Ada hubungan antara faktor istirahat dengan lama penyembuhan luka perineum dengan p-value(0,043). Ada hubungan antara faktor stress dengan lama penyembuhan luka perineum dengan p-value(0,021). Ada hubungan antara faktor infeksi dengan lama penyembuhan luka perineum dengan p-value(0,000). Tidak ada hubungan antara faktor merokok dengan lama penyembuhan luka perineum dengan pvalue(0,429). Tidak ada hubungan antara faktor kondisi medis dengan lama penyembuhan luka perineumdengan p-value (0,429). The aimed of the experiment was to know  the effect of iodine fertilizer when applied to the soil on the quality  and the efficiency of Nitrogen absorption of legume. Centrosema pubescens (Centro) and Pueraria phaseoloides (Puero), soil from Tenbalang, manure, an organic fertilizer ( N,P,K and KI ).  H2SO4 solution, aquades, HCL, NaOH,  indikator MR+MB, and blanko solution.  The experiment also used 24 pot for plantation with 10 kg capacity , analytic balance etc. The experiment used 4 x 2 factorial  completely randomized design. The first factor were Centro (Centrosema pubescens)- (L1)  and Puero (Pueraria phaseoloides)- (L2) and the level of iodine fertilizer  (I0) without iodine, I1 (iodine  5 kg/ha), I2 (iodine 10 kg/ha) and I3 (iodine  15 kg/ha) were the  second factor. Application of  iodine fertilizer has no significant result, to nitrogen absorption, nitrat reductase activity, crude protein contain, and fibre. In the other hand, the interaction between legume and iodine has significantly result on the efficient and absorption of nitrogen, crude protein. The conclusion showed that puero was more responsive than centro, however centro was  more potential in efficiency  and absorption of N and crude protein. Swab sample was obtained from metacarpal injury of P. tigris sumatrae. Swab sample was cultured to nutrient broth media using sterile cotton swabs or Pasteur pipettes, and incubated at 37°C temperature for 24 hours. Culture was spared on MacConkey media and incubated again at 37°C temperature for 24 hours. Determination of bacteria colony growth on the surface of MacConkey media based on shape, colour, surface, size, and viscosity (consistency). The bacteria colony stained with Gram staining, and tested biochemically.  The result showed that gram-negative bacteria such as Citrobacter sp., Proteus sp., Providencia sp., Pseudomonas sp.,and Salmonella sp. isolated from metacarpal injury of P. tigris sumatrae. The samples of feces were collected from 15 captive orangutans in Orangutan Sumatera Batu Mbelin Sibolangit Qurantine, North Sumatra. Hambal, Muhammad Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2012-11-30 Description An account of the resource A study was conducted to examine some poultry sellers’ perception of the Avian influenza (birdflu) in nine locations (Ulee Kareng, Batoh, Lamnyong, Kampong Baru, Peunayong, Setui, Kampong Ateuk, and Neusu) in Banda Aceh Municipality, Indonesia. Primary data were obtained with the use of a structured questionnaire administared to ninety nine (99) respondents selected using proportional stratified random sampling, between November to December 2011. Information was obtained using the questionnaire sheets contain questions: knowladge, attitude, availability of facilities, and the effort of Avian influenza prevention strategy. Data obtained were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The result showed that only 52% of the poultry sellers’ had good knowledge of early symptomps of Avian influenza. Amount 59% of the poultry sellers’ had good attitudes. Result also showed that 73% of respondents had good facilities that was available in live poultry market area, but only 70% of respondents were good awareness about the effort of Avian influenza prevention strategy. In addition, the respondents who had more knowledge, good attitudes, and/or good facilities were also those who actually acted more preventively. Based on the result we concluded that the poultry sellers’ perception on prevention strategy for infection of birdflu in Banda Aceh categorized as poor. Avian influenza virus H5N1 infections are an important cause of diseases in humans and several animal species, including birds. The present study conducted to investigate the seroprevalence Avian Influenza H5N1 in native birds from 15 sub-districts of North Aceh.  This study utilized 1108 serum samples collected from the axilaris vein (left or right) of birds. The standard Hemaglutination Inhibition (HI) assay was conducted at Microbiology Laboratory Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Syiah Kuala University to determined serum antibody possitive or negative reaction against Avian influenza H5N1. The result showed that seroprevalence Avian influenza H5N1 virus was 4,7 % in North Aceh District. There were nine sub-districts were tested positively by HI test. However, the serum collected from six sub-districts did not react (negative) against Avian influenza H5N1. Based on the results we obtained, a conclusion that natural infection by Avian influenza virus in native birds occured in part of North Aceh District.
