrop model developed by Boxel in 1997. In this study, equations used are fitted to both large and small size raindrops. Values resulted by equation for large size drops agreed with experimental data. Wind speedcauses the terminal velocities of raindrops to get larger, and so does their kinetic energy. In that condition, raindrops fall with certain inclination angle. The stronger wind speed, the larger raindrops’ inclination angle and their kinetic energy are when hitting soil surface. Therefore it increases the risk of soil erosion at place where the soil is unstable. Through this study, speed and direction of raindrop when hitting soil surface could be investigated in order to decrease the risk of avalanche at high risk area. Therefore it is necessary to investigate the relationship between position of the sun above earth's surface and the change on rainfall patterns in the region of Banda Aceh and surrounding. Aceh region is located at the tip of Sumatra island and at the perimeter of three major oceans. This location greatly affect rainfall patterns in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. The aims of this research are to determine the variation in weather pattern, especially rainfall and to draw up a general pattern of weather oscillation, especially rainfall in the region of Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. The position of sun relative to Banda Aceh was then visually sketched on a world map. The map is used to analyze relations between rain frequency, duration and time with sun’s position over land and sea, based on the rain pattern condition in six months from Desember 2013 until Mei 2014. The result showed that from Desember until February, rain mostly occured at night and water vapor came from Indian Ocean. Meanwhile in March and May, rain are more common in the morning when the sun’s position was above Indian Ocean and Sea of Bengal. However in April rainfall occur during the day, because of evaporation was brought from the South China Sea. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X-8 yang berjumlah 28 orang. Yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fisika dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Small-Group work dikelas X-8 SMA Negeri 8 Banda Aceh. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar tes hasil belajar, lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar pengamatan pengelolaaan pembelajaran dan lembar respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Penggunaan Strategi pembelajaran Small-Group work dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fisika dikelas X-8 SMA Negeri 8 Banda Aceh. Pada siklus I ketuntasan individual 82% dan ketuntasan klasikal 50%. Pada siklus II ketuntasan siswa secara individual 89% dan ketuntasan klasikal 80%. Pada aiklus III ketuntasan individual 93% dan ketuntasan klasikal 90%. (2) Aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam penggunaan strategi pembelajaran Small-Group Work telah meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dalam bekerja sama dalam melakukan diskusi, bekerja sama dalam menyelesaikan lembar kerja siswa dan mempersentasikan hasil diskusi. Hal ini telah mencerminkan bahwa penggunaan strategi pembelajaran Small-Group Work lebih terpusat pada siswa. (3) Pengelolaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru juga terlihat peningkatan yaitu pada siklus I 2,94, siklus II 3,31 dan siklus III 3,66 (4) Respon siswa setelah mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar fisika dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Small-Group Work pada mata pelajaran fisika dari 28 orang siswa 96% siswa menyenangi kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Small-Group work, dan strategi pembelajaran Small-Group Work dapat dilaksanakan untuk pembelajaran dimasa yang akan datang. It is important to do the testing to determine the vehicles meet the technical requirements and road-worthy. The results showed that for 1.572 vehicles which is performing emissions testing have obtained 11% that could be potentially pollute the air on vehicles that using gasoline, and 42% on vehicles that using diesel. Based on the total number of four-wheeled vehicles that performed emissions testing in the city of Banda Aceh showed that 82% environmentally friendly vehicles and 18% potentially pollute the air.
