Hierarchical regression analysis was utilized for hypotheses testing. The result of the hierarchical regression analysis showed support for some of the moderating effects. Analysis results as a whole appears that technology utilization as a moderator the relationship between the project management function and project performance. The study was not limited to the construction company that has a specific class qualification, but including all of the grade 2 to grade 7. This study aim to get project duration and labor wages rate according to the  foreman experience in housing construction project type 36 in the city of Banda Aceh. The scope of this research, is from prepation work to the finishing of the job and selected respondents who had experienced more than 5 years. Each activity of the project was examined using three assessment time. Time data will be used to obtain the age of a construction project using the Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). Based on the results of earlier studies that have been conducted on 50 respondents by which the questionnaire are closed deploy the average contractor needed pay by the piece-wage jobs to the chairman of the working group (in this study foreman / foreman). Contractors only provide material at the project site and control the course of the project as agreed in the contract, the cost, time and quality. Each head group using the average working group consisted of 1 foreman / foreman, two carpenters and two workers. The average wage for the labor contract per house is Rp. 19.500.000, - and the duration of completion of the project 62 days. When the level of probability of success by 90%, meant the duration of the project is 64 working days.Keywords : time, labor wages, foreman, craftsmen, workers, PERT methodAbstrak: Tenaga kerja di lapangan diharapkan dapat bekerja sesuai dengan apa yang telah direncanakan, akan tetapi seringkali pelaksanaannya tidak sesuai dengan rencana dan mengandung ketidakpastian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan durasiproyek, upah tenaga kerja, dan metode pelaksanaan berdasarkan pengalaman kepala tukang yang pernah mengerjakan proyek rumah tipe 36 di Kota Banda Aceh. Lingkup penelitian yaitu dari pekerjaan persiapan sampai dengan pekerjaan finishing dan responden dipilih yang berpengalaman ≥ 5 tahun. Setiap pekerjaan pada proyek ini diteliti dengan menggunakan tiga waktu penaksiran.  Data waktu tersebut akan digunakan untuk mendapatkan durasiproyek konstruksi dengan menggunakan metode Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT).  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian awal yang telah dilaksanakan terhadap 50 responden dengan menyebarkan kuisioner bersifat tertutup rata-rata kontraktor membayar upah pekerjaan secara borongan kepada ketua kelompok kerja (dalam penelitian ini kepala tukang/mandor). Kontraktor hanya menyediakan material di lokasi proyek dan mengontrol jalannya proyek sesuai kesepakatan dalam kontrak yaitu terhadap biaya, waktu, dan mutu. Setiap kepala kelompok rata-rata menggunakan kelompok kerjanya yang terdiri dari 1 mandor/kepala tukang, 2 tukang dan 2 pekerja. Banyak faktor resiko yang dapat menyebabkan katarak dan salah satunya adalah merokok. Di indonesia didapatkan prevalensi katarak sekitar 4,99%. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan merokok dengan katarak di poliklinik mata RSUD Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Tahun 2013. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara accidental sampling sebanyak 135 responden. Data dianaliss menggunakan metode bivariat yaitu uji chi square dengan confidence interval 95% dan ? 0,05. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan uji bivariat didapatkan nilai p = 0,00. Apabila dibandingkan dengan tidak merokok maka perokok berat 3,3 kali lebih tinggi menderita katarak daripada responden yang tidak merokok, pada perokok sedang 2,99 kali lebih tinggi menderita katarak daripada yang tidak merokok, dan perokok ringan 1,30 kali lebih tinggi menderita katarak daripada responden yang tidak merokok Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara merokok dengan katarak di Poliklinik Mata RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Makin berat derajat merokok maka semakin tinggi terjadinya katarak. It is necessary to note the ability of excavators by measuring the value of their productivity. This study aimed to compare the productivity of excavators on the job install / stacking stone the size of 5-250 kg and 1000-1500 kg. A case study for Jetty Construction Project  Ujong Serangga Southwest Aceh district. Observations were done on each cycle of movement of excavators at work. The data collected consists of  loading time, swing, forward, install / stacking, and return  timer. Secondary data which is the supporting data to complement the primary data have been obtained, a map of the situation, drawing plan. From the result is the average cycle time for the job install / stacking stone 5-250 kg size is 53.33 seconds, and for the size of 1000-1500 kg is 48.85 seconds. The average productivity of excavators on the job install / stacking stone  5-250 kg size is 28.58 m³ / h, while the size of 1000-1500 kg is 22.77 m³ / hour. Data sekunder yang merupakan data pendukung guna melengkapi data primer yang telah diperoleh, berupa peta situasi, gambar rencana. Dari hasil penelitian didapat waktu siklus rata-rata untuk pekerjaan pasang/susun batu gunung ukuran 5-250 kg adalah 53,33 detik, dan untuk ukuran 1000-1500 kg adalah 48,85 detik. Produktivitas rata-rata excavator pada pekerjaan pasang/susun batu gunung ukuran 5-250 kg adalah 28,58 m³/jam, sedangkan ukuran 1000-1500 kg adalah 22,77 m³/jam. Data yang sudah terkumpul dianalisis dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perkembangan Pacu Kude di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dari tahun 1850-2013 mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat diantaranya kegiatan Pacu kude sudah menjadi salah satu kegiatan wajib atau kegiatan rutin tahunan di Kabupaten Aceh tengah, kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dua kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan Agustus dan bulan Februari, kuda yang mengikuti perlombaan diklasifikasikan menjadi empat kelas yaitu kelas A, kelas B, kelas C, dan kelas D dimana didalam kelas B,C dan D dipecah lagi menjadi dua kelas yaitu B muda dan B tua, C muda C tua, dan D muda D tua.
