This article focus on purification yolk immunoglobulin of hens vaccinated against excretory/secretory Ascaridia galli larvae to obtained purity IgY. Active vaccinations with excretory/secretory antigen were applied intra muscularly of chickens with an initial dose of 80 μg. The vaccinations were repeated three times with dose of each 60 μg with an interval of one week. The first vaccinations were excretory/secretory antigen mixed with Fruend Adjuvant Complete and subsequently mixed with Freund Adjuvant Incomplete. Antibody response in yolk was detected at weekly intervals by agar gel precipitation test (AGPT). The chicken’s eggs were collected from 49 day after vaccinations. IgY was extracted from egg yolks by means of ammonium sulphate and purified using fast performance liquid chromatography (FPLC). The purity of anti-ekscretory/secretory IgY protein was determined by Bradford method (λ = 280 nm). The result showed that antibody in yolk was begun detect with AGPT at four weeks after vaccination. IgY concentration after purification was 0,875 ± 0.251 mg/ml. This study has shown that the product released in vitro by L3 stage A. galli is capable of stimulating humoral immunity by mean of producing antibody through yolk as biologic manufacturer could be a good choice. The aim of the present study was to detect the antibodies to Avian Influenza in serum of native chickens. This study utilized 123 serum samples collected from the axilaris vein (left or right) of native chickens. Antibody titres were examined using Hemaglutination Inhibition (HI). The result showed that indication of natural infection by Avian Influenza (H5N1) in native chickens, as shown that out of 123 serum samples, 16 (13,01%) were tested positive by HI, while only 10 (8,13%) were tested protective to Avian influenza infection. Based on the results we obtained, a conclusion that natural infection by Avian influenza virus stimulated variety level of formation antibody titres in native chickens. Vaccinations were positively correlated with worm burden at 12 weeks after chalanged. The results suggest that A. galli L3 excretory/secretory product contain potential antigen and that antibody-mediated mechanisms contribute to immune protection. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MIN Baturalang Kecamatan Teupah Selatan Kabupaten Simeulue. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 orang guru dan 15 orang siswa, yaitu kelas IV 5 orang, V 5 orang, dan VI 5 orang yang diambil secara purposive sampling (sampel bertujuan). Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini digunakan instrumen wawancara, dan setelah data terkumpul melalui wawancara langsung dengan informan, selanjutnya data dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian: (1) Kualitas Penyediaan Makanan Tambahan untuk Anak Sekolah (PMT-AS) sudah sesuai dengan standar gizi yang disyaratkan oleh pemerintah dan (2) Prestasi belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah pelaksanaan program Penyediaan Makanan Tambahan Anak Sekolah (PMT-AS) terdapat perbedaan yang sangat signifikan. Simpulan: (1) Kualitas Penyediaan Makanan Tambahan untuk Anak Sekolah (PMT-AS) sudah sangat baik sesuai dengan standar gizi yang disyaratkan oleh pemerintah dan bahan kudapannya juga berasal dari pangan lokal setempat dan (2) Prestasi belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah pelaksanaan program Penyediaan Makanan Tambahan Anak Sekolah (PMT-AS) sebelum pemberian kudapan sangat rendah atau kurang, akan tetapi setelah pemberian kudapan prestasi mereka menjadi semakin meningkat dan semangat belajar mereka juga mencapai peningkatan yang optimal. The optimum conditions for the formation of biodegradble plastic and the effect of starch-chitosan formulation on mechanical properties of the biodegradable plastic were studied. The experiments were conducted by varying concentration sorbitol as plasticizer (i.e. 20%, 25%, 30%, and 40% dry weight), ratio starch to chitosan (i.e. 6:4, 7:3, 8:2, 9:1, 10:0 g/g) and at ranging gelatinuous temperature of 65-95oC. The results showed that the optimum conditions were obtained at starch:chitosan mass comparison of 7:3 and sorbitol concentration of 20%. