The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive method. To gain the data needed, the writer applied some techniques; observation, interview and documentation. This study aimed to describe the data on the evaluation of the implementation of curriculum in 67 public primary schools in Banda Aceh. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation as well as filling a questionnaire study. Data analysis techniques such as data reduction, data display and conclusion. Subjects in this study were principals, vice-principals, and teachers. the conclusion is: (1) Content Document 1 curriculum according to the guidelines but still lacking an explanation of life skills education, education-based local and global. Syllabus and RPP was adopted from examples issued by the National Education Standards, but most of the teachers have been adapted according to the conditions of the school. Syllabus and RPP are still weak in terms of withdrawal indicators and assessment as well as low-grade lesson plan is not thematic. (2) Implementation of SBC Document 1 is in accordance with the plan, but in self-development activities there is little difference for not conducting counseling. Implementation has not been fully based learning lesson plans. Low-grade teacher is not using a thematic approach. Teachers in core activities already conducting exploration activities, elaboration and confirmation as well as carry out the grip so that the students active and creative, but there is still a small proportion of teachers who have not been able to do well. Teachers already use a variety of media and learning resources, but there is still a small fraction of teachers who have not used it. Teachers at the preliminary event does not convey the purpose, benefits, coverage of materials and learning strategies, and the cover does not carry out the activities of reflection. Teachers in implementing learning assessment still shortcomings, such as is found to be less variability assessment technique, lack of due indicators to the basic competencies and the assessment techniques used and the results of the assessment has not been used as a follow-up plan. (3) Supervisors and principals have oversight of curriculum through supervision activities are done once a year. Silabus dan RPP masih lemah dalam hal penarikan indikator dan penilaian sertaRPP kelas rendah belum tematik. (2) Pelaksanaan KTSP Dokumen 1 sudah sesuai dengan perencanaan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya berdasarkan RPP. Guru kelas rendah belum menggunakan pendekatan tematik. Guru pada kegiatan inti sudah melaksanakan kegiatan eksplorasi, elaborasi dan konfirmasi serta melaksanakan pakem sehingga siswa aktif dan kreatif namun masih ada sebagian kecil guru yang belum dapat melakukannya dengan baik. Guru sudah menggunakan berbagai media dan sumber belajar, namun masih ada sebagian kecil guru yang belum menggunakannya. Guru pada kegiatan pendahuluan tidak menyampaikan tujuan, manfaat, cakupan materi dan strategi belajar, dan pada kegiatan penutup tidak melaksanakan refleksi. Guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian pembelajaran masih terdapat kelemahan-kelemahan, seperti masih ditemukan kurang bervariasinya tehnik penilaian, kurang sesuainya indikator dengan kompetensi dasar dan dengan tehnik penilaian yang digunakan serta hasil penilaian belum dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan menyusun rencana tindak lanjut. (3) Pengawas dan kepala sekolah telah melakukan pengawasan KTSP melalui kegiatan supervisi yang dilakukan setahun sekali. Formulation of the problem in this research are: 1) does increased understanding and mathematical reasoning abilities that students acquire learning by using guided discovery method is better than students who received conventional learning is reviewed based on: a) the whole student, b) the level of students' mathematical ability (high, medium, and low)?; 2) Is there an interaction between factors of learning methods and levels of understanding of students' mathematical ability to increase understanding of mathematical or mathematical reasoning?; 3) Is there a positive correlation between increased capacity and improved mathematical understanding of mathematical reasoning ability in learning by using guided discovery method? This type of research is a quantitative study using a pretest- posttest with control group design. The experiment was conducted in YPPU, Junior High School Sigli, Aceh with the number of students of 60 people consisting of two classes of experimental classes to acquire learning and control method of guided discovery learning classes to obtain by conventional methods. Collecting data using a test for the ability of mathematical