Evaluasi merupakan suatu penafsiran yang dilakukan terhadap kemajuan yang telah tercapai dalam suatu pekerjaan. Pelaksanaan evalusi kemampuan lari 50 meter merupakan salah satu kompetensi dasar yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Suka Kota Langsa tahun pelajaran 2012/2013, yang sesuia dengan silabus dan standar kelulusan untuk bidang studi penjas. Penelitian inibertujuan adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan lari 50 meter pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Suka Rejo Kota Langsa tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 135 orang siswa, dengan sampel berjumlah 20 orang teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan test kemampuan lari 50 meter. Hasil analisis data dilakukan dengan rumus persentase. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan maka diperoleh kemampuan lari 50 meter pada siswa SD Suka Rejo Kota Langsa berada pada katagori sedang. sangat baik yaitu 5 orang dengan persentase 25,%, dan pada katagori baik yaitu 4 dengan persentase 20% orang. Selanjutnya berada pada katagori sedang11 orang dengan persentase 55%, berada pada katagori kurang 0%, serta sangat kurang 0% orang.
