The results of this study show that performance of the urban drainage still not yet to overcome that puddle flood. Factors of construction that influence the puddle flood are bottle necks at inlet of culvert, concave channel, and there are fresh water pipes in channel. As social factor, community participation to maintain urban drainage is low. It is showed that still occur hoarding of rubbish and sedimentation that cause channel capacity to be smaller and the finally cause puddle flood. The results of t test show that insight of community about urban drainage (W) and trust of community about performance of urban drainage (K) significantly influence community participation to maintain urban drainage (P). Relation of W, K, and P is showed in this formula P = 15,7 + 0,2W + 0,3K, with determination coefficient, R2=0,67. The formula concludes that community participation can be increased by increasing community insight and community trust of urban drainage performance.Keywords : urban drainage, performance, community participationAbstrak: Kelurahan Keuramat, Kecamatan Kuta Alam merupakan wilayah Kota Banda Aceh yang masih sering mengalami banjir genangan akibat hujan meskipun drainasenya sudah dilakukan perbaikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor fisik yang mempengaruhi terjadinya banjir genangan tersebut adalah penyempitan gorong-gorong, cekungan dasar saluran, dan saluran menjadi jalur pipa air minum. Faktor sosial yang mempengaruhi terjadinya banjir genangan tersebut adalah partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemeliharaan drainase masih rendah sehingga masih terjadi penumpukan sampah, dan endapan sedimen yang mengakibatkan kapasitas saluran mengecil dan akhirnya menimbulkan banjir genangan. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa wawasan masyarakat tentang drainase (W) dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap kinerja drainase (K) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemeliharaan drainase (P). Hubungan wawasan dan kepercayaan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat tersebut diperlihatkan oleh rumus P = 15,7 + 0,2W + 0,3K, dengan koefisien diterminasi R2 = 0,67. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dimensi instruksi konsultasi, partisipasi,delegasi dan pengendalian adalah handal dengan aplha statistik di atas 0,5. Hasil uji beda rerata untuk kelima dimensi tidak signifikan pada 0,408, sehingga Ha ditolak di mana terdapat beda rerata antara persepsi dan harapan. Oleh sebab itu guru harus memilih model pembelajaran. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang memungkinkan siswa untuk berinteraksi satu sama lain adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Artikulasi. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe artikulasi dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI SMAN 8 Banda Aceh dalam pembelajaran sejarah dan seberapa besar peningkatan prestasi siswa dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe artikulasi dalam pembelajaran sejarah siswa kelas XI SMAN 8 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan prestasi belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe artikulasi, dengan prestasi belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan model konvensional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX SMAN 8 Banda Aceh, dimana kelas tersebut terdapat tiga kelas yaitu kelas XI Is 1, XI Is 2, dan XI Is 3, Yang menjadi sample disini yaitu kelas XI Is 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI Is 1 sebagai kelas kontrol, dengan jumlah siswanya masing-masing 20 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes. Data hasil tes dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi dan uji-t. Dari analisis korelasi di peroleh r= 0.95. Dan dari pengujian hipotesis diperoleh thitung= 18.70, dan ttabel=1.68. Sehingga thitung > ttabel, yaitu 18.70 > 1.68. Dari hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe artikulasi lebih baik dibandingkan dengan prestasi belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional (ceramah). Kawasan Jalan T.Umar merupakan pusat Kota Banda Aceh yang memiliki kondisi lalu - lintas yang padat terutama pada pagi & sore hari, hal ini disebabkan oleh kapasitas jalan yang terbatas, keterbatasan jaringan jalan, pengaturan persimpangan, serta keterbatasan penyediaan parkir. Daerah penelitian dibagi 4 zona dan 10 titik (A-I). Pada perhitungan rekapitulasi bangkitan dan tarikan terbesar pada hari kerja adalah titik  C-D 1.692 smp/jam dan  F-G 2.511 smp/jam, pada hari Minggu juga terdapat pada titik C-D 2.901 smp/jam. Sedangkan hasil persentase lalu lintas terbesar 23 % pada titik F-G dan titk I-J, pada hari Minggu titik C-D 30%. Pada hari kerja  ruas jalan F-G derajat kejenuhan kritis pada Senin pagi hari 1,16, hal ini di karenakan aktifitas di pagi hari. Sekitar 15-20% orang yang berusia 45-65 tahun pernah mengalami nyeri punggung bawah. Banyak faktor resiko yang dapat menyebabkan nyeri punggung bawah salah satunya adalah merokok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan desain Cross-sectional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan merokok dengan intensitas nyeri punggung bawah di Poliklinik Saraf RSUD dr. Zainoel Banda Aceh Tahun 2014. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Accidental Sampling sebanyak 57 responden. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara secara langsung dengan responden menggunakan Indeks Brinkman, dan Intensitas nyeri berdasarkan Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Distribusi frekuensi nyeri punggung bawah berdasarkan usia (46-60 tahun) sebesar 35.1 %. Distribusi frekuensi berdasarkan pekerjaan tertinggi terdapat pada kelompok Wiraswasta sebesar 59.6%.Distribusi frekuensi nyeri punggung bawah berdasarkan jenis nyeri punggung bawah adalah kronis sebesar 91.2%. Distribusi responden terbanyak menurut Derajat Berat Ringan Indeks Brinkman adalah perokok sedang sebesar 61.4%. Dan, distribusi terbanyak menurut skor VAS adalah nyeri berat sebesar 63.2%. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Kebiasaan merokok dengan indeks Brinkman dan intensitas nyeri punggung bawah (NPB) dengan skala VAS maka data dianalisis menggunakan metode bivariat yaitu uji Chi-Square dengan Confidence Interval 95% dan ? 0.05. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan uji bivariat di dapatkan hasil nilai p=0.00. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan merokok dengan intensitas nyeri punggung bawah di Poliklinik Saraf RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2014.
