Pendidikan jasmani, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi (Penjaskesrek) merupakan salah atu Program Studi di Universitas Syiah Kuala, di Program studi Penjaskesrek terdapat klub sepakbola HIMADIRGA.Klub sepakbolaHIMADIRGA Penjaskesrekmerupakan klub yang didik untuk mencapai prestasi yang sangat tinggi demi nama baik kampus Penjaskesrek. Kondisi fisik aerobik penting bagi atlet dikarenakan kondisi fisik yang baik dapat menunjang segala aktivitas yang akan di jalani setiap hari khususnya dalam olahraga yang berat. Dalam hal ini perlu pengkajian untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik aerobik yang dimiliki oleh setiap atlet Klub sepakbola HIMADIRGA Penjaskesrek FKIP UnsyiahTahun 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; 1.rata-rata kemampuan kapasitas aerobik pada atlet Klub Sepakbola HIMADIRGA Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah Tahun 2013; 2.kategori kemampuan kapasitas aerobik pada atlet Klub Sepakbola HIMADIRGA Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah Tahun 2013; 3. Kemampuan kapasitas aerobik pada atlet Klub Sepakbola HIMADIRGA Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah Tahun 2013.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan tes kemampuan kapasitas aerobik. Populasi adalah seluruh atlet Klub Sepakbola HIMADIRGA Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah Tahun 2013 yang berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling sehingga sampel penelitian berjumlah 20 orang atlet klub Sepakbola HIMADIRGA Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah Tahun 2013. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata kemampuan kapasitas aerobik pada atlet Klub Sepakbola HIMADIRGA Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah Tahun 2013 adalah 11.38 berada pada kategori baik. Persentase klasifikasi kemampuan kapasitas aerobik pada atlet Klub Sepakbola HIMADIRGA Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah Tahun 2013 yaitu25% kategori sedang dan 75% kategori baik. Jadi kemampuan kapasitas aerobik pada atlet klub Sepakbola HIMADIRGA Penjaskesrek FKIP Unsyiah Tahun 2013 berada pada kategori baik.?
