Tsunami caused soil degradation and plant productivity. Inoculation of arbuscule mycorrhizae fungi (AMF) and manure were the methods which are able to improve soil quality. Soil biology properties was a parameter that can be used to assess the quality of a land. The objective of this study were to evaluate some properties of soil biology in the tsunami-affected land influence by AMF and manure. This experiment was conducted to Randomized Block Design with three replications. The results showed that the treatment affecting some soil biology properties was inoculation of AMF. This inoculation had highly significant effect on phosphate solubilizing microorganisms, significant effect on total microbial population, fungi, bacteria, and celulolytic microorganisms, whereas their activity were not affected significantly. Adanya penyimpangan biaya dan waktu yang signifikan mengindikasikan pengelolaan proyek yang buruk, sehingga perencanaan tentang evaluasi biaya dan waktu pada proyek Pembangunan Kantor SDA (Sumber Daya Air) di Sigli perlu untuk dilakukan. Tujuan perencanaan ini adalah untuk menganalisis penyelesaian proyek secara menyeluruh, sehingga dapat diketahui nilai dari varians biaya dan varians jadwal apakah bernilai positif atau negatif. Perencanaan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Earned Value Analysis. Data yang dibutuhkan dalam perencanaan ini adalah daftar harga bahan dan upah, laporan mingguan/bulanan dan rekapitulasi perhitungan biaya proyek. Pengolahan data dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan logis sesuai dasar teori permasalahan sehingga didapat analisis yang akurat untuk mencapai tujuan perencanaan. Hasil perhitungan varians biaya dan indeks kinerja biaya proyek sampai bulan Agustus diperoleh performa biaya pelaksanaan proyek berada dibawah anggaran (cost underrun). Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) adalah salah satu alat untuk menentukan tingkat keefektifan peralatan atau lini produksi. OEE dikenal sebagai salah satu aplikasi program dari Total productive Maintenance (TPM). Penelitian ini mengukur nilai OEE satu lini produksi dari pengolahan air minum PDAM Tirta Daroy dalam satu periode, dilanjutkan dengan menganalisa nilai dengan menggunakan analisa pareto dari hasil yang diperoleh pada akar penyebab OEE tersebut. Nilai yang diperoleh adalah >85% dengan standar OEE sebesar 84%. Ada 3 faktor yang sangat essensial dalam mengolah OEE yaitu nilai availability >90%, nilai performance >95%, dan nilai quality >90%.