understanding and mathematical reasoning abilities. Processing the data using the t test and two-ways ANOVA with SPSS 17.0 with significance level α = 0.05. Based on the analysis of data it can be concluded that increasing the understanding and mathematical reasoning abilities of students who obtained with the method of guided discovery learning is better than learning by students who received conventional methods are reviewed based on the whole student and based on the level of the student. There is no interaction between the factors and the level of students' learning methods to increase understanding or mathematical reasoning ability. The approach is different from a number of approaches that have been used to realize multipliers.  Ithas been reported that previous algorithms such as Booth, Modified Booth, and Carry  Save Multipliers only suitablefor improving  speed or decreasing area utilization; therefore, those algorithms are not appropriate for designingmultipliers that are used for digital signal processing (DSP) applications. Moreover, they are not flexible to beimplemented on FPGAs or on a single chip using application specific integration circuits (ASICs). Vedic approach,on the other hand, can be used to design multipliers with optimum speed and less area utilization. In addition, it isreliable to be implemented on FPGAs or on a single chip.  Behavioral and post-route simulation results prove that theproposed multiplier shows better performance in terms of speed compared to the other reported multipliers whenbeing  implemented on the FPGA. Salah satunya  dengan melaksanakan pengelolaan pembelajaran bahasa arab berbasis Teknologi Informasi pada Jurusan Bahasa Arab Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Teknik  pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket wawancara dan observasi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para dosen bahasa Arab pada jurusan bahasa Arab Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh yang mengajar di kelas ternyata belum seluruhnya membuat perencanaan pembelajaran berupa Satuan Acara Perkuliahan (SAP) dengan baik dan benar dalam ketikan Microsoft Word bahasa Arab. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa dalam membuka pelajaran, menjelaskan materi perkuliahan, kebanyakan para dosen bahasa Arab sudah mampu dan mahir dalam melaksanakannya dengan baik terutama dalam menyiapkan alat-alat pendukung pembelajaran seperti leptop, flashdisk, infokus, dan layanan wifi internet online. Hasil penelitian tentang penilaian perkuliahan mahasiswa  belum baik. Hasil wawancara dengan salah seorang dosen pada jurusan bahasa Arab Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIN AR-Raniry Banda Aceh menunjukkan bahwa belum semuanya berupaya meningkatkan evaluasi dalam pembelajaran di ruang belajar, karena penilaian yang dilakukan adalah penilaian proses dan produk.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Pembelajaran, Bahasa Arab, dan Teknologi Informasi. Principal's leadership style is a consistent pattern of behavior shown by the leader and the other party known as a leader trying to influence the activities of others. The purpose of the study to determine the leadership style of the principal, including: (1) Discipline; (2) Commitment; (3) Ability and (4) The responsibility of the teacher. Qualitative approach with descriptive methods, data collection techniques performed with interview guides, observation, and study documentation. Subjects were principals, teachers and supervisors in SD Negeri 7 Muara Dua Lhoksuemawe. The results of the study found: (1) the principal's style of leadership in promoting the discipline of teachers, is a style of informing (telling), in addition to telling style, principals also apply situational style; (2) the principal's leadership style in improving teacher commitment is selling styles (consultative) by directing the teacher to complete the task; (3) the principal's leadership style to improve the ability of teachers, namely the implementation of a participative style during an internal meeting board of teachers and other meetings; and (4) the principal's style of leadership in improving the teacher's responsibility, is to force the sharing discretionary authority to the members of the organization to carry out the task. Expected to supervisors and principals in order to give impetus and direction in the performance of discipline, commitment, ability and responsibility of teachers to effectively and efficiently to improve the performance of teachers in schools.Keywords: Principal Leadership Styles and Teacher PerformanceAbstrak: Gaya kepala sekolah sangat mempengaruhi perilaku bawahannya, tetapi bila perilaku bawahan belum tentu dapat mempengaruhi perilaku atasannya. Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah adalah suatu pola perilaku konsisten yang ditunjukkan oleh pemimpin dan diketahui pihak lain ketika pemimpin berusaha memengaruhi kegiatan orang lain. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, meliputi: (1) Disiplin; (2) Komitmen; (3) Kemampuan dan (4) Tanggung jawab guru. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan pengawas di SD Negeri 7 Muara Dua Lhoksuemawe. Hasil penelitian ditemukan: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin guru, adalah gaya memberitahukan (telling), selain gaya telling, kepala sekolah juga menerapkan gaya situasional; (2) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan komitmen guru adalah gaya selling (konsultatif) dengan mengarahkan guru untuk menyelesaikan tugasnya; (3) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru, yaitu gaya partisipatif yang diterapkannya pada saat rapat internal dewan guru dan rapat lainnya; dan (4) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan tanggung jawab guru, ialah gaya delegatif yaitu melakukan sharing authority kepada anggota untuk melaksanakan tugas organisasi. This study aimed to find out the description of the recruitment, placement, and empowerment of lecturers at College of Teacher Training and Education Muhammadiyah Aceh Tengah (STKIP-MAT). This study used qualitative approach. The techniques of data collection used were observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the director, the vice director I and vice director II, the heads of study programs, and the lecturers of STKIP-MAT. The results of this study showed that (1) the process of recruitment of lecturers at STKIP-MAT was based on the college need, which referred to the number of lecturers, credit loads, number of formations, and number of students.The process was through document selection, interview, and decision-making steps. (2) The process of placement of lecturers was carried out by heads of study programs, which based on the discipline of the lecturers. (3) The human resources empowerment at STKIP-MAT included the development of lecturers’ ability through scientific conference, upgrading, workshop, senior supervision, training, and giving chance to continue their study. (4) The obstacles faced by the director of STKIP-MAT in empowering human resources was most of the lecturers have other jobs outside and most of them were civil servants on governmental institute. Based on the results of this study, it could be concluded that the human resources management at STKIP-MAT has not been performing well. It could be seen from factor so that the obstacles faced in implementation of human resource management strategies difficult to implement of STKIP-MAT maximally.Keywords: Management Strategy, and Human Resources.Abstrak: Rekrutmen, penempatan dan pembinaan yang sesuai dengan kompetensi dapat meningkatkan mutu sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang proses rekrutmen, penempatan dan pembinaan  sumber daya manusia pada STKIP Muhammadiyah Aceh Tengah. Penelitian ini  menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.  Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dan subjek penelitian adalah ketua, pembantu ketua I dan II, ketua prodi dan juga dosen STKIP Muhammadiyah Aceh Tengah. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa : (1) proses rekrutmen penerimaan tenaga dosen STKIP Muhammadiyah Aceh Tengah didasarkan pada penentuan kebutuhan, yakni didasarkan kepada beban SKS mata kuliah, kemudian melakukan tahap-tahap seleksi berkas, pemeriksaan rekomendasi, wawancara, dan pengambilan keputusan, (2) proses penempatan tenaga dosen diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada jurusan berdasarkan disiplin ilmu dosen baru (3) pembinaan sumber daya manusia STKIP Muhammadiyah Aceh Tengah meliputi pengembangan dosen melalui pertemuan-pertemuan ilmiah, penataran, lokakarya, bimbingan senior-junior, mengirim dosen pada kegiatan pelatihan, serta memberikan kesempatan untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi, (4) hambatan yang dihadapi ketua STKIP Muhammadiyah Aceh Tengah adalah masalah pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia, kebanyakan dosen mempunyai pekerjaan pokok diluar kampus dan kebanyakan berstatus PNS pada instansi pemerintah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya STKIP Muhammadiyah Aceh Tengah belum terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari  faktor hambatan yang dihadapi sehingga dalam pelaksanaan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia STKIP Muhammadiyah Aceh Tengah sangat sulit dilaksanakan secara maksimal.Kata kunci: Strategi Manajemen, dan Sumber Daya Manusia.
