Namun, sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 pemulung. Pengambilan sampel secara non random sampling, dengan menggunakan teknik porposive sampling. Gambaran praktik higiene pemulung berdasarkan karakteristik responden (jenis kelamin, usia, dan tingkat pendidikan) adalah termasuk kategori sedang, berada diantara 193-205% dan persentase pemulung yang menderita infeksi STH adalah 35%. Jenis STH yang ditemukan pada sampel feses pemulung yang bekerja di TPA Gampong Jawa Kecamatan Kuta Raja Kota Banda Aceh adalah Hookworm, Trichuris trichiura, dan Ascaris lumbricoides. One of major implication is additional cost needed to complete the project (cost overrun). Based on the problem, the research is aimed to identify the factor that could cause cost overrun, include its implication on highway and bridge construction project in Province of Aceh. The research uses a set of quetionnaire that range non-small qualification of 35 general contractors and 35 consultants. Analysis is accompanied by using some statistic tools; consist of frequency analysis, Relative Important Index (RII) Analyses and Spearman Rank Correlation Analysis. Based on analyses, the research found that the main cause factor of cost overrun are lack of financial controlling, change of design, shortage of material, and change of  material price. lack of  cost  planning and monitoring, lack of equipment, unclear specification, weather condition, insufficient price estimation and high wage labor. Kendala itu menjadi penyebab terhambatnya pekerjaan proyek. Salah satu dampak yang timbul adalah tambahan biayapekerjaan proyek (cost overrun).Untuk melihat lebih jauh permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penyebab utama dari cost overrunbeserta dampak yang sering ditimbulkannya. Objek konstruksi yang menjadi perhatian adalah proyek konstruksi jalan dan jembatan di Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer  yang diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 35 kontraktor dan 35 konsultan berkualifikasi non kecil yang pernah mengalami permasalahan cost overrun dan time overrun untuk jenis pekerjaan yang ditinjau.  Kajian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan statistik seperti analisis frekuensi, analisis Relative Importance Index (RII) dan analisis korelasi Spearman Rank.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penyebab utama cost overrundidominasi oleh faktor tidak adanya kontrol keuangan, perubahan desain, kekurangan bahan, dan kenaikan harga material. Mycobacterium tuberculosis ini disebarkan melalui droplet nuklei yang dihasilkan oleh batuk, bersin, berbicara, atau bernyanyi seseorang dengan TB paru. Pengobatan TB paru memerlukan waktu selama 6-8 bulan sehingga diperlukan kepatuhan dari pasien dalam menjalani pengobatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, faktor pelayanan kesehatan (penyuluhan kesehatan, ketersediaan OAT, sikap petugas medis) dan PMO dengan tingkat kepatuhan berobat pasien TB paru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional yaitu varibael-variabel yang dinilai diukur melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pasien TB paru yang berobat di Puskesmas Sakti yaitu sebanyak 34 orang. Hasil dari uji Chi Square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan pengetahuan (p value 0,017), penyuluhan kesehatan (p value 0,048), sikap petugas medis (p value 0,007) dan PMO (p value 0,022) dengan tingkat kepatuhan berobat pasien TB paru. Ketersediaan OAT tidak bisa dinilai hubungannya dengan tingkat kepatuhan berobat karena semua responden (100%) menyatakan OAT tersedia di Puskesmas Sakti. Penelitian ini mempergunakan 61 responden. Analisis data mempergunakan Path Analysis atau analisis jalur dengan program komputer SPSS (Statisttical Product and Service Solution) versi 16.Pada persamaan pertama, pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap pemberdayaan adalah 50%. Hubungan tersebut dikatakan signifikan karena nilai probabilitas kurang dari 5%. Pada persamaan kedua pengaruh dari kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasional adalah sebesar 40,6% sedangkan pengaruh pemberdayaan terhadap komitmen organisasional adalah sebesar 48,1%.
