Penelitian ini terdiri dari 8 (delapan)perlakuan : A = 100% susu kambing (kontrol), B = 25% susu kambing : 75%jambu biji, C = 25% susu kambing : 75% jus jambu biji komersil, D = 50% susukambing : 50% jambu biji, E = 50% susu kambing : 50% jus jambu biji komersil,F = 75% susu kambing : 25% jambu biji dan G = 75% susu kambing : 25% jusjambu biji komersil. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesukaanpanelis untuk rasa, aroma dan warna susu kambing fermentasi diperoleh pada susukambing fermentasi dengan 25% susu kambing dan penambahan 75% jus jambubiji komersil. Successful aging terjadi karena adanya beberapa faktor yang saling berkaitan, di antaranya yaitu faktor sosial. Dukungan yang baik dari keluarga maupun lingkungan kepada lansia untuk tetap melakukan segala kegiatan di lingkungannya membuat lansia merasa diakui dan menjalani masa tuanya dengan sukses. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan successful aging pada lansia yang tinggal di UPTD Rumoh Seujahtra Geunaseh Sayang Banda Aceh dengan lansia yang tinggal bersama masyarakat di Desa Lubuk Sukon. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling dan quota sampling dengan jumlah sampel 80 lansia. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dengan teknik wawancara terpimpin. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Mann Whitney U dengan confidence interval 95% dan ?=0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan successful aging pada lansia yang tinggal di UPTD Rumoh Seujahtra Geunaseh Sayang dengan lansia yang tinggal bersama masyarakat di Desa Lubuk Sukon (p-value 0,823), dengan subvariabel aspek biologis (p-value 0,646), aspek psikologis (p-value 0,393), aspek sosial (p-value 1,000) dan aspek kognitif (p-value 0,608). Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan dan tambahan informasi kepada petugas UPTD Rumoh Seujahtra Geunaseh Sayang dan masyarakat khususnya keluarga untuk lebih memperhatikan dan mendukung lansia dalam mencapai kesuksesan di masa tuanya terutama yang terbatas oleh penurunan aktivitas fisik dan fungsi kognitif.