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource Darni, Yuli Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2011-12-01 Description An account of the resource The article reported the laboratory experiment to obtain the optimal condition of particle size and Reynold Number of bioplastic film based on the plastic package standard of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE).  Particle sizes of starch were varied at 63, 90, 106, 600, and 1000 micron, and the mixing rate were changes at 190, 252, 313, 375, and 437 rpm. The concentration of chitosan and gliserol added to solution were set as constant variable as 20 and 10 wt %, respectively. The temperature of gelatinitation was also fixed at 95OC. The fabricated of bioplastic film were characterized for mechanical property such as tensile strength, elongation at break and Modulus Young by using a  Universal Testing Machine. The  morphology of film sheets were observed by using a scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Moreover, the obtained film was also investigated for water uptake parameter. The result showed that the mechanical properties were improve by increasing mixing rate at smallest particle sizes of starch. The water uptakes shows decrease at hight mixing rate. SEM images showed that the morphology of bioplastic was almost simmilar to the morphology of  HDPE.  The optimum condition was found that the best film was obtained at particle size of starch 63 micron, Reynold Number of  959, with mixing rate of  375 rpm. Variabel yang diteliti adalah perbandingan massa pati sorgum dengan selulosa sebesar 10:0; 9,5:0,5; 8,5:1,5; 7,5:2,5; 6,5:3,5; 5,5:4,5 (w/w). Partikel pati sorgum dan selulosa berukuran lolos ayakan 63 ?m. Proses sintesis diawali dengan sonifikasi selama 60 menit pada suhu 80oC, dilanjutkan dengan gelatinisasi yang dijalankan di dalam reaktor batch berpengaduk pada kecepatan 916 rpm dan suhu 95oC selama 35 menit. Hasilnya dikeringkan di dalam oven bersuhu 60oC selama 8 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik bioplastik terbaik diperoleh ketika perbandingan massa pati-selulosa sebesar 6,5:3,5 (w/w). Bioplastik ini memiliki kuat tarik 11,53 kPa, perpanjangan 32,75%, Modulus Young 46,946 kPa, dan densitas 150 kg/m3. Pasal 2 angka (1) perjanjian kredit ditentukan bahwa debitur harus membayar kembali kepada bank seluruh kewajiban berupa hutang pokok, bunga, provisi biaya administrasi, denda dan biaya-biaya lainnya, kenyataannya dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian kredit tidak semua debitur memenuhi kewajiban sesuai yang diperjanjikan.Penulisan skripsi ini dimaksudkan untuk menjelaskan tentang faktor penyebab wanprestasi debitur dalam penggunaan kredit dengan jaminan fidusia atas mobil truk pada BPR Berlian Global Aceh dan langkah penyelesaian wanprestasi oleh BPR Berlian Global Aceh.Data dalam penulisan skripsi ini diperoleh dengan melakukan penelitian kepustakaan yaitu dengan mempelajari peraturan perundang-undangan dan buku-buku yang dibutuhkan. Sedangkan penelitian lapangan dilakukan dengan mewawancarai responden dan informan. Semua data yang terkumpul diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa faktor penyebab wanprestasi debitur ada dua macam yaitu faktor intern dan faktor ekstern. Faktor intern adalah faktor yang timbul dari diri debitur itu sendiri, sehingga debitur kesulitan untuk membayar angsuran kredit atau bahkan untuk melunasi kredit tersebut seperti kurangnya kesadaran dari debitur untuk membayar angsuran, sedangkan faktor ekstern adalah faktor yang timbul dari luar diri debitur itu sendiri seperti usaha debitur tidak mengalami kemajuan, bangkrutnya usaha debitur dan kurangnya pengawasan dari bank terhadap penggunaan kredit yang diberikan kepada debitur. Sedangkan langkah penyelesaian wanprestasi debitur yaitu dengan menyampaikan surat teguran, mendatangi rumah/tempat usaha debitur, memanggil debitur ke BPR dan melakukan pembinaan.Disarankan kepada pihak BPR Berlian Global Aceh agar dapat melakukan pengawasan dan pembinaan terhadap usaha debitur. Kepada debitur diharapkan untuk membayar angsuran tepat waktu dan mempergunakan kredit sesuai dengan tujuan pengambilan kredit sebagaimana yang telah diperjanjikan.
